I moved to Buffalo New York a year and a half ago from Brooklyn New York. If you’re familiar with Brooklyn, finding a West Indian Jewelry store in Brooklyn is very easy. But unfortunately, when I moved to Buffalo that was surely a task. So I turned my search to Canada knowing that Canada is Saturated with West Indian/Caribbean influences. I came across several Jewelers but Suresh Jewelers stood out for me. I called him and was greeted with a warm welcoming voice and I proceeded to shared my ideas with him. I was impressed with his honesty and Transparency about the piece I wanted made. He made it clear what was a good idea and what wasn’t based on longevity and style. I got my piece today and I cried happy tears because it turned out way better than I expected. My husband and I were also blown away by the intricate detail of his Country’s Flag, Wow!!!. This is a sentimental piece in honor of my Mom and Mother-in-law with their grandson name engraved on the top. I got myself a New Jeweler and I’m not going anywhere else. Suresh You’re Amazing!!

Had the pleasure of working with Suresh to duplicate my wife's wedding band for our 10 year wedding anniversary on December 3, 2021. I dropped off the ring early November with a deadline in mind. They not only delivered but they exceeded our expectations. The duplicated ring was better quality than the original wedding band. What a great place to go shopping! I took my daughter here because she needed a replacement pair of earrings after getting her ears pierced. Not only did they provide great options right away, the young ladies serving us made my daughter feel so special. They had beautiful options, at excellent prices. I am quite excited to return for bday presents, etc. as they had a LOT of stock.

Really exceptional customer service! I had to get a diamond replaced and some repairs done the owner went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was happy when I left! poor quality items. Bought a chain it broke in a matter of a few minutes. He fixed it on the spot and said "if it happens again call me and we'll figure something out" it broke again. Multiule attempts to reach out to him and never got a response.

I've been buying jewellery here for years. The family that runs the store is very friendly and helpful. I also highly recommend them for jewellery repair - I often buy broken jewellery from yard sales and bring it to them for repair.
