I recently bought a Hyundai Kona from Harish and his team and was so impressed with the level of customer service, from our very first conversation. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Harish and he went out of his way to make sure that my entire experience was a positive one. Not only have I walked away, enjoying my brand new car, but I know who to turn to should I need help in the future. With all of the various car sales people that I have spoken with in searching for the right car for me, it became evident fairly quickly that due to delayed shipment of vehicles at the moment, most sales people that I spoke with, didn’t seem to take a great deal of interest in my needs. This couldn’t have been any further from the truth for the team at Hyundai Arncliffe. My customer experience was fantastic! THANK YOU Harish (and Team)

I had the pleasure in booking my daughters Hyundai i30 ( EIY10B) for a service for the first time at Suttons Arncliffe . We were first greeted by Ali who prepared the paperwork for our car and then met Con who serviced our vehicle. I must say that Con did a wonderful job to our car , and displayed great knowledge and professionalism in his work and dealing with us. I was very impressed with his diagnosis and knowledge which we also received on video. Kyneisha presented our vehicle to us and organised paperwork and payment . All three staff mentioned went above and beyond to consistently deliver fantastic service and made our experience a pleasure able one. Great work Suttons for an amazing team, We will be back !

Service department is sketchy, and super expensive. Always check their work. They will tell you they changed the oil, but just top it up (have caught them out twice doing this now). Would recommend getting a second opinion on costs if you have time. The "complimentary wash" seems to be the work experience kid hosing down your car out the back. Charged me an arm and a leg to service my Triton and still gave me back a dirty car... To be fair, the used vehicle sales team are pretty awesome. Helpful and very reasonable if you want to negotiate. If you're not bound by the warranty stuff, get your maintenance done somewhere else.

Moved from Suttons Rosebery to Suttons Arncliffe where the waiting time to book in for a service is now 3 months! My first service there, they apparently found so many things to fix that my service ended up costing $2,500! My car is only 4 years old with under 40,000 kms. Couldn't help but think they took advantage of a female who knows nothing about cars. The video they sent me explaining everything wasn't clear and the man had the thickest accent I couldn't even understand what he was saying. Ended up moving to another Hyundai service centre and extremely happy with the one week availability and service costs.

I have a Mitsubishi triton, GSR top of the range. I visited Suttons Arncliffe today, as I have to fix a warrant problem on my car seat. When I was here I asked to check a fault on my dashboard too, as my car is less than 1,5 years old and have 10 years warranty on it. They couldn’t fix it and said wasn’t part of the warranty. Therefore, they have to charge me for it. I was very disappointed and left the place feeling robbed. I never come back to service my car in that place anymore. Nothing worse than felling you cannot trust in someone that you are making business with.

I had looked at several car yards but what made me choose Sutton's Mitsubishi Arncliffe was the sales team but more importantly the salesperson Nayem he was so great to deal with he was relaxed confident and so willing to get the best deal for me he was not pushy at all as some car sales people can be . One individual working in the Hyundai team (Harish) has very poor communication when dealing with customers. This was originally a 1 star review however I will amend my review to a 5 star as I don't think this individual aligns with company values and the customercare person (Lea) has been incredibly helpful, hopefully this mistake is learned from.

Good facilities if waiting while your car gets serviced, staffs ability to manage time and give true info pretty poor. Booked online never received follow up call or email, arrived on the day spent over 30mins booking in the car, told at 415pm the car was ready when in fact It wasn't ready until 5. Wasted so much my time unnecessarily.

My car had a major coolant leak and Suttons Arncliffe took it for repairs the same day I called. They told me upfront exactly how much it would cost and called mid fix to confirm the repair costs before continuing. I really appreciated the communication and transparency.
