I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live close by. Finally got around to the review. I really do not understand some of the negative reviews. I have always received great service from the staff here. Some staff may change over the years but I have always been treated politely, given great service and they value our business. And the food has always been good and fresh. Had many subs over the years, including just yesterday. They put on as many or as little toppings as you want. They honour coupons and specials. The prices are reasonable and same as all locations in Ontario I presume. Overall I would recommend this Subway location and plan to go back. During this time we should all try to support our local businesses as much as possible and give honest and fair reviews.

Good customer service. Clean kitchen and front of house. Did not have guacamole - I am unsure as to if it was due to receiving shipment, or if the topping was limited time. I got my usual roast beef sub, thank goodness they had spinach. My significant other ordered a teriyaki chicken sub, which looked delicious and I can assur you did not take more than five minutes to gulf down aha. I have been visiting this particular subway for quite some time and have always been pleased with the customer service and quality of food.

worst customer service ever!!!!! my friend paid for sandwich and they made two charges from her account when she asked about second transaction they said wait for few days for refund. if refund doesnt process come back to us. She went back in after few days owner denied refund and asked her talk to bank instead meanwhile they had the access to transaction and my friend had transactions too. they suppose to investigate it proper instead deny and get away with it.

The online menu is incomplete. Under Hot Drinks there is nothing listed. Fountain Drinks has no listing of the drinks they sell. Some of the Series Sandwiches have incomplete descriptions of what's in them. Frustrating. Wonder who is responsible for design/maintenance of webpage.

I've been here a few times and the food was alright. Every time I've been here around 8pm the guy at the counter never even looks at you, smiles or says hello. It makes you feel like an intruder and that I'm doing him a favor. How can someone in the service industry have no service skills? Anyways this is my least favorite location and today is the last time I'm going here!

Ordered on their their "new" rice bowls on the Subway app. They had it ready in 10 minutes, just as I was pulling up. They had my order waiting on their shelf. As for the rice bowl, it could use some extra seasonings or a different kind of sauce to bring more flavour.

We rarely ever post reviews, but the service and quality of food was so exceptional that I thought this Subway really deserved its recognition! Best Subway BY FAR! Our race team stops here every few weeks and we are never disappointed.

Sandwiches are delicious but last time I went two of the staff were yelling at each other and soon came closer to the tables and started having a tantrum. They were banging each other’s heads on the wall,ripping hair out and throwing pickles at each other. It was outrageous I’m not going back ever again.

They always seem understaffed. Expect long wait times. The location is clean, albeit uncomfortably small. Sandwiches taste fine although the ingredients aren't very secure; the sandwich feels 'loose' and the vegetables frequently fall out.

Great sandwich artists here!! Efficient and fast team working at this Subway location. I went in for lunch and there were 8 people ahead of me in line, and I was out within 5 minutes. Well done to this team!

Ordered a veg salad was really amazing, but what messed up was their guacamole it felt like i was eating fungus, Had to throw it away. I wish there was something like zero rating on Google.

Subs are amazing use to eat the cookies their I don't know if the quality went down the drain but they don't taste as good as they use too other than that everything else is good here.

I bought a sandwich today and the beautiful lady who helped me was so nice. The store was clean and so organize. The sandwich was superb though. ❤️

Staff seemed very short and irritated with serving customers. Quality was subpar and did not receive enough lettuce to even cover the bottom half of the bun.

Disappointed washrooms remain unavailable. After buying a sub, I was left with no option other than going out back of the restaurant.

Extremely skimpy with ALL toppings, the worst location I have ever been too. You are an embarrassment to the Subway brand.
