Be warned NOT to use a service at Country Doctor Walk-in After-Hours Care Center!!! Stay away from this place at all cost, or else you would end up feeling regret. This whole center in all is very unprofessional from our experience. Especially, the particular Ethiopian nurse assistant named “Kay” is a real problem of all. I’m not sure a correct spelling, but the doctor called her “Kay”. It can be Khay, Khae, or K something. In short, she is very unprofessional in doing her job duty. She has a very low human relationship skill (unfriendly manner to be precise), poor communication to coordinate with a doctor, no informing to the patient about what going on, and completely lack of skills to work with children. I had my daughter checked in due to a sharp pain on her both ears. She got sick for 6 days and kept saying about the pain on her ears, What this nurse assistant, Kay, did to my daughter was unacceptable. She treated my daughter like an object. That was the only word I could defy her. Clearly, she never worked with the children before. Besides, she has very poor communication to coordinate with a doctor back there. The doctor did not know the patient's status, and the patient were left in the dark not knowing what was going on. Another thing she made yesterday is that she completely makes my daughter afraid of seeing the doctor from now on.

I'd like to thank all your staff for your help and care so much. As an immigrant from Russia, I always have things to compare (not intentionally of course), and I can say I had never had such great experience in Russia. Going to a Russian medical center was always a challenge for me because the center itself was never renovated and staff goal was never to help but make you even more depressed...It is my first experience with the medical center in the US and when I came for the first time I was told I did the right thing and I would feel better. The outcome was I felt better. Not only they do their work so professionally, they also make you so comfortable, they smile, they let you speak up... As a person who always tries to look on the bright side and be positive, I do believe that positive attitude impacts each patient's recovery. When I came for the first time I was miserable, now I feel better thanks to you! Dr Jeff Warner has helped me a lot, he definitely cares about patients not leaving any situation unsolved. Thank you! I wish you all be happy and have only great days! Sincerely, Roman

Avoid this place! Last night (11/22/22) I came in with flu symptoms and was corralled with all the other walk-in patients into a small rec room. This reckless endangerment was even more odd given that the actual waiting area was completely empty. Once inside you had to call a number to get in line, and wait on hold for up to 30 minutes to speak to a person who was literally sitting at reception in the main area. Despite arriving 5 minutes before the clinic opened I was asked to wait an hour and a half for an appointment. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor I was told that there were only 2 doctors for 23 patients (which was a lie, there were not even 10 patients) and that they had run out of flu tests the day before. No flu tests during flu season. An entire evening wasted. Come here at your own risk, you may leave sicker than you were when you arrived, and they will treat you like dirt because that is how "providers" treat patients in 2022. The worst clinic experience I have had in any country.

I came here and saw Anne Lanigan (nurse prac) and was very impressed with her empathy and bedside manner. She took her time, was thorough and very kind. I was kind of expecting the clinic to be very rushed and not have a lot of time to explain their diagnosis and what was behind it but that was the total opposite. The person who checked me in and Dr Lanigan were very patient and kind. They both made me feel at ease from the beginning. It seems like the medical assistant was a little rushed with me and did not make eye contact but... My initial experience and the fact that Dr Lanigan walked me to the nurses station and made sure I knew where the closest pharmacies that were open to me made it a great appointment and I left feeling that I was cared about as a person and not just a patient. Also for an after hours clinic without an appointment, I was surprised that I was seen in probably under 30 minutes. Thank you Country Doctor.

Katie Hester has to be by far the worst nurse practitioner I have encountered. Who out of pure laziness did not want to treat a simple in grown toenail. They wanted to put me on antibiotics and then reschedule an appointment later to remove the nail rather then treat it now since I am unable to walk on it, which is normal practice. On top of all this she didnt know how to use the examination room table, and needed to use my cell phone light to inspect my foot as she didnt have her own flashlight. We had also called ahead of time to see I would also not suggest this clinic as they do not enter the client's correctly into their system. They had my name wrong even after I gave my id and insurance card.

My physician was so sweet and kind she made sure I would be comfortable even tho what I had to go through was going to be very uncomfortable. She went through the process of what she could do and allowed me to make a decision on which I thought would be better. Also they made sure I had what I needed for if I drained through my bandages before my next visit. If you have the choice to come here I highly recommend it for comfortably and professionalism

They told me it would be 20 minutes to be seen. It was an hour and 15 minutes before I was even seen. When I asked why 5 people who came in after me were seen first, they said that some doctors are faster than others, but we are pre assigned to them when we check in. So you take a chance at being put in the slow queue or the fast queue, with no reasonable explanation as to why it’s not just one queue. Absolutely terrible service.

I was so impressed with this place. The wait wasn’t long at all, despite it being later in the day. They were so on top of the covid protocol which I didn’t have, but the abundance of caution was refreshing to see. The NP I saw was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about this person’s bedside manner! Definitely recommend if you need urgent care.

Would give zero stars if I could. My 3 year old daughter was showing the first signs of an asthma attack. Our home nebulizer wasn't doing the job and we needed a steroid Rx. Nurse told me over the phone they could give her nebulizer and steroid Rx. When we got there they told us without even looking at her to go to the ER. Thanks for wasting our time when minutes can count.

I came in on a mid-February Sunday @ 345pm. It took only 22 minutes to get me into an examine room, 47 minutes until a Nurse Practitioner saw me and I was out the door under a hour. Also if I could not afford payment they informed me what I could do on a sliding scale instead of over charging me. They were also very professional, definitely recommend them.

There’s no patients and I’ve been waiting for over 2 hrs to b seen and still waiting, but everyone that got here after I did they got seen already and keep me waiting. Service sucks and is not worth felling like a leper because the staff just ignores me and see everyone else. Worse service in Seattle for sure. I definitely won’t be coming back here

In and out fairly quickly when I needed it -- a solid 4 stars for that! Not being strict about kids with masks knocks this down and prompted me to write this review. I understand very small children, but kids who appear to be at least ten need to be told to keep masks on. Give me a break! If not for that, I was happy with the care received here.

I’ve visited this place several times, and I had 5⭐️ service! No complaints nor suggestions for improvement. However, the ER at Cherry Hill is a total nightmare. Unprofessional ER doctors and social workers to power hungry mind control security.

Had a telehealth appointment and was incredibly impressed with the level of care and thoroughness of Dr Jolley. Great care, good response from nurse team. Swedish really seems to have it all together.

These people are amazing. No level of care that they provide to people regardless of the ability to pay anything program eligibility is the best that I've ever experienced from from a "free clinic".

  • Miss Kitty

Doctors & staff were great. Lots of people waiting to be seen, so quite a wait at times. But that's to be expected with walk in.

  • Dee's Things

My first time here, I was treated fairly quickly. I was very stressed and everyone was very kind.

  • Sonya Johnson

First visit here- everyone was so kind, they made my visit as quick and painless as possible.
