On a vacation to Bangkok, our group needed our clothes cleaned. We were looking for a laundry mat where we could launder our own clothes, however, that is NOT a thing in Bangkok. Our hotel offered to have our clothes picked up, laundered and returned by the end of the day, and though a little apprehensive, we agreed. One of the best decisions of our trip. Super White Laundry and Dry Cleaning was punctual, amazing and a great value. We had our clothes laundered on January 28, 2020, and when I put laundered clothes on back at home on February 19, 2020 the amazing fragrance of the Super White Laundry and Dry Cleaning was still exuding from the clothes. I really want to know and acquire whatever they used to launder the clothes. If you’re wondering if you should have your clothes laundered by Super White Laundry and Dry Cleaning, you absolutely should. When I go back to Bangkok, I’m going to have all of my clothes, clean or not, laundered by Super White Laundry and Dry Cleaning.

I told her I wanted to wash and iron my clothes and when I got my clothes back, there were still wrinkles in my clothes! My clothes also smelled very weird when I got it back, almost like mildew. Horrible experience. She was also very rude. Do not go to this horrible place unless you want to waste your money! There are many other places out there.

Service was quick and the price was fair at 100 baht a kg. I measured mine before hand just to see if they’ll round it up to the next kg but nope, they were right on the money. No rounding which I appreciated. I dropped by right when they opened and they said it’ll be ready at 2pm the next day. I came back on the next day at 9am just to see and they were done so got mine earlier than expected which I also appreciated. Only reason why the 4 stars was because I had a soy sauce stain on one of the T-shirt and they didn’t get the satin out.

They lost my laundry, including several nice shirts. I came in right after they opened in the morning and paid for “express” service. I gave them all of my information, including my hotel (which is only 400m down the road) and room number. At the end of the day it still wasn’t delivered. No response on LINE, so I showed up and they were closed for the day. There are many other laundry services nearby, avoid this one!

100 Baths / Kg, no iron and next day ready Very efficient Service! I never request to iron my clothes, because it is only my holidays clothes, and the way they dry it, I really don't need iron. I 100% recommand using there services. So many people come to this place each day. Ps : Only 1 price, it is 100 baths a kilo. Keep your receipt otherwise it will be difficulte to retrive your clothes.

Good laundry service but heavy fragrance that lingers until the next wash. They group and wrap/fold your clothing. 100 baht for 1kg; so 1.2kg equals 120baht. I would give them 5/5 stars for laundry if you don't care about the perfume they use. -2 stars for the owner who seems very rigid and rude. What's her problem? Will come back just for business and ignore her next time.

A great place for laundry -- much cheaper than what a hotel would charge. Khun Nop, the proprietress extraordinaire, is kind and professional. All my clothing items came back completely clean and neatly folded. Super White also offers pick-up and drop-off services at various nearby hotels in Sukhumvit. Highly recommended.

Have lived around the corner from this shop for several years. Always have our 'formal' clothes washed and ironed here as well our dry cleaning. The most lovely owner (not a ton of english but no problems with communication). Small repairs can be done and everything at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend.

I dropped my clothes off at the laundry, ready the next day by 4pm. Cost 100 baht per kg. Some specialty items may be costed separately also. Well pressed, ironed, folded and cleaned. I'd use them again! First little lane on the left as you head down Soi 22. Thank you Super White Laundry.

Very bad service they charge extra for underwear socks only place in all of Thailand that charge more for underwear and socks. Don't bother to go here so many cheaper options which includes underwear and socks. Just have to walk up or down Sukhumvit road a little. Rip off for foreigners

Stayed in Marriott Marquis for 8 nights and I sent my laundry here twice. Both times clothes were ready promptly. Easy to access easy to communicate easy to pay. They speak English. Sending to hotel cost 20 THB more. I chose to pick up just to make sure I have the right clothes back.

This place is perfect. The owner is super-nice. Did our laundry on the same day, sorted the clothes into groups as best she could (socks, underwear, kids, etc), everything maticulously folded and wrapped in little bags. 80b/killo, which is cheap for the area. I'm in love!

Good price, nice people. But they shrunk my Ralph Lauren polo shirts to half size. Now I don't have any clothes to wear. Before giving it to them, they were brand new valued at USD200 each only worn once or twice, and now they are completely ruined. STAY AWAY.

very good service. I recommend you to take a photo of the receipt when you give your laundry, they have many customers, looking at a number in the receipt helps them identify your clothes when you come back to get them.

Quality work for cheap price. 80b per kg for wash / 90b per kg for wash + iron at the time of review. Its cheaper than one in main street. The owner lady can kindly expedite your laundry need if you ask nicely.

Appreciated the quick service here! I dropped off laundry at about 11 and it was ready to pick up same day at 6 :) it cost 100 baht/kilo and the clothes were packaged upon pick up. Definitely recommend!

Great service. Took a bit longer than 24hrs but no issues for me. Everything was nicely folded into plastic bags, but would have been fine with it just back in my bag to avoid more plastic waste.

They "lost" (more likely stole) laundry I brought to them (including pillow cases, etc.). They are not trustworthy and should be avoided. They ended up costing me quite a bit of money.

If you want the "wash/dry/fold" service advertised on the door, you should tell them so in advance. Otherwise you may risk getting everything ironed for 30% extra.

근처 메리어트마르퀴스퀸즈파크에서 숙박. 24시간 걸리고 세탁물에 큰 상관없이 1kg 당 100바트. 깔끔하게 처리하고 잘 개서 옴. 냄새도 좋다. 다음에 근처에 머문다면 이용할듯 하다. 영어도 그럭저럭 통한다.
