On the phone i was told it'll cost $29 but after arriving i was given the option of $185 to remove the lock or $225 to pick it. The whole thing took 5min and i was charged $200 after inspection. The locksmith barely conducted any inspection of the lock and quoted me a price. The website and the pictures shown are all shady, definitely a scam, please avoid and don't be like me.

Highly recommend them - they came very quickly when we locked ourselves out, were upfront about the cost, and were very professional and responsive throughout. Fingers crossed we don't lock ourselves out again, but we will know who to call if we do!
