The dept of Justice needs to investigate the Maricopa county Superior court ,there is a lot of corruption going on here a lot ,judges discriminate against minorities ,and fathers in family court,my ex wife has violated court orders over 10 times with no consequences at all ,I file a order to enforce and it turns into months of court dates ,each one i have to pay for ,its a scam ,they keep dragging their feet and refuse to do anything so they can keep you coming back every month and keep charging you for every hearing ,I have paid $15000 in the last 11 years ,meanwhile my son is being neglected,denied medical attention ,by his mother who has majority physical custody ,as soon as he comes with me and needs to go to the Dr I take him.his mother is a alcoholic and ive been told by judges alchol is legal so its not a big deal,they can't and won't do anything about it,they ignored abuse and neglect ,none of these family court judges care about these children just about putting money in their pockets.Judge Christopher Coury,Judge Glenn allen.

Wife filed for divorce in January. It's now September and we're still not divorced! Every person contradicts the previous person's directions on how to proceed. You end up so confused about the entire process. Even when she's told "tell your husband to do this, this, and that" and I follow those they will say "no, you need to go to that window and tell the lady you need the 'motion to....' form and not the 'order...' form. Ok, I go to that lady and she asks "why are you...?' and I ultimately wind up up so confused I just know whatever I file it'll be ultimately rejected for one reason or another! And get this: no kids, we're not contesting anything, no spousal support, all proceeds have already been split, all possessions have already been divided, everything is done. All we need is a fricken paper that says we're divorced. AND THEY CAN'T GET IT DONE! The people working there have no clue what they're doing! Especially the fat guy with the white beard in the law library! Avoid him at all costs!

A family member of mine went through a courtcase regarding an order or protection hearing and wasnt even allowed to speak in her defense as per her due process rights and the female judge showed extreme bias against her in favor of her ex husband without hearing both sides. Her lawyer also failed her in adequately representing her. This place and its judges appear to not be following the rule of law, at least this female judge is. Do not expect any fairness here nor rights to be upheld. Her rights were irrevocably violated. This place needs to make sure ALL judges follow due process and the rule of law. Instead of making victims, like my family member, spend more money than they are able to have to be used just because of bad representation and bias.

Well when you go to the facility make sure you check out the diva and law library it is a definite definite place for research and to be connected don't forget you can watch the live feed straight from the courthouse right there on one of their many many computers get to see everything here everything and basically get to look at your case that you have progressing through the system if that's your situation or if you're progressing through this system you get to get your best defense available by doing your own research give it a try

OK sitting in adult probation on chairs that were thrown out of my high school 40 years ago listening to an out of order coke machine run and run it's sucking up electricity which I understand is a few penny's but what else is running not being used. Thank you for tax dollar at work
