I've been to this Subway a few times and usually receive good service, even if it isn't excellent. I've had one instance that a customer brought a dog into the store and the sandwich artist was petting it. Not a huge deal with that, but I could see some complaints. So why two stars? The service that I got tonight was incredibly horrible. We got to the store shortly after 8:40. There were two people in the line ahead of us. The time to make their sandwiches was long, but that was acceptable because they had one guy that was just kind of standing there watching the other person (Amber) work. Once we got to checkout, the guy attempted to ring us up. Our order was simple, we had two 6 inch subs, one Chicken Bacon Ranch, the other Italian BMT. We had a coupon for signing up for text message deals that gave us a buy a 30oz get a 6 inch free. This means that we are looking at a number around $1.85 for each order after tax, about $3.90 combined. The first total that we get is in the $15 area, no drinks. He rang both 6 inches as footlongs. We informed him that the numbers don't add up. We then reiterate that we have the coupons. He punches in a few more things, and comes back with a number of $14 and some change. Once again we point out coupons. He clears the order and starts new. Goes through, and rings both subs as foot longs again, and does a buy one get one and comes to $12.80. We start to explain how that isn't correct, and he tells us how it is. Instead of stand there and argue any longer with this guy, we just walk out. We were in the store around 40 minutes. Incredibly frustrating. We went to the store near Military and 410, by WOK INN and EZ Pawn. In and out in less than 5 minutes, one guy working the shop by himself.

About 3 weeks ago or so, I ordered the protein bowl with steak and cheese and while enjoying my meal bit across this bone that obviously came out of the beef. I went back the following day which was a Saturday and the manager was off. The same customer that made the bowl was there Saturday, and he nicely called the manager and had her on speaker. She gave him 2 options: refund my money for the bowl or make me a new bowl. Instead the male employee was nice enough to make me a black Forrest ham sandwich, as a courtesy of waiting he gave me a free soda. He was really amazing to look out for his customer and since this was his first encounter, he handle it very well and respectful. I hope he in due time gets a raise. But when it comes to any meat products a disclosure notice should be posted somewhere about bone particles. I don't be seeing that no where when I walk in. Had ordered a takeout order online. Ordered it at 7:25, and was supposed to be ready to go at 7:45, me and my friend go inside to see that they haven't even started the orders yet, they get the reciept and start our order and it turns out there making the wrong one so we have to stop them mid way so they could get the right reciept. This is a constant occurrence, we repeatedly had to stop them because they were using the wrong condiments or just making the sandwich wrong. My friend didn't want onions on his sandwich or mayonaise and instead of making him a new one they just wiped it all off the sandwich with mayonnaise still attached to some of the meat. Just very organized and very slow. Took them about 20 minutes just to get 3 sandwiches out the door, I used to work at a subway over on bandera, it should not be taking 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches out.

For just a crew of two very young lady’s lunch time on 8/23/2020 they were very attentive, informative, helpful and quick. Unfortunately I did not get there names, but you girls rock! Fast food now days is rushed and lousy, on top of the service being rude and incorrect. I’m very delighted to say that my experience at subway today was perfect and not what I usually have at other places. Even down to the suggestions on how to cook my topping separate. Please give these girls a pat on the back or a raise something! Cause their working hard and I love the atmosphere of them together as a team. I even tipped, which now I know we can do cause they deserve good pay for good service. Store was clean, ease of checkout with my app. Food was fresh! Yes yes yes! I will be back again definitely!

the guy at the cash register needs to learn how to read. he called over the other guy making sandwiches so he could tell him what the coupon say'd. this guy also added the vegetables on my sandwich but he stopped in the middle of my order to slowly refill three vegetables that where out of stock, which i did not mind, that was fine and all until someone called him on his flip phone leading to him answering the call. i know if im working in a restaurant i know that answering calls is a terrible idea in front of costumers. also who in the world has a flip phone in 2019. i don't want to judge but the only people with flip phones now a days are drug dealers. so if you want a subway with a side of crack, this subway will hook you up.

I just went back at this location and the new pm workers are a great team. They are on point, place is clean and they issue the food quickly, above all, they have great customer service skills which is a plus. The guy and girl look like they actually like the work they do, they support each other unlike previous workers which I had no choice but to give them 1 star. This time I am giving this new crew 5 stars and a well deserved tip on card. Please keep up the good work guys!

10:30pm and craving subway. Got there at 10:40, 20 minutes until close. The employees were very inviting and made our sandwiches with smiles on their faces. Not one person made any comments about the time nor had a bad attitude. The food was fresh and delicious as always and the employees made the experience a great one.

Came for dinner, first time in this Subway. Server was very nice,, service was good. Only one weird thing, they took 'in' the chip rack N a sign that was outside. Strang, they showed that they closed at 11pm. They seemed to be closing, but it was 7:30pm. To me that was strange. O' , THE REST ROOM NEEDS SOME CLEANING. WOW, LOBBY was nice N neat. I give ½ thumbs up.

Between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. Both workers Zak and Dru did a amazing job. It was really busy and they handled it very well. They were talking to me and keeping a smile. Great customer service all around. I will be coming back as a regular customer.

Me and my fiance where blown away by the cleanliness and customer service at this location Andrew's sandwich prep. And recommendations to our sandwiches will have us returning with out doubt and seeing returning customers come back with such big smiles to see Brianna, Jorge, and Andrew shows that this team gives nothing other than 100 percent of there dedication to make there customers feel appreciated for there business thank you.

I just left there and while the manager had a difficult time with a customer who didn't seem to understand that they actually got what they paid for. They didn't neglect the other customers that where actually there. Great job multitasking and you can't make everyone happy but great job giving the best customer service possible. Oh and thanks Valerie and the other gentlemen for making my sandwich...

Don't not eat at this location . Walked in to order food to see an employee sitting down with his sock off . Either fixing the rap he had around his foot or putting it on . As soon as I saw him with a subway shirt on and another employee telling him he need to get back to work , I walked out . I don't care how much he might wash his hands . He was still messing with his bare foot in plain sight .

The one I went to today was pretty busy, the 3 workers 2 we're slow but the customers were not making their jobs faster. The guy that served me was having a rough day but he was quick even in frustration. The store was running out of stock as deliveries were late barely had bread and limited to supplies on sandwiches. I don't blame the worker one bit we all been in that frustration at a job.

They are very friendly,fast and clean there was a lady name Rose and a gentleman name Zack that help build my sub they are definitely sandwich Artist they where fast and very friendly. The store was clean and smelled fresh. This is my new found Subway since I'm new to the area. Thks for a wonderful refreshing experience... Keep up the great work...

Came in today for lunch and the entire dining area is filthy! Tables not cleaned, food and wrappers all over floor. The floor by the fountain drinks is also all wet and sticky with NO wet sign present. You have 3 employees here all behind the counter doing nothing but making sandwiches, someone needs to learn how to clean! Will never visit this location again.

Went yesterday for dinner and out of the 3 employees there melinda was the best one there was a line forming and one girl was more worried having to clock out so she did and walked out!! Really what a team player the other claimed to a new hire.clearly melinda needed backup and she didn't get it.but that didnt stop her from doing an awesome job

Everytime I go they put lest meat in sandwiches and you pay more money iam so done with subway never again in Pennsylvania you pay less and u get more meat in it .in picture look so nice but when you get sandwich made nothing like it at all I could see them going down hill if nothing get done with training people right in thier environments

Melinda was very professional today during trying times with a employee. She gave great service during this time and even took time to heat up more soup. I appreciate everything she did and I definitely comend her on holding her composure during that very profesional will definitely be going back.

Went there order and had to repeat myself, at register she, the employee/server had a total for two footlong's $15.22, gave her a $20.00. my change should've been $4.78. I received $3.78. just $1 short. I was disappointed. Today @9:45 pm. Slow business no reason for short or unfriendly service.

It's always good to choose a healthy lunch for the day with subways sandwich of the day I had a good midday meal and some new lemonade that they're now serving. Don't take my word for it try it yourself the the crew will greet you with a smile and prepare your sandwich just the way you want it

They’re food is always good but today was a bad experience. The man working was very very rude , despite it being busy I know it could get frustrating but you always make sure your customers are well taken care of and his attitude was just not good at all. Need better customer service.

Ordered 3 subs for delivery. 2 Italian BMTs with toppings and a meatball sub. Was SO excited for my BMTs since its been so long since I had one. Open up my order. ALL sandwiches were meatball subs, including the toppings. Never again will I order from this subway.

I really never go to this subway but today when I went in. The young lady that was taking mine and my sister order had a really bad attitude. But then when she called the other young lady now that one had a great attitude. But other than that the service was great

Love this Subway. I always do mobile orders and leave pretty detailed instructions in the notes so I really appreciate that they get my orders 100% every time and I don't have to check my order as I've experienced at some other subways in the area.

Food was good but young lady assisting us was not very friendly. My wife had some questions about the menu prices which were not displayed and this apparently upset the employee. She had to go to the register and enter the order to get the price.

They take forever for just 1 sandwich . Like I ordered 10 minutes before but It made no difference. ‍♂️

Make sure you have half an hour to spare if you go to this location. Every time we come here, we have to make sure we have at least 20 minutes, if not more, to spare. Today, we got here at 5:47 and didn't get our food to walk out the door

Love the new lay out very professional looking I'm glad this store has a menu for the personal size pizza alot of other stores argue that subway don't carry it the pizza is good fresh and eaten right away though it's still good reheated

Loved the service and food quality here. My sandwich was so beautiful and delicious! It's been awhile since I've had subway, so this was a very sweet reunion. This location is spectacular! Will definitely be coming back here again.

I come to subway quite often and i've never had a bad experience. The staff here is always so nice and fast and the lobby is always cleaned. Amber, David and i think her name is Haley always do a really quick good job.

The person talking about rating a zero probably doesn't like subway . This location has some of the nicest employees, they're fast and clean. Haven't gone to another subway since my first time at this location.

Today is April 11 , 2018 4:30 there were two girls working there me and my husband got horrible service. They were cussing and laughing and being in the phones while making my sandwich and did it horrible.

Don't go here they will over charge you steal your money. I got a six inch sandwich got charged for 12inch then for drinks . Bunch of crooks in the morning crew. Don't go . Don't trust them any more .

Food was prepared fast and fresh. Only complaint is the server prepared our food then started preparing the next person order instead of cashing us out. Food could have gotten cold in the process.

I visited at 6:45 on Sunday. The young lady who prepared my sandwiches was very helpful, professional, and pretty. The food was very tasty.

The store has been remodeled since I was last here and it is brighter and more open now. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Everything is dirty even the dining area and the bathrooms are super nasty. The staff doesn’t care if customers leave due to they are taking so long to attend customers.

Always nice and helpful. Always have the broccoli cheddar soup even if they are about to close within the hour. Yeah it may be whatevers left but it's always good

So they close at 11 at night i was there at 9:25 they said they cant do sand-witches. They turn it off or what i dont know i was very hungry. Never go there again
