Avoid this location if you care about hygiene. I went here for a "quick" lunch stop, however, it turned out that I wasted my whole lunch waiting to order (there was no one in line but me....). I get to the counter to order after the previous customer. The lady behind the counter then went to the back, not sure what for, but it didn't bother me. She was gone for about 5 minutes. When she came back she avoided any kind of eye contact with me. She ran to an iPad that was ringing 'skip the dishes' orders..... I arrived at the subway around 1:05pm, my lunch ends at 1:30pm.... .... the worker proceeded to address the skip orders and leave me standing at the counter for 15 minutes. She then asked me if I was ready, and I said "yes, I've been waiting for you" trying not to be rude. She then went back to the iPad and started other orders. She laid out about 4 different orders on the counter not even acknowledging me. I was still standing there. I got pretty fed up at this point as my lunch break was over and I had no lunch (thanks subway). I had to walk out, there was no customer service what-so-ever. Afterward, I thought back and realized that the lady making the food never washed her hands after touching the iPad (she had gloves on though) She had her hands in all the toppings after touching multiple surfaces with those gloved hands..... She going to make someone sick like that. If you don't care about the customer you are putting profits ahead of people. I can't support a company with that sort of policy. You've been cancelled.

Got a sub the other week. During the employee's making of my sub, in walked a woman who started taking pictures of the place. They went into the back to inspect everything. "Sandwich Artist" as they're apparently called got very distracted about making my sub. Three times they stopped to do something else, which was a quick cleaning of an area while the inspector was in the back. Employee kept same gloves on all throughout. I found it all unsettling. Nothing overly terrible, just old paper in the oven, crumbs across the counter, both of which went into the garbage. Still, preparing food for someone and touching "garbage" during the process. I made a complaint and the response was that I should be more understanding to how nervous the worker was with the inspector in the restaurant. Let's ignore that protocol for keeping a clean restaurant isn't being followed. No apology made. I go to Subway every other Friday for lunch. I will not go to this Subway location ever again.

The customer service is beyond horrible. Go to any other subway but not this. The order is always wrong and when you talk to them they won’t understand. Just horrible ! So as a reply to your comment I had to edit my comment. The order was exactly opposite to what I ordered and kindly read the comment first. The review is for the order which was prepared. I am very well aware of third parties. This yet explains more and supports what I initially mentioned!

Honestly, this was the most disgusting experience.... I was there with a friend, as she's ordering food (I am a vegetarian) the person working screwed up the order of the guy in front of us... as I'm waiting to order the server was touching meats and cheese, and throwing the cheese back in (after he's touched all the greasy meats) same thing with the vegetables, throwing them back in. He then proceeds to sneeze all over the bread section. Honestly I will never ever order here, my friend tossed her sandwich because she was also disgusted. Do better Subway. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

In the world of Franchise Fast Food, it's hard to see a difference. But every once in a while you visit a location that stands out, and this is one of those locations. Staff is friendly and they take their time and care with your meal (within the confines of the business model, of course - you're not going to experience a super-long wait time to receive your sammich). Ingredients are fresh, and the space is nice and sunny. Definitely one of the better Subway restaurants that I have been to. My only beef? Maybe a few more choices for soft drinks - but that's just me being picky.

I went for a sandwich and they do not have glasses to drink water, the staff told me that their policy is that if I want to drink water I’d have to bring my own container. I didn’t had one on me so I had to eat the sandwich without a drink. In response to your question (I can’t believe I have to clarify this): My concern is that you did not provided me with a glass just because I was going to drink water. I know it’s Subway policy to offer a plastic transparent glass because I have received one on every other subway that I have visited.

Worst service ever. I’m used to goto subway almost every other day for the last 3 times specially at the evening time. The closing staff member here is never in mood of providing good service he always have reason not to give few services such as they can’t grill the sandwich because I’ve 3 type of veggies in the sub and that’s too much for him. Also when he grills the paper sticks to the sub. I won’t recommend to anyone to go to this store.

Poor customer service. Their extremely buggy app refused to let me check out (not the store's fault) but the store was really unhelpful and refused to honour the advertised price on the app (a deal for 3 footlongs). I wasted a ton of time messing with the app and got ripped off for my trouble. Likely won't be going back to Subway.

I walked in quite hungry for the worker to tell me at 8:47pm he was no longer serving people and had much to cleanup and go home. He was almost done serving his 2 subs and could have easily accommodated me as a paying customer, but turned me away in favour of cleaning up and going home. Very disappointing experience.

I went 45 minutes before close and the employee Bala had told me he won’t serve me because they were “closed” and was incredibly rude. He then made an exception “just this one time” but then told me to “hurry up” as i was choosing my toppings, and said he couldn’t toast the sub. Awfully experience and won’t be back.

I don't recommend this subway, I tried to use a coupon and the retailer says I couldn't use it with the wrap I selected. On the coupon it doesn't say you can't have guac on it. And the size is very small. Not worth the price. Had to pay for 3 wraps. Also says surrender with purchase. He wouldn't accept my coupon.

I just went to grab a sub for dinner and the person told me I have to wait 20-30 minutes because he has uber eats orders to prepare. There was no one else in the store, but he makes a customer wait in person. Pretty pathetic. Subway needs to get their priorities straight

Usually out of stock for something or something is broken, staff don't really care. Makes sense... they are always out of falafel too. Whatever though, it's just Subway.

It says order a head with the Subway app, but all they have is subs, soups and cookies, no heads. Really.... This is false advertising.
