Eyebrow lady was rude, unpleasant and disrespectful in her tone and manner. The whole experience with her was uncomfortable.The whole team have very good customer service skills but this experience with this eyebrow lady is completely unacceptable and should be put under review before she is allowed to see other customers.

Am a tourist. The female staff stocking the shelves was helpful so was the counter staff who was similarly quick and helpful, a young petite lady by the name of Rodriguez? working towards closing time on Sunday 10th September. Overall an easy and pleasant experience. Thanks. XO

Store has a wide variety of products and it's usually not busy. On the other hand it needs a redecoration and plenty of indoors light. You can find some good deals if you are a member. Staff are a bit weird, gossiping with each other or following you around for no reason.

There is so much choice in this store, so many different branded goods a pharmacy sited at the back of the store multiple choices of cosmetics brands perfumes at discounted prices loads of false eyelashes, false nails , acrylic nail sets ,. A fantastic store

The pharmacy is painfully slow and unhelpful. They sent me back to the doctors surgery as the staff were unwilling to simply call them to confirm the information they had been sent. A simple task that any decent pharmacist would do.
