Be aware if you're after any zip repair services at this shop! Left my favourite bag for them to replace the zip slider (it's a specialist zip that only cobblers would use) as trusted them for other things like key cutting. The new zip slider once fitted was damaging the lining of the bag - looked at it with the guy in the shop and both of us agreed, so I've requested for it to be removed. The woman who repaired it later rang to insist it was not causing damage, and argued for a few minutes refusing to hear my explanation. In the end she rudely said she would take it off. When I retrieved my bag, the zip itself was damaged as pictured. Shocked and very unhappy about it.

Absolutely incredible service. I had a last minute emergency to reheal my mules just before my holidays the following day. I was badly let down by other shoe repair shop and literary had 2 hours left before the end of the day. I could not find any place for such a last minute request except Surrey Keys & Locks. Lee, not only agreed to help me but very quick and professionally repaired them. What find! 17 years ago an estate agent recommended this locksmith. I've never had to take a key because it doesn't work. I've rung early in the morning, because the decorators painted up the lock to a flat, Surrey Quays Locks were with me in half an hour. If our tenants lock themselves out, this locksmith holds our master cards for all our security locks, I can authorise a replacement for the tenant over the phone. We just received some fantastic service from Lee at Surrey Keys &Locks Ltd, following an attempted break in at our house. He came and assessed the damage done to our front door and also had a look at our back gate, suggesting practical ways to secure both entrances. On the day of the job Lee was early and very professional, the job ended up being much more difficult than first envisioned. But Lee stayed all day to complete the job and ensure that our property was fully secured. I would whole heartedly recommend using Surrey Keys & Locks Ltd in future.

Shop assistant told me today that he 'hasn't got all day.' That was pretty special. I told him he was rude, looked me back in the eye, never apologised. With no one else waiting to be served, somehow the man was in a rush. He didn't explaining things properly, failed to listen and understand what I wanted and was extremely rude. I hope more people complain. Also, this is my local service I've used for the past 6 years. Needless to say I won't be going back. Poor choice of staff for sure!

My husband John called the shop this morning to see if someone could come out and sort out our front door. We couldn’t open it and was having to use the back door to exit the house. The guys arrived and did the job within 15 minutes. We now have a front door that opens. Genuinely, if you need a locksmith, look no further. Seems like they are the good guys. I wasn't at the property but needed a broken lock fixing. They were extremely quick to the job, with a reasonable call out charge. All prices quoted before starting work. When they took the apart, it was jammed with some debris, so just the call out charge to pay. Honestly the most disgusting customer service I have witnessed. I'm not sure if the old women who works here was having a bad day but I've never had someone be so rude to me whilst trying to buy something from a shop. I'm all for promoting independent shops like this but I'll certainly never be going back based on my experience, and I hope no one else does.

Highly recommended genuine locksmith that has been operating on Lower Road for at least 25 years since I've known the area. Called lunchtime in relation to changing the cylinder on a nightlatch for one of my rental properties and they went to meet the tenant at the flat same day, and for which they took payment over the phone at a very reasonable cost.

Professional and honest service at competitive prices. I’ve used this company in the past, but today I needed their help because my tenants were locked inside the house. Good service. I had a broken zipper on a backpack which was fixed in 2 days. The bag had to be taken to another shop with the right tool for the job, otherwise would probably have been even faster. The quote I was given was the price I paid as well. The repair is solid, and good quality.

Bought 2 keys 11.50 each despite it being a normal key they said its a special key thus the cost. After gling home they both did not work :( Had to drive back again and the re-copied the key 2nd time. This time it worked but it needs a bit more filing since its very hard to turn key.

Fixed my Garmin Fitbit watch strap for £10. Very upfront with cost, time it would take etc. No complaints whatsoever. Open till 6 on weekdays, 5.30 on Saturday, closed Sun. RECOMMEND if you are in Canada Water/SE16 and need your: watch strap fixing or keys cut etc.

Rang them this morning to book an end of tenancy lock change. I really appreciate their friendly, helpful and professional attitude. We've been using them for 20+years and it's always been the same. We try and support local business and this is one of the best.

What a wonderful company and service. Called them at 08:30, new lock was fitted in by 09:15! They gave me fair advice about which type of lock to go for and made sure I was happy with my choice. Cannot rate the fitter Lee highly enough, pleasure to deal with.

Very poor customer service, the way I was spoken to on the phone, as well as how I was address when I entered the store was very poor. To make matters worse the gentleman was angry because I asked to wait while he cut my key as opposed to returning later.

Had to get the lock on a friend's door changed, spoke to Lee, who knew exactly what he was doing, he was round at the flat within an hour and had the entire thing changed and finished before we knew it. I would highly recommend to anyone. A+
