There change machine said $1, $5, and $10 bills. I put a $10 bill in coin machine and it did not give me my change back. I felt horrible and cheated. Please be worn. I looked for the owner and tried to look for a phone number, but no such luck. Please do not go to this car wash. As hard as times are losing $10 is not easy. And no one to call and complain too makes it hard as well as unprofessional. Again do not come here. They will take your money. You've been worn!!!! I wish i could get my hard earn $10 back Please. But there's no number to contact anyone. This is totally unprofessional. I will not be back. So sorry and sad!!! Again do not come back here. I went back there the next day to see if the owner was there and the maintenence man said his boss name was Joe and he's on his way. We waited a while and no Joe. Again, please don't come here, Nor support this crooked car wash. They will take your money! I have never seen a business that didn't have a phone number, so so sad!

What a reprieve from the old car wash that was once here. It's much better much cleaner and I feel much safer. The wash bays always work. There's always soap being dispensed whenever you have the selector set to wash, and the rising water is always clean. The foam bush is just as operable, it continues too dispenses soap throughout the scrubbing process. The trash is removed daily and the grounds are always well kept. There is a level of security that includes unanticipated visits from the owner as well as visual recording devices within each wash bay. The coin machine is always full and the vacuuming machines have continued suction throughout the three or four minute vacuuming process. The lighting at night is awesome so whenever I need to hurry through to wash my car I feel safe.

This was my first time washing , sing the remodeling. The car wash is $2.00 to start and if I'm not mistaking, the time started at 3 minutes. The problem comes in, when the time starts to run out. I put in a couple of quarters before it hit a minute. I glanced and gave a second look and the time was at a minute and a half, so I inserted another quarter and it gave me an additional 20 seconds. I did it again in shock to see that it was accurate, that a quarter only gives 20 seconds. Very disappointed.

I had high hopes for this place but was underwhelmed. The vacuum that I used (in the video on KDs3mpire YouTube channel) they give you far less time at the place than any other place I’ve been to. I used about $4 and was still not able to get my entire car clean. The change machine did not work. I tried to put a dollar in the machine and it didn’t even take it. Didn’t get a chance to wash my car. The credit card machine does work. Would not recommend this place.

The car wash appeared to be working just fine I waited for the car in front of me to finish. As I entered the car wash pulled up stopped when prompted the wash began and for no reason I could tell the process ended. I would like a refund but I did not see any phone numbers that would address my issue. I ended up driving about 5 miles away to another car wash. I need to get my back pls.

Car wash prices are too high to start a wash for a person's vehicle. It's always like this in lower poverty living area's for Afro-Americans. Every vendor or store alway's overcharging the Afro-American communities. Go to the predominant area's and see the difference in prices. It's becoming degrading, a ripp-off and disgusting charges for ppl of color. It's time for a change in America ppl.

Im at the location. My first impression was ok. But while cleaning my car a gentleman supposedly works here is having a huge argument a customer for just simply speaking to a unknown women. This employee is in the middle of property screaming and yelling pretty nasty stuff. I will never come again. This guy is scary.. I wanted to call police. This is a very dangerous place

On 3/27 I wash charged $52 for a $12 carwash. There were no receipts printing that day & there’s no way of contacting anyone there. I’ve disputed with my bank; however they need proof of the over charge. I refuse to pay $52 for a $12 carwash. So frustrating because there’s no one there to contact.

I will not be bringing anymore vehicles here to wash. I do not feel safe here, I heard some loud bangs while I was cleaning a dealer car this week and next thing you know someone was shot. Dangerous place to be and this happened in broad daylight!! Beware of this area and place.

Under New Management the place is nice modern new equipment clean that's the plus. The negative is that the prices went upand they cut the time down and it goes to buy too fast that's how they make their money although it has credit card options Brookdale charge you more for it.

I would not recommend on the weekends. The mental midgets that frequent this location cant follow the arrows on the ground for traffic pattern. So you can get blocked in while in washing bay. I've never seen a bigger cluster Fuk at any car wash.

Purchased the $10 wash--I don't think I received all the package elements. The car was not cleaned. Dusty film on the body and the windshield. Really disappointing experience. I wasn't expecting a detailed result but I was expecting a clean car.

The soap wouldn't work on the pressure hose and seems to be a trend also the drain in the carwash bay was stopped up and this too has been a issue but there aren't any other carwashes around

Each bay is covered in mud, the machine wouldn't accept quarters due to it being jammed with quarters. Was surprised to see it accepts cards though.

I come from the east side to wash my car here. No complaints and it is a great alternative to the one I used to go to on Gibbon Road.

It wasn't bad just could see afterwards when my vehicle dried that it missed a couple spots. I may use it again in the near future.
