I am a regular customer that buys from Swarovski Marion and this is my third purchase this year. This morning I went to buy a gift for my daughter and the senior customer service lady was extremely rude to me. She got annoyed with the perfume I was wearing and distanced herself saying you have a very strong perfume or shampoo. She said she’s got hay fever. I think she should be re-trained, or she should’ve stayed at home if she has ‘hay fever’. I felt quite humiliated and left the store immediately due to this, and asked my daughter to pay for the purchase. What was surprising was that the other staff employees witnessed this but didn’t act upon it. I think this is unfair and I should be compensated from Swarovski for the humiliation caused by this employee in front of staff and other customers. Thank you and I would like to hear from you soon.

customer service there is the worst. my server named Jackie/Jacquie was so blunt n dry, it made me not want to even buy the ring from her… no smile on her face n i had to ask for help instead of being offered it. don’t be in retail if you’re sour at everyone who walks in the door. if i had known that was the experience i would’ve gotten, i would’ve just purchased online. so disappointing.

The shop looked pretty well lit & the Crystals are well displayed in their glass case. They haven't had my breed of dog yet. Its about time they put out more dog breeds in their glass shelf. My favourite breed of dog is a Mini Schnauzer. I have been showing this breed for over 10 years & enjoying every minute of it. Please put more dog breeds in your Canine Collection.

Went in to buy my wife’s Christmas present, a wrap bracelet. They told me Swarovski don’t do them anymore and I stupidly bought another gift from them. Turns out the Swarovski Australian website is still selling the wrap bracelets so I think I was misled.

Went on friday and the lady there had the attitude and i felt she was a bit rude to us. I dnt knw if she is like that but I didn’t find welcoming and pleasing. She needs to improve her service. I don’t think I will visit this store again. Thank you

Poor service, the sales person tried telling us their products wasn't made in Vietnam. Even though it was clearly labeled it was. Even Swarovski company stated it was. She was clueless.

They don't fix pens anymore mine broke after 3 months as well as the ink running out. Very disappointed from a $50 pen!
