Pretty decent car wash for the triple action. I have the top monthly subscription which is great for me since I work in a very dusty environment around grain dust and I need a car wash that isn't touchless because otherwise it doesn't get clean. The tire shine is a nice touch. My main gripe is that for the triple action wash (all extras) you're supposed to receive: ✓ Exterior & under car wash ✓ Rust inhibitor ✓ Triple Foam polish ✓ Extreme wheel cleaner ✓ Wheel Brite ✓ Spot-free rinse* (not avail. in Hamilton) ✓ Clear-coat protectant Meaning depending on where you live (I live in Hamilton) you will either get more or less than what you pay for which I think needs to be rectified. The fact that Hamilton doesn't have the spotless rinse really sucks because all my windows and windshield are left with little hard water spots I have to wipe off. I bought a brand new Escape and I see light whiskering on the ceramic coating in places when I look closely at an angle. It's not deep or scratching the paint but still makes me feel somewhat uneasy. Lastly it doesn't do a complete or perfect job, there are some areas in the back or mirrors that the wash doesn't always get clean. Also, the person who sprays your car before you enter the tunnel for washing never gets the far side of the car, except for this one girl who makes the effort to actually walk to the other side and soak it too, everyone else just hits the drivers side and back. And lastly I hate that the app will continue to monitor my location until I turn it off, even if I close the app. There is no need for my location, especially once I close the app. Obviously they're likely gathering information to sell for more money which is disgusting but unfortunately typical of most companies these days. I wish there was a way of just scanning a QR code in the app to go through to the wash instead of scanning a QR code on the building, showing it to the attendant to get a piece of paper to put on your dash.

I normally don’t write reviews solely for the purpose I go to places with great talks through word of mouth. I visited suds prior to the storm this last weekend. I went Friday evening around 5:30 for a “full”interior and exterior clean ($54.00- not including the trunk). First going through the car wash before interior the boy at the front that should have used the power washer on my car however did not before going into the car wash( I just paid $54 to go through a car wash that I could have gotten at the gas station) after I looped back around and went in for the interior. I watched as these kids again started working on my suv. My car emptied as all auto detailing places request. Having nothing in my car they missed so many areas. I mean I get it’s a Friday night but you’re expected to work until close. I watched as they half dried my car, half vacuumed and did a very poor job over all . I stood in the Bay Area and requested them on things that they missed. The one employee apologized and was willing to help. The next day when I did notice my car in the light, there was places they didn’t even vacuum in plain sight, they left cleaner on my leather seats and it was an overall bad experience. I called after the stormy weekend and spoke with the assistant manager who immediately was sincere and apologetic. Requested I come back in for a full refund and a new clean in and out. I simply requested a new wash and time on the interior which they did and did a tremendous job. Thank you Christina for rectifying the situation and also to the staff that not only did a great job detailing my car but also advised me to go during the day to avoid any issues in the evening.

I have not been to Suds in a few years because of poor quality wash. I returned this morning as they had just replaced the wash equipment. I paid over $50 for a wash that was poor again. I have pictures to show the dirt remaining on the car even after one of your employees wiped it again. The Manager was too busy at the time at the Jiffy Lube to be able to talk to me, but the Asst. Manager did. She offered to give my money back or give me a free wash, however at the time it was 8:37am and I was at the car wash at 8:00am and the second car to be processed. There were problems with the credit card machine and the car in front of me took 8 minutes just to pay. When I got to the interior wash, there were only 3 people working and the car in front of me was not even open when I got there. I did not have time to wait again to get a free wash or money back. When I mentioned the time, the Asst Manager mentioned that it was busy at Christmas. As I was the second car at opening, I did not understand what busy had to do with how long it took and she did say there were only 3 people in the interior wash. I am disappointed, and unfortunately this is no different than my previous experience. The dirt in the ridges of the car were on almost every edge.

I was there today to clean and freshen up my car and didn't even mind the 2 hours wait time. I noticed that everybody was constantly working and for the most part I could be satisfied. HOWEVER, if I'm going to pay 70+ dollars for a car wash and interior cleaning, I would expect to have it all cleaned and smell clean. I first noticed the smell when I got in on to drive away. Now all those workers are going to work up a sweat. Expected. But I don't expect for my car to have the same odour. I expect it to smell of at least a cleaning solution of sorts. Which is all that was really done. Wipe it with a cloth that is sprayed down with something that doesn't even smells clean. Then as I drive away, I hear a sloshing....open the cover to the cup holder to find dirty soap and water that hadn't even looked like it was even tried to be wiped out. There were other things noticed when I got home but don't want to sound TOO but picky but yes, if you're going to charge that much, then at least make it worth the 2 hour wait.

I just spent over an hour waiting and paid $75 dollars for the absolute worst interior clean. I have visited this location many times and have always been a little disappointed but this is really bad. At least 80% of the vehicle wasn’t wiped down, they missed cleaning some of the windows and even left dirty finger prints on one of them, I can wipe my finger along the dashboard and get a full ball of dust, the list goes on… I’ve never had my vehicle left this dirty after visiting here. Staff yawned and looked bored for the entire time I was there. They went through the motions but it was clear none of them actually wanted to be there. Their attention to detail is atrocious, their actions were tired and slow and I was hurried into my vehicle and almost drove away before realizing one of my mats was missing. When I pointed it out, the staff member just laughed and said they're tired and need to go home. In my opinion, don’t waste your time or money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here for the last five years and today was the worst car clean I ever had. $62.14 for inside and out and the job was half done. Don’t know if it was a bad day for them or not good stuff. My second time back On Sunday, November 26. I told the attendant what happened on my last visit and she said she’ll take care of it. Did not happen worst job then the last time. This time I took some photos to show how bad and I did call sub car wash. 20 minutes after the car wash and left my name and number on there answer machine. Three days now have not heard from them. I’ve been going here for about 5 years now this is the worst service I’ve ever had here. OK I came back for third time hoping that it would be different but same outcome on September 15, 2018. My only advice to everyone is to check your car before you leave to show the attendant if they left anything.

The wait time is not worth it. I specifically asked for them to pay attention to the interior windshield. The last time I was there it wasn't done well. It was streaked. Again, it wasn't done properly. It was left with more streaks than when I came in from the last time, a month ago. The dash was smudged and still looked messy. The centre console was left dirty. And, the cup holders were still left with coffee stains. The vaccumi ,was a joke. Do not recommend. It was a a huge waste of time and money! And, when trying to inspect prior to leaving was impossible! I tried to look over my vehicle and was asked, very rudely to move on that I can't hold up the moving belt. And, I wasn't asked very nice. Do better Suds!! It looks like this is a trend!

Worst cleaning I ever saw!!! I went with my 2021accord which I bought just 3 months before(almost brand new). I told them to do interior cleaning including the vacuum. The price the charged me around $45. The service and the cleaning was so bad. They returned my car in just 13-14 mins. They are juts using wet clothes...I can even use that at my home!! I went there around 4:30 and they were closing in 30 mins. There were hardly 4-5 dust lines on the door and they were as it is when I got my car back. No cleaning at all. I have also attached the photos below. Will never go there and will never recommend to anyone!!! Please guys don't go !! it's a waste of money!!!

I had a great experience with Suds car wash. First, I got an oil change at Jiffy car wash which gave me 3 free car washes. I got the basic car wash which was good and then had the interior cleaned as well as the trunk. They did a great job, windows were clean, car was vacuumed dash doors and steering wheel were wiped down. Mats cleaned. Suds gives you a good interior clean, it’s not a car detailing business. I read some of the previous reviews and honestly those reviewers should have gone to have their cars “detailed”. The service I received from Suds was fast and thorough. I have gone to them since they opened and I will continue to do so. I happy.

unbelievable. goop everywhere. disgusting work environment for the employees. clothing all over the walls. staff was pleasant but seemed worn down from sorting through my tiny 2 door… and yet didn’t clean thoroughly. i was curious about the reason why they refused multiple chances to wipe down my dashboard which, previously dusty, was now caked in grime. (SIMPLY A DUST WOULD’VE DONE THE TRICK) and the manager surfaced. her explanation? “arm holes are too small.” makes sense… won’t try again here. extremely disappointed as i really needed the money for my dissection. if i could give 0 stars I WOULD. My tip to the owner? CLEAN THE GOOP! INCONCEIVABLE!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews and try to resolve the issue with the business owner forst. Poor service, paid over $75.00 to have the top of the line interior and exterior cleaned. The car was very dirty. Exterior was full of bugs still. I tried to have things rectified with the Supervisor. She was defensive and rude to me. Then I tried to rectify via their feedback system. The general manager said to me “thanks for the feedback”. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but time to say your money. This place doesn’t do barley any cleaning for the price charged and unfortunately is not motivated to try to resolve any issues.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to get my car cleaned, inside only. Not only did they do a VERY poor job of cleaning (did not vacuum well, did not wipe anything down), but they TORE the upholstery cloth on my back seat. I called back immediately to rectify the situation, got the run around. Took 4 days before I could even speak to a manager who will not take accountability. Sent proof ( I have a pic of my seat prior to entering) and they keep telling me they are "declining my complaint" and "cannot do anything to help me". They could fix it, is something that they could do. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Friendly cleaning staff, however came out with scratches on the hood, which wasn’t there before entering the wash area. After calling was asked to come back and speak to the manager, Which I did, , who asked }are the person that called about scratches yesterday?” Actually no I called two days ago! So not the only person with scratches, The scratches was on the hood of my Mazda which was NOT there before, however he pointed out small scratches at the bottom of the car, those scratches was not in question, he said we didn’t scratch the hood and just dismissed me and walked away, Will not recommended this to anyone.

I love going through the car wash especially with the lovely smelling triple foam wash. The guy working went above and beyond to try to remove the sap on the car. He went to the back and got a scraper and took the sap off the windows. The manager came and checked on me to ensure I wasn’t inside the car wash unattended. The guy was just getting the tool from the back. Everyone was so helpful and friendly including the girl working at the booth who suggested I buy goo begone form Walmart. I couldn’t ask for a better experience at a car wash. I would highly recommend this car wash.

Truck ahead of me at 8 o’clock this morning. Had racking too high for car wash so all the customers behind them had to wait for 20 minutes while staff disassembled the racking. then the staff member and the truck owner congratulated themselves on a good job. Maybe the staff member should be more concerned with the people is being held up while he laughs and jokes. Next time try backing the guy out so you don’t wait 8 to 9 customers behind him for 20 minutes. No manager on duty so unable to voice my concerns to anyone there.

$60 for a wash and vacuum, really expensive for what you get, left with dirty vehicle still coffee spills had to ask them to clean again and wash and still didn't clean it side mirrors where not cleaned rear and front bumper not cleaned properly, pretty much just like I never went through, they should be ashamed to charge that for what you get. Never again will I go through there again. Sorry for the negative feedback but this might help for future costumers. Maybe there should be more pride in what they do.

Yeah… no. Joining others on here with the same issues. The car wash is VERY archaic and leaves soap and water marks/stains all over the car. The dryer is horrible, weak and too quick to push the vehicle through! I came home and re-washed the car in my driveway. Waste of money. There are other places for less with more productivity in the area, that actually hand-dry, and will leave you satisfied. Never again - but thanks for coming out!

The price is not in line with what I pay elsewhere and for a more complete service. Auto spa in burlington is 45 bucks for inside and out service including tax, and they can boast the longest car wash, and it is long! Paid well over 60 bucks at suds. And they charge 6 bucks extra to do your trunk. I drive an suv, so I questioned it, the girl said I'd need to pay it to get the back area cleaned. Live and learn. Won't be back.

Poor quality work. Poor customer service. Really a waste of money. Interior service does NOT include most things that you would expect to come standard. They make NO EFFORT to wipe Fabric seats, but will wipe leather seats. The mats will STILL have DIRT on them after they dry. When you talk to the manager, they will tell you to go elsewhere. So save yourself the trouble, the shock, and the disappointment.

This place use to be the best, and I didn’t mind paying a premium for a job well done - but the last few times have not been worth the wait or money. I got the interior and exterior “washed”. My floor mats were still full of mud, stick shift dirty, and my personal fav - my windshield was only half cleaned (only the passenger side). You use to get an air freshener. I don’t know. Just really disappointing.

At Suds your able to watch them clean your car from the waiting area. Your car is taken on a conveyor belt down the line of at least 8 different employees. They clean your windows do your car mats, wipe down your dash and inside of the car and a vacuum. However I wish they did steam cleaning too that's why I voted 4 stars. But other than that excellent place to get your car cleaned. Highly recommend.

We asked for interior and exterior including rim polish and paid the extra for same. The rims were left dirty, not even wiped. The inside window was streaky, like a film was left on it or the rags used were too dirty to clean it. The circle mark from the gps was still there, so it didn't appear that they wiped the full front window. Not worth what we paid when we had to do it ourselves anyway.

My experience with Suds has been great. The employees have always been helpful, respectful and very pleasant. The job they do is the best. My car always just "feels" better when they are finished. It is clean inside and out and all the areas I have pointed out as needing a bit of extra attention have been taken care of. Thank you all for the great job and I will definitely be returning.

Popped in for an express exterior Interior wash as I was picking up my mother and wanted my vehicle spotless and it was very grubby from winter salt etc. What a great experience! Quick, thorough, friendly and even did an extra little exterior window wipe that I asked at the end so it was up to "Mom standards". Great value too. Really recommend this place.

I've been going to Suds for a few years now and met many staffing changes. I have always been impressed with the end result and would recommend this establishment without fail. It seems to be a popular place as the wash and especially the inside work takes over an hour, like way over an hour. So bring a book and turn off your car while stopped in line.

I've been coming here for years and am always happy. Driving a full size pickup it's worth coming here just for the time savings. I get the triple action wash and the truck looks great after. Any spots that are missed I finish at home while applying my tire shine myself. I get compliments all the time on the appearance and not bad for a 2011 GMC!!

I was disappointed to spend over $60 for not a great job. Extra $6 for trunk and it doesnt look vacuumed at all. The seats werent even wiped clearly by the gummy stains on the seats, dashboard, crumbs in the dash. Very disappointed. The only decent thing was the $6 shampoo upcharge which turned my old, beaten tire mats into fresh brand new mats.

Got the best wash they have, front end still had bugs on it & when I told them I still had bugs on my front end they suggested I go home and whipe it. Thank you for allowing me to go through the wash again which is very appreciated … but what’s the point of coming your fancy car wash if you tell you customers go home and whipe it lol

No satisfied with the interior or exterior detail whatsoever. My car was in and out within 20 minutes and in my opinion that is not enough time to clean the inside of a 5 passenger car whatsoever. Paid extra for the rim cleaning and tire shjne. Looks like they gave up halfway cleaning the rims. Will not be returning.

Highly disappointed!! Paid extra $$ for trunk/cargo area, and it's not even touched. Most of the interior is untouched and NOT wiped, cleaning is nowhere near. One of the girls was just yawning throughout the cleaning cycle and seemed totally lost and not interested in doing the job. Such a waste of time & money!

I have been a Suds customer for years. The staff is always courteous and professional. Obviously, customer service is part of their training. You will be hard pressed to get a better wash for the money. I have never had to complain, but If I did, I am sure they would look after me. Good Job Suds Crew

I could have done a better job at home, dash still has dust on it , paid extra for cargo vacuum, still lots of dirt , cup holders have dirt in them , car mats still dirty seats not even vacuumed , I had never been and waited an hour for this poor clean . Will not be returning. Added a few photos

Used this car wash for the first time, did not do a good job with simple surface dirt. Not worth the price is be better off running it though the gas station wash twice for cheaper. Tire shine barely made it on half a tire. I look forward to my car being shiny after a wash, this was terrible.

Never Again. The early interior closes are getting ridiculous. 5pm close, arrive 430 and its not available. Perhaps a roadside notice would help as there's no means to exit once you hit the booth. At the very least, a discount should be offered as I would've gone elsewhere if I could exit

Got a vacuum and detail today. My car is now sticky and there was a lot of spots clearly not wiped. I'm not sure if I paid for half a wipe down or something. My hand is stained black from some unknown substances. Two stars because the vacuum was pretty good but overall not impressed

I went for triple action+ tire shine, ended up with a scratch the entire length of the right side of my vehicle. Reported to the manager on duty, said the actual manager was on vacation and would call me on Monday. Week and a half later, they have not tried to contact me.

Did a good job on cleaning my car, waiting had no hand sanitizer, employees entered car not wearing the mask properly or not at all. Sign says they have regular cleaning in the waiting room but i was there for a hour and no one came to clean the seats or tables.

Last year my car came out really clean. This year always water spots and soap is always left around my mirrors. the solution the worker said was to carry a water bottle and rinse out my mirrors so won’t be renewing my subscription

I've brought two of our vehicles here in as many weeks. Great service. Both vehicles where cleaned properly and with great detail. Compared to other car washes in the area Suds is the best value for dollars spent, in my opinion.

Very efficient and straight forward. Had an exterior and interior wash, took no longer than 15 minutes with helpful directions from their staff. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall wonderful, highly recommend.

Did a good job cleaning out my car amd shampooing my mats. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was they didn't ask or do my trunk, when I called and asked about it all they could do was just Apologize for not asking

Wash stopped half way through. Resumed in about 5 minutes but didn’t get a proper wash. Supervisor said wash resumed where it left off so no rewash was necessary. Half clean car with spotted windows. Not Impressed.

Like it! Loved that there is very little wait time and the car gets cleaned very quickly while you wait. I took one star away because the detailing wasn't perfect. But eh... for the price? It was still worth it.

This place is a little disappointing for the price you pay. I paid for the full interior cleaning, including the trunk. Doesn’t even look like the trunk was touched. For $65, I’d go elsewhere ‍♀️

Great place to get your car squeaky clean. I find the prices haven't gone up a lot like at other places. Definitely a better wash than your typical gas station spot plus other services are offered.

First time trying this place, last time trying this place. They don’t know what cleaning means especially when charging so much. If it was $10 I would understand, but $45? Nope, never again.

Best car wash I have ever been to! I usually end up with spots on my truck from where the brushes had a gap or something. Not with Suds! Always perfect and shiny from head to toe!!

Poor service i said my main focus on trunk….they charge extra for trunk $6 but they just vacuum and blow that’s it they are not applying any car freshener spray…
