This location does not honour prices as marked on their items. I found a copy of Kings Of Leon's "Aha Shake Heartbreak" in their bin marked at $29.99. When I took it to the cash to purchase it the cashier told me I owed 41 something. I pointed out the error and he advised me that the price hadn't been updated since December. Why bother marking prices on things if the price is not accurate and will not be honoured if you choose to change the price? If an item has sat in your bin for 7 months at least with no interested buyers at the sticker price it's a good indication that the price is likely a bit high. You should honour your price tags. I will not shop at Sunrise again.

Great selection, and a very friendly and helpful staff. A relic from a bygone era media stores may be, but Sunrise does a great job of reminding us why they matter. Do be careful though, the are occasionally slow taking sale stickers off of items after sales end. I've always had them honor the ticketed price, but I have had to point it out to them.

Listing and website states they are open until 8, so I came specially. Walked in at 5:55 to be told they close in five mins. When I mentioned they should change their Google listing I was told "that's not something we can do" and sternly told to leave. Not the staffs fault, ownership should get their act together.

Great selection! The manager was nice enough to hold the item an extra day, so that I could pick up the movie I wanted on pay day. Will be back to look at the Criterion, Kino Lorber, Shout Select, and Arrow Video blu-rays they keep stocked. :)

the man who worked today at 12 today at rideau (I didn’t get his name :( unfortunately) who is tall, dark long-ish hair was really helpful and kind during checkout. I got what I needed and they accepted the mall credit which was great.

Excellent customer service. Super friendly team and manager. I’ve shopped at Sunrise St. Laurent mall but the FYE team at the Rideau Centre is my fav! Good selection of collectibles!

found a couple of pieces that I had been on the look out for a while - staff knowledgeable - helped me out with some turntable questions and pointed me in right direction for a fix.

I wouldn’t consider this store FYE as they didn’t have any FYE exclusive merchandise and they were missing the usual snack aisle… Very small store compared to other Sunrise records

Justin was extremely helpful & kind as he assisted me today. Very patient and polite, as well. Amazing customer service! Others could learn a lot from him! Give him a raise!

I'm a vinyl addict and the staff are so knowledgable and friendly. If you're looking for something, they will go out of your way to order it, put it on hold etc.
