Había 3 mujeres atendiendo a los clientes... pero con una pésima actitud y con un pésimo servicio al cliente (creo que son nuevas)... El día de hoy 4 de Octubre del 2021 como a las 12 del mediodía, después de cruzar de Tijuana hacia San Diego, por La Garita de Otay lógicamente, mi hijo y yo llegamos a este Subway, que hasta el día de hoy fué uno de nuestros favoritos... Y digo fué, porque jamás volveremos a este lugar ni aunque nos paguen y por la siguiente razón: Mientras yo pasé al baño, le dije a mi hijo que ordenara su comida. Ordenó un foot long de teriyaki chicken... cuando yo llegué de regreso, la muchacha solamente le había puesto el pollo en el pan y yo, al ver la cara de mi hijo, inmediatamente me dí cuenta que algo no andaba bien y le pregunté qué sucedía... Me dijo papá el oven no sirve y no me van a tostar mi sandwich. Y me dijo también, (mientras ambos mirábamos fijamente dentro de los mostradores ó vitrinas, varías moscas verdes volando y parándose sobre las carnes y las verduras y vegetales de ambos mostradores), está comida no me la voy a comer, las moscas se paran en todos lados y la verdad, yo no me quiero enfermar del estómago. La muchacha nos miraba fijamente mientras esperaba que mi hijo le diera la orden de agregarle lechuga, tomate, espinaca, mayonesa, etcétera etcétera a su sandwich... y me escuchó sugerirle a mi hijo que si él estaba de acuerdo, nos fuéramos a comer a otro lugar... Cosa que mi hijo aceptó y le pidió a la chica que cancelara la orden, la cual, mientras caminabamos hacia la puerta de salida del negocio, comenzó a gritarnos y a inaultarnos (frente a algunos clientes que estaban comiendo ahí adentro): Entre otros insultos nos decía: "MENDIGOS VIEJOS BABOSOS!!!". La verdad, de momento no supimos que hacer y nos salimos muy humillados.... Aclaro que jamás le faltamos al respeto a la chica, ni le dijimos ninguna majaderia. Ojalá que este comentario llegue hasta la Gerencia y revisen las cámaras, para que despidan a esta trabajadora tan vulgar y majadera, que poco a poco, les va a correr a todos los clientes por la mínima tontería. Ojalá que también pongan más cuidado a la hora de contratar su personal (seleccionen mejor a sus empleados) y reparen inmediatamente su equipo (oven) y pónganse pilas con la higiene... Las moscas son una fuente de contaminación muy cañona.

This Subway I wouldn't recommend. The sandwich artist did not bother to wash her hands, didn't even put on gloves until I asked her to. I asked her for no mayo on one of the panninis and she still put mayo on it, plus she burned the bread on the other pannini and didn't even bother to remove the burnt paper from the bread. To make things worse, she overcharged me by not accepting a buy one get one coupon, even though she said that they accepted those coupons. I don't plan on going back to that particular Subway.

I did a mobile order... when I got here no one paid any attention at me so sat down and waited even after my food picked time was passed ... then finally I just interrupted the other customers and asked for my meal for them to just tell me we dont have what u ordered... I never received a phone call or a message that my other was unable to be completed almost 40 min from order time to them telling me they had nothing for me...then there girl didn't even know how to do a refund never coming back!

The food renders nourishment and the staff is friendly and their service adds a positive element to your day. This place is also a conveniently placed location with a toilet. Sometimes your on your way to town when suddenly alarms start to blare in your lower guts. "Uh oh!", you cry. But rest assured, the toilet here is in working order and usually stocked with toilet paper, hand washing station and soap. Although the toilet seat is a bit small, it nevertheless ends up being a lifesaver.

Como dice un habitante local ahí : Es la comida más saludable del país. Tal vez la única cadena que ofrece verduras de calidad y en cantidad. También fue pionero en relleno vegetariano, aunque afortunadamente ya también se pueden encontrar opciones vegetarianas en Burger King y en McDonalds, al menos en California. Precios accesibles, para el país. Y por la zona todos hablan español.

Actitud del personal pésimo, no se por que no los entrenan bien y contrataron a cualquiera sin experiencia con servicio al cliente. Las mujeres son una vergüenza para las que si somos respetables, No vayan a este lugar, tendrán un mal sabor de boca con actitud que ni hambre da .

This Subway I Wouldn't recommend. I stop here for a quick bite I went straight to the Restroom before ordering my food, When I walk out of the Restroom an old lady apparently the OWNER tell me that Restrooms where only for Clients. This upset me so bad that I didn't even Order my food and left the place I don't plan on going back to that particular Subway.

Great healthy options for Fast food. Oatmeal and honey bread is one of my favorites, Oven roasted and teriyaki chicken sandwiches are at my top list.

Usually packed during the hours of 11am - 2pm. Average time from ordering to register is about 10-15mins during the rush. Typical subway quality.
