Worst customer service & raffle experience EVER. I’m a long time sneaker collector, and am always adding to my collection. I recently won a raffle to purchase the new W' AIR JORDAN 1 LOW OG X TRAVIS SCOTT - SAIL/UNIVERSITY RED at Supply Store Melbourne. I received the congratulations email at 5:55pm on the Friday for pickup in store Saturday or Sunday. I called and emailed Friday & Saturday as I had just tested positive to COVID so I thought I’d do the right thing and not attend until I have a negative reading, it took them 4 days to respond after various instagram DMs, emails & calls across the weekend and into the week!! I still have not had a response to come collect my sneakers, no where in their terms & conditions does it say anything about special circumstances like this! In fact on their congratulation email in bright red it states “Please be mindful of current Covid-19 restrictions and listen to Supply staffs directives when picking up and paying” - They have completely ignored my request to pickup and have completed avoided getting back to me. After speaking to others within the same sneaker world, it’s not the first of poor customer service! Seems they’re good at poor service both in store & via their raffles. Moral of the story - They don’t deserve your business, find somewhere else to buy sneakers. These guys are useless.

Staff were beyond rude, honestly disappointing, pathetic, have no sense of manners, beyond disrespectful, I pulled out my phone to pay for my item and as soon as I did, got yelled to put it away as they said I wasn’t allowed to take photos, which I wasn’t intending too in the first place, honestly if you’re gonna do raffles, just send the product to the customers instead of having them come in, if I could score lower than a one star, I would, pick up your game

Very friendly customer service. Competitive market in Melbourne but supply store have easily set themselves aside and cemented their place in Melbourne. Always a lovely scent in store which will always remind me of shopping in Tokyo! Layouts not huge but definitely does the job. I recommend looking at anything WTAPS, and Neighborhood, as well as the more localised brands they stock, including their own apparel.

If I could give 0 star I would. It was my first time in this store and definitely my last, it felt like I attended a funeral with the gloomy look I got from all their staff... But wait.. It's actually a retail store!?!?! I think big W or Target provide better service than that, the three staff definitely need more training and work on the customer service that doesn't exist.

Great experience! Store has a good range of selected boutique street wear brands all at a very reasonable price compared to other stores in Melbourne. I purchased a bunch of Bape and some other brands and the staff were pleased to help me. Had a good chat with the man serving me and he even threw in a Bape pin.. Overall great experience!

During my visit, I experienced repeated instances of rudeness, indifference, and a lack of professionalism from your employees. Their conduct not only created a lousy environment but also made me question the integrity of your business. Maybe start looking for some new staff that deserves in the store for a friendlier environment?

Very rude staff. Not even a greeting when i walked into the store. Came in today to pick up a pair of shoes that i won from a raffle. The cashier chick and the guy that provided the shoes were beyond rude. Plus this other guy (probably the manager). Bunch of deadbeats with zero personality. Will never shop here again.

The staff are very on edge and weird about taking photos, I was taking a phone call and next thing I know I’m being told to put my phone away. We’re not in North Korea here people. I also had some issues with their raffle system not accepting my submissions. Pretty poor systems they have in place.

What a disappointing store, service is non existent and workers working there should not be in the retail industry. 3 people working but all of them are just standing behind the counter giving you nasty looks. Plenty of other similar stores that you can visit, just stay away from this one.

First time visiting Supply Store and had a pleasant experience! Am thankful and appreciative to the very tall guy with dark hair and glasses for helping us out with the Cav Empt range. He provided excellent customer service, was very friendly, and accommodating. Would def buy from again :)

DO NOT BUY ONLINE, no response to multiple emails or acknowledgement. Avoid - you would think that an email and filling out their online customer form would warrant at least a confirmation that you query is being looked into but nothing. What's your turn around time for a reply?

Can’t take photos at all in the store? That’s bad. Visiting from interstate that was the worse customer experience haha this is why supply store is only good for raffles but their staff have a bad attitude. Spend your money else where UP THERE are much more nicer!

Always been greeted with a smile when I’ve been to supply all interactions have been friendly. I’ve even called up to see if they had a pair of shorts in stock and when they didn’t was offered different ideas on similar styles and brands. Very helpful

It shows the trading hour starts from 10:00 but the door opened until 10:15, their staffs went to buy coffees, doughnut, sandwiches even the time was past 10 o’clock. They just saw customers waiting out side proudly.

I’m an unapologetic visvim completist, and it was really great to see such a large range and staff who were able to help out! If you’re a visvim heads you’ve got to check this store out!

The customer service was so bad and the lady who works there thought that I stole a pair of shoe and was running towards me after buying a shoe at the shop. Where’s her manners?

One of the best streetwear and sneaker stores in Melbourne. Have been several times and staff are always very friendly. Must visit for streetwear and sneakers when in the city.

avoid buying online from supply store, been dealing with them for months and haven't received my shoes yet. They are very hard to deal with, no customer service at all.

Customer service, staff and clothing selection is lame. Not even a hello when you get in the store. Stay away from that store, you’ll just be wasting your time.

Shawn Yates should be ashamed that he can’t run a decent online store. Forget the hype, forget any responses, forget about customer service as they don’t exist.

The store manager is arrogant and unprofessional. Also why burn incense candles in the store? Who wants clothes that smell like a Buddhist temples?

Good stock that isn't in other stores in Melbourne but....some of the worst retail service I've received. What's bad about it...it doesn't exist.

Level of customer service varies, could be more enthusiastic :) Great bape selection tho and at the reasonable retail price is always good.

nice staff, came there two weeks ago, swap my shoes because the box is broken although it is two weeks after the sale of the shoes

Entered a raffle. Credit card info got leaked and they took my money. They have a reputation of this.

Been a online customer for a long time. Great to visit the store and get myself two pair of shoes.

The only fair raffles around that give you a realistic chance of winning at retail price.
