New place , that's always good and finally in a convenient location. What's not great is super poor customer service ... The people employed by Supercheap must only be purely based on 'friends' or 'family'... The quality of customer service or lack of is really pathetic. The employees do not care about the customers, they do not approach people who're confused or in need and the counter people talk amongst themselves without conversing with the customer (particular when they say next waiting then stop serving to talk to each other about breaks etc)... Personally the customer service is way better at Autobarn !

I do not recommend this store to anyone at all. The customer service is non-existent and the store pretty much runs it's self. I will never return to this store EVER again. I am frustrated that I had to give them a one star rating even, but had to in order to post this review. Please, please, PLEASE employ some staff who actually know something about what they're selling, and want to serve customers because we can all google parts online but sometimes human help is needed by someone who actually wants to do their job. Go to Autobarn, another store if you want service is all I am saying. :)

Sunday counter guy at Craigieburn has zero enthusiasm to address any customer queries and barely speaks a sentence that reflects a genuine customer services. It is clearly visible from his facial expressions and body languages that he is not going to put any effort. His responses were all default answers. The worst part is he send us to another store in Epping promising for an item’s varieties, only to find out the item is same as in Craigieburn. Clearly, the guy is in the wrong business.

Dont bother - go to AutoBarn nextdoor. Despite multiple phone calls from Supercheap to say my order was ready when I got to the store there were items missing. No idea when they will turn up. Refused to provide me with a refund saying it has to be processed online, so the only option is to pay more money for an alternative item. To make it worse the staff member that called me to say everything was ready (and the manager) refused to come and talk to me - totally pathetic customer service

Female Staff At Craigieburn SuperCheap have enough time to stand behind the counter and talk all day but they don’t have time to serve customers specially when someone has no idea where is the Cabin Filters are that’s not a good customer service at all. I am hoping Store Manager will change this culture and make necessary changes in order to provide Great Aussie Customer Service Culture Good Luck.

Recently i bought brake pads special order and i double checked before placing order. When my partner went to pickup she found three boxes of pads opened. When the hell they have opened it when it was special order. Brake clips wasn’t inside boxes. What is the point to make a special orders if they have to open the stuffs. I felt like i have been cheated will try never ever visited again.

I advised to all people don't go in Craigieburn store. Staffs are liar . Even you have evidence of purchasing and it still in warranty they still believed your are wrong. Went to pick up a click and collect, WRONG item they did not have the item in stock. No compensation and I have lost my club credit as well.This is the second time this has happened! No help from their HELP desk as well. Will be canceling my club membership and unsubscribing from their annoying email’s.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Super Cheap Auto! The staff were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. To make matters worse, I had to make three separate trips just to get a simple brake light .

Funny guys in here, i came in looking for a part for my Lexus and he replied with "Hey (insert other reps name) - we got another lexus fanboy" overall good customer service with a smile. got what i needed fast and efficiently at an acceptable price. Ample parking

Needed a car battery replaced. Provided car registration number, and the person at counter did a quick search on some battery options. Was able to park right in front and have battery replace ($15 charge applies). Overall, good service at competitive prices

I was out looking for a bulb today. There were 3 women at the counter who didn't even know what a bulb was. Is it a joke to hire people who know nothing about cars? The one woman who was employed then said that she wanted to google it.

I would give supercheap 5 stars, but there is not enough team members on the floor. especially on busy days. Good prices, good range of products. Lay out is simple and when you can get a team member to help you, they are great.

The first thing that makes a huge difference with any retail outlet is to have great staff who supply great customer service. Craigieburn supercheap auto has exactly that.

Small store with everything you'll need automotive wise. A little understocked on some items but if you can't find what you want, you can always go next store to Autobarn
