I don't wrote reviews as I don't really care about customer service. But today it was so poor that not only I spoke with an assistant manager in store, I'm also writing this. I was browsing makeup when a staff asked in the most annoyed and unhelpful voice with the most unbothered and tired face if I needed help. No smile, no helpful attitude just a duty question she despised. I went to the perfume section and asked to smell a couple of scents, nothing tickled my fancy so I said thank you and walked off a few aisles. The staff serving me were in a bad mood, sour expression, an attitude of blaming, I could feel she just wants me to go away. Anyhow, I walked away and then another lady came to the counter and the staff who served me told her: I was about to come but this princess approached the counter. Implying that princess was me. On their perfume counter I have to ask to spray anything or about prices and sizes because I can't reach it and cant see well. I was spending lots every month, for many years but this is the last time I came to Superdrug Wimbledon. The staff ruined it for me.

Made an order online to be sent to the store the next day, but it didn’t arrive until a few days later. Would’ve been fine but I purposely ordered to this particular store as I would be in the area. Ended up buying my items in the store, where the cashier spoke on her headset the entire time gossiping, didn’t even acknowledge me at all even though I had a question. Obviously then wanted to cancel order so Spoke with online webchat, who said to call the store to cancel & refund. Lady on phone was rude & blunt, cut me off everytime I spoke, told me I couldn’t cancel, but when I said web chat told me to phone, she suddenly could refund me. Barley let me speak and attitude throughout. No need as I was super nice & understanding about it not being delivered in time.

I visited this Superdrug today, and not for the the first time. Instead of being met with another pleasantly cheap filled experience, I was made subject to aggressive and confrontational behaviour, by an anti social worker. I saw a nail varnish that was coated in thick grey dust, and appeared to be a tester due to the dishevelled appearance and lack of sanitary wrapping, as per procedure. I was shouted at and humiliated by this worker who not only had the nerve to treat a loyal customer with disrespect, but then also proceeded to watch me though a hidden area, which was made of an aisle of other products. She followed around the store and made me feel unsafe and under threat with her hostile behaviour. Superdrug, this is NOT on.

I don’t often leave reviews but the staff here have left me very upset after an experience at this branch today. I approached a staff member to ask some advice, never had an issue with this at a Superdrug as staff are usually happy to help. This girl stared at me with a dirty look and pretended to be listening to the headset, really obvious by the way! She then went to get her friend so they could come laugh at me for some reason? Don’t know what was so funny but I felt so uncomfortable, left the shop really upset and went straight to the Boots opposite.

I love this branch and enjoy shopping here, so I can’t understand why people have given their experience such a low rating. The store is neat, tidy, the shelves are always well stocked and easy to navigate. There is always a member of staff on-hand to help .. and they really are helpful. I’ve been shopping here since the store opened and have only ever had a great experience.

I would have given this store a zero stars but thanks to the cashier it is getting the one. Very unsatisfactory staff, accusatory tone and very condescending when asking about whether we were sampling the lip gloss or not. You know who you are . Xoxo gossip girl , additionally the constant fault ACCUSATIONS OF USING THE NON-TESTER. …

Come here if u want to get profiled . A staff member assumed my personal lipstick was a tester and rudely asked. I told her it was my own, she walked away no apologies for assuming wrong. I was watched and followed for the rest of my shop, I’ve never felt so targeted in my life before. Horrible experience. …

Just plain rude staff. Went in to buy some hand sanitiser. I asked assistant where I would find it. She ignored me for a few awkward moments….. then said ‘come’ and walked off gesturing me to follow her. She then just pointed to hand sanitizer and walked off.

Staandard drug store with goods at an affordable price. Convenient location. Pharmacy counter not always manned!

Stop offering flu jab appointments when you don't have any supply and keep repeatedly cancelling. Ridiculous
