Recently I had a service done by them for my car. They did an extra work in my car without my consent and later charged me with additional 30€ for the work which I was not aware of it . Upon asking about the same, they lied and behaved very badly. Particularly, there were two guys named sanjay/ Kevin, and one of them was very rude towards me. Their work is good but, their behavior was worst . As you mentioned in your response for my review, I came for a minor service( oil and filter change) only . But, without my consent how can you do 10 point check which was not explained to me when I brought the car to your garage. Moreover, it was me who handed over my mobile to the guy & asked him to call & check the call details. I am not interested in blaming or telling lies about your workers without a valid reason. If you have the proof of my voice recording, kindly forward it to my number. I am attaching the screen shot of my call list with marked your garage number which I asked the person to ring . Again I have to say, your work was perfect but, attitude towards the customer was not great.

Had a break down and called Sweeneys. They informed me they work on hybrids and can arrange towing. Scheduled for the following day and would call prior to collection. Heard nothing the next day so called late afternoon to be informed they had meant to call me that morning and inform me that they don’t work on hybrids and would not be collecting the car. Wasted 24 hours with my car left on the side of road. Very poor customer service, will avoid in future. Re: your response Thank you for your response. I explained on Monday evening that the hybrid part of the car was faulty. Was still told you guys could check it out and that it would be towed the following day. Nothing was ever suggested about me calling with an update. I was told I would be called when it was being picked up. When my partner called having not heard back from you guys, whoever answered apologised and said “didn’t Kevin ring you back?” It’s appears you have been completely misled. Had I just been informed you couldn’t work on the car I would have looked elsewhere.

Have bought my Seat Ibiza from a private seller not a while ago and as expected everything went downhill after some time. Came to this garage and got full diagnostics done and not surprisingly many things were wrong. I’d fully recommend this garage as they’re very professional and quick at what they’re doing. They took my car in at around 12pm and at 5pm, they had already changed several sensors, fixed breaks, adjusted hand break and done few other things for my car and called me in to collect it. Very efficient and I’m happy that I have chosen to come to them. Thank you guys for your hard work and I’m definitely going to be back! My car is driving so smoothly without stalling or shaking I’m still not used to it

Disastrous Experience Stay Clear!!! I booked a car service online and paid a deposit, I arrived today and was told they are fully booked and I could not get it done until Next Tuesday (Today is Wednesday) He then told me he tried to contact me by phone but he said there was a digit missing? So I asked him to ring as the phone number was correct, He did and guess what my phone rang? WOW! So clearly he never rang to tell me? He also said he sent an email which I never received,but I received all previous emails no problems? This is my second time using them and I recommended them to friends and work colleagues but not anymore, I am still waiting on my refund, The worst I’ve experienced so far.

Крайне не рекомендую, на сайте забронировал полное ТО на доступное число и оплатил аванс 20евро и на почту сразу же пришло подтверждение с указанным адресом, при бронировании было указано что машину придётся оставить на 2 часа, в запланированный день позвонил предварительно за 2 часа, но по телефону человек был вообще не в курсе что было такое бронирование на полное ТО, и сказал что мы вообще по тому адресу не работаем в итоге назвал другой адрес слишком далеко от города и машину можно будет забрать только на следующий день, я не приехал но они даже не перезвонили и не узнали буду ли и не вернули деньги.

In relation to service my VW Golf I recommending this Team and Garage. Very professional and very friendly Team, Service and Place They offering reasonable prices and quick service. The team following the Client wishes, They listen the Client and Their are open for clients proposes. They are very helpful and They will advice you if needed. I tried to find in Dublin workshop which will agree replace engine oil which I want, not which garage offering and finally I found Them. Special thanks for Kevin and all Team I appreciate your help. Came here after a brief phone call with a gentleman called Ash who was very professional. Upon arrival I was greeted by a Pakistani guy who I approached and asked if he was Ash. He seemed very disorientated and told me he was not Ash. I explained how I had been speaking to Ash and I was advised to bring the car to have a look. He told me that I picked “a bad day” and he couldn’t look at my car for at least 2 weeks. Absolute joke. I wish I got this man’s name. I would advise you to get rid of him ASAP as he is ruining your business and has no interest in taking new work on! Absolute lazy fella

These guys are 100%, dropped 2 cars in for service on Saturday, both cars serviced to the highest standard, 1 of the cars had a pain in ass job to be done as fitting a part and Mathew done it without batting an eyelid, kept me up to date with what they where doin as they were doin it, and the price was great for both cars, these lads can do top quality work, same as any main dealer. 100% recommend for any car work.

Had my Mk2 Golf Gti in for some work. Firstly no other mechanic would take the car apart from Kevin. He sourced some pretty tricky parts over the course of the 2 weeks and was very communicative throughout, providing regular updates. There was another issue that cropped up when I got it back from him but he fixed it on the house in a day. Thanks Kevin and team

5 star for Sweeney garage. I love the way they call you and tell you what needs to be done with a price. 5* for Kevin. If it’s not a major fix you can choose to book in again. the prices are very reasonable and the work carried out by the team is impeccable. I’ve used Sweeney garage a number of times and I will use them again. My car left very happy.

Ash was a pleasure to deal with. Brought in my old car for full service at Sweeney's Ballyfermot where he picked up on multiple issues. He went out of his way to explain what was wrong with the car and also try and advise what the best course of action will be. I will not be hesitant to go back to them or suggest them to family and friends.

Stunned of the lack of professionality of this place, I rang 10 times in and they never rang me back once ,they couldn't release the invoice when i collected the car and I had to to go back and wait 30 min the following day to finally get it. Much room to improve the customer service . I definitely won't suggest this garage to anyone.

Can’t recommend Sweeneys Ballyfermot branch enough. Car in and out within 5 hours including the work I booked as well as other issues noticed that they fixed within the one visit, with a very reasonable price. Also had a small overpayment issue that was resolved within an hour of me calling back. Great service.

I dropped in to Sweeneys get a wheel alignment done recently, and to torque up some recently fitted drop-links to spec. I found the team courteous, professional, and fast (granted you arrive on time arranged, otherwise you might be waiting a little longer). Recommended.

Brilliant and swift service had an AC recharge completed in under 30 minutes breathing new air into the car which couldn’t be performed by the main dealer as i was warmly welcomed by Kevin

Sweeneys were looking for 270 euro to repair an alloy wheel. Got the job done in Finglas for 70 euro. Wont be going back to Sweeneys.
