Highly recommend this garage and I have already been recommending it to family and friends. I initially spoke to Glen over the phone and he is such a lovely gentleman. He advised me to pop in when I was free and as soon as I got there my car was put through the diagnostics machine for free, whereas my main dealer wanted £150. My car was fixed within minutes of the diagnostic test being carried out and I was on my way. I was only charged for my headlights to be replaced and I was so happy to have found such an amazing garage that didn’t rip me off. The whole team is brilliant and Glen is such a trustworthy person with great expertise. Thank you to all at Swift Repairs for providing outstanding customer service.

Summary: Attended to get a diagnosis but was given the price of a series of test which were not specific to the problem and was treated as a second class citizen. Beginning: Did not appear interested in attending my call and had a dirty attitude towards me, possibly due to my completion of my skin but can’t conclude. - Noticed everyone was ethically white (no diversity in colour) - No interest in seeing the vehicle at all without funding for their tests. Decided to leave due to the flavour of the behaviour and not do business. Won’t be attending again.

I’ll give you the truncated version:- Complete waste of my morning! Do not bring your car here - they’ll just give you a hard time for absolutely nothing. I actually had in mind I’ll give them extra for the MOT if they get it done by the time they stated. Instead of being girly about a couple of tissue papers he shoudl have just got on with the job at hand! The guy wanted me to get a full valet before he said he will “touch” the car -WARNING!!! hint of racism definetly detected.

Absolutely lovely guys. Glen was very understanding and a pleasant mechanic, for once. You don't usually find guys that explain it all to you so you know what you're paying for. My MOT was done quickly and efficiently and also even though a blown bulb was found he replaced it for me at no cost and rechecked it to make sure it worked and passed. Would highly recommend these guys. Being Villa supporters is an added bonus! Keep it up guys!

Dont bring your car here. It's not worth it. Got charged full price for a checkup which found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Drove the car for 10minutes and found issues with steering. They hadnt checked it. This garage does not itemise the checks it performs because it doesnt do most of the basic checks youd expect. They charge commercial autocentre prices for sub-par work. Waste of time.

Thanks again Glen and Dave for your speedy and professional work on my ancient VW Golf yesterday. I've been using your company for 35 years now and enjoy the 'Brummie Banter' almost a thing of the past now sadly. Stay away from these clowns last year passed my private hire vehicle with tints with no questions; this year they decide not to pass it with the same tints. They are just after money all private hire should stay clear of them. Also they have a whatsapp group advising other mot stations of any issues I wouldn't be surprised if they tip off hackney aswell.

Worked there from 1983 to 1997, looking after the tuning shop and engine repairs. The focus has changed towards MOT testing and general vehicle repairs since 2000; however Glenn and Dave, who have been in charge since the orginal owners retired, still keep a tight ship and offer excellent service at very competitive prices. Been here twice now once for MOT and then for service. Straightforward no faff and you just know you can trust them with the job. Was happy and satisfied with the work both times unlike other cowboy places where you're just never sure if they know what they're doing! Highly recommend.

The plumber came out promptly. He worked very well and made sure to clean up after he finished identifying the problem. Unfortunately he diagnosed rising damp and not a leaking pipe. He was courteous and very helpful. He is a real find. ***** excellent!

Had oil and filter change and abs sensor changed today price to supply and fit was extremely happy with quality work carried out.all covid 19 guidelines was stritcly adhered to by the mechanics and customers. Top job as always gents ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experiance today. Top ppl - who give fair and constructive and quality feedback (for your own good). The boyz and place is golden for private hire vehicle testing. Recommended for impartial test.

Very clean MOT test center, Parking spaces available for pre booked cars. Owner and staff both very polite.Once car left in MOT centre can utilise time on coventry Road for shopping and food.

Helped me out in a spot of bother. Was due to drive back down to London when I spotted the engine management light. Guys agreed to take look at very short notice and dealt with the issue.
