Average experience with the 30 minute Thai oil massage. The masseuse: was a lovely girl just inexperienced. Masseuse asked which part of my back to focus on, I replied neck and lower back, she massaged my neck but did not touch lower back. The owner: collected money before the massage, payment should be requested after the massage. The owner needs to train staff better, what upsets me the most is an inexperienced masseuse on my back, and feeling like I still need a massage. The atmosphere: was relaxing, they included hot stones during the massage, as well as tea and biscuits at completion which was a nice touch.

I have been to so many remedial massage therapists in Crows Nest for the last 3 years, and I must admit this place was the BEST & most effective remedial massage I’ve ever had! The therapist Daisy was excellent and patiently understood my needs, and worked on my back and shoulder pain. I had immediate relief after the session and felt extremely relaxed and stress-free! Will definitely go again and highly recommend Daisy at Suwanwara!

Booked in again last week for a traditional Thai massage. After a very stressful week I came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I've had a back problem from a past injury and the young girl that did the massage was very experienced and walking out feeling no lower back pain was excellent. Keep up the great work and look forward to booking again soon.

Enjoyed my remedial massage here - the masseuse made the effort to ask how the pressure was as she moved through the regions of the body. I needed the pressure on my back and neck to be quite hard and she was able to dial it up. Extra comfort from the hot stones, heat bag and bed heating.

Great experience. Very relaxing and they are very precessional. Have a good sleep and feel recharging after the massage. They are friendly and also ask which part you would like to them to focus on. Good value for money and their Thai massage also comes with hot stone.

Got the Swedish/hot stone massage, masseuse left middle of the session atleast twice to attend to customers at the front desk. Pressure of the massage wasn't great, I came out feeling no different or relaxed after the massage. Overall poor experience.

Got a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage for $19. Well worth it! The masseuse put a lot of effort into it with nice pressure. She even massaged my head. Also went the extra length and asked if the pressure was ok which is a nice touch.
