It was my first visit to the car wash although the agency I work for uses it frequently for company vehicles. When we pulled up to the car wash the man running it was very rude. He snatched the card from my friends hand. Didn’t say hello, please, thank your or anything at all other than yelling at us when to stop and pull forward. I was fine with that and didn’t make a fuss. My car needed to be vacuumed and I was throwing away trash from the back of the trunk. I had a pile of larger items (a fold out chair, a pot I had recently purchased, umbrella etc. sitting on the ground. Outside of those items I had only thrown away a few hangers and small trash like water bottles, napkins and things like that. The small trash can next to the car wasn’t even half full, and it wasn’t empty when we arrived. I had a small blanket in the back of my car for my dog to sit on. It had a lot of dog hair on it and I was vacuuming my car for dog hair. Since it was a small torn up blanket I just decided to throw it away to not risk getting more dog hair back in the car. To be polite, I walked the blanket to the larger dumpster so I didn’t fill there small trash can by the vacuum. Apparently that was a mistake. The man working the car wash came out screaming at my friend who was with me telling him we are illegally dumping and we filled his dumpster. I drive a 2012 corrola. I can not fit a dumpster full of trash in that car and my car was not that dirty. It was dirty, which is why I was cleaning it, but a small blanket caused my friend to get screamed at! He literally screamed at him walked toward him aggressively. My friend said is this really over a blanket! My friend went and removed the blanket from the dumpster. I told the man I was so sorry I didn’t want to stuff it into the very small trash bens and make him have to come dump it later I walked it over to the dumpster to be polite. The man didn’t respond to my apology at all! I meant absolutely no harm, didn’t do anything wrong and was allowed to be screamed by a staff person. I’ve reported the Incident to my organization to ensure we never give them business again. Don’t go there if you have anything at all to throw away. They dont like having to take out the trash.

I use this car wash every few days. Today I get there for my usual car wash. The Express wash for the automatic wash. So I pull in and usually there's someone there to put my money in the machine. But it was a little chilly this morning so the gentleman was sitting inside. So I pull up to put my money in the machine myself no big deal. I start to put in the wash that I wanted. The gentleman came out and told me to wait to not do that. So since I was going to put in my money I was close to the machine. When the the man got there he complained and told me next time for me to leave more room for him. Well I just brushed that off the complaint. So after he snatched the money out of my hand and complaining about the state of which my money was in. He put the money in the machine and hurried went through the screens pretty fast. I guess so he could go back and sit down. As soon as I gave him the money he must not of heard me that I asked for a receipt. So as he started to walk away I asked for my receipt he then complained about how I should of told him sooner. Well I'm sorry I didn't know I needed to ask you more than once to press a button instead of just hurrying through the screens. I work for a company and have to keep all my receipts. So since he told me there was no way to get a receipt for my car wash after just hurrying through the screen that asks if you want a receipt. I get stuck with an uneven money bag. Maybe if I was that man I wouldn't work somewhere where you have to talk with customers or even see them. Since I'm sure we don't appreciate the scowls and dirty looks that you gave me. Or maybe just stay inside since I'm sure most of us are able to figure out how to work the touch screen.

Friendly staff helps to operate the automatic car wash machines during the day, pricing is very affordable, with the cheapest option being the $6 wash. They have a raincheck special which is $14, and allows you to redeem a coupon for a free wash if it rains after you get your car washed. The vacuums actually work, and my only complaints are the rug shampooer tool and the scent sprays, just don't do it. Otherwise, best automatic and self-operated car wash in the area. As a rideshare driver, this has become an essential part of my workflow.

I just want you to know you have the rudest person working for you! He gave me a free token for a vacuum when I got done washing my car I asked him could I go to any vacuum with my token he gets very angry and yells at me he can’t hear me with all this noise so when I drive off because he doesn’t want to help me he yells I DONT CARE BYE!!! I will never come back! Update: how was he frustrated that he couldn’t help but yells I DONT CARE BYE as I’m leaving?!?!?! He’s full of it

Went to vacuum out car, suction not working good. But experienced good customer service, staff tried to fix but couldn't. I was given a token to use another vacuum which did a good job. It was an inconvenience because I was in a hurry. Also, there were 2 SUVs with tinted windows, parked in the vacuum stalls (that had no vacuums attached)with there vehicles running, just sitting there. Appeared suspicious, uncomfortable.

Very rude and unfriendly. We washed our car and pulled out the back side to wait for it to finish drying before we buffed it. We weren't there for 5 minutes before a worker walked up and said, "That's a really nice car, I'd hate to write you a ticket for loitering." There was hardly anyone there! What harm were we causing?! It's a real shame because it is close to where we live... not returning though...

I like that it's open 24 hrs, but I don't like that I have to go ALL THE WAY across the parking lot (near employee door) for change alone in the dark. If there were someone on duty to at least be a witness in the event somethin were to happen to me, I'd feel a lil more safe. Additionally, there was broken glass (like car window glass) all over the place

This car wash has failed to respond after complaining about a car wash stall not operating after paying $10 to wash my car... I was told by the attendant to call to get a refund but I never received a response. The lack of response to complaints about malfunctioning stall accessories is truly not an establishment that I would frequent regularly.

Lots of options for carwash. They have drive through, drive through touch free, and self wash. They also have vacuums and carpet shampooer. They have a vending machine for wipes, air fresheners and other cleaning supplies for your vehicle. Only thing that sucks is no music cause the neighbors like to call the cops.

Convenience of self served or drive through washing with brushes or touchless. The workers are there to assist during business hours. Plenty of vacuum & stalls to clean the inside of your vehicle. Just remember to request the free token when you enter payment. It dispenses then, & then only! Happy with the results!

$3 for a quick manual wash (4 min) is a great deal for me. Lights are bright in the stalls at night making an evening visit easy and safer. Brush, tire scrubber, good spray with heat protect and spot free rinse. This is my go-to spot. Good interactions with staff and generally pretty clean and kept up.

The hand wash bays had a lot if trash in them. The vaccum machines did not look like the work so I did not use the. I'll go the the Original Spot Not on Troost for on. Also Swift Shine took away "protection" option on the hand wash bays. I just went because it was close to the grocery store.

Not good the automatic carwash brokemy mirror on a car I just bought. My mirror had no previous issues till then. No one is calling or emailing back and the employees aren't being helpful either. If someone contacted me back and fixes my mirror I would give better rating.

Well I didn't a car wash that runs on quarters does not have any machines to sell quarters is little bit of a hassle if you don't know it. Have to go find shop that will sell you quarters. I was lucky enough to find the QuikTrip just a short way down the street.

Instructions for card transactions are very confusing. It's best to only pay with cash here. On top of that, there are vacuums that don't work in the car washing stalls bc the hoses r disconnected from the ceiling. Other than that, the diy carwash was fun.

The whole process is pretty smoothe. The attendants are available so that if you use the drive thru wash, you don't have to leave your vehicle. It is also well kept meaning that there is no trash in the parking lot and the trash bins aren't overflowing.

Coupons for bdays are a savior! Eapecially for single moms of young children that need to be able to drive right up without having to get the kids out, or even have to get out at alll, plus not having to pay for a long overdue bath for our vehicles !!

My windshield didn't get clean...the areas where the wipers don't touch was still the same, dirty. Tires didn't come clean either. Drove further to use OTTO so that I could use the automatic car wash with scrubbers hoping all would get clean.

This afternoon I had the bad idea to wash my truck in your horrible and misnamed car wash. guys the job you do is the worst service i had in my whole life. I also paid for option #2 that had free vaccum but that didn't work either.

Was very disappointed, it took 2 dollars to start anything when washing my SUV then a long delay to go between soap to rinse to wax then the final rinse stopped with 45 sec left. Spot not was soo much better! And no auto wash.

Good wash with fun lighting colors and the kids thought it was really cool and weren't afraid of going through the car wash as they usually are. Fun efficient and fairly inexpensive car wash option near by the house.

I'm sorry but my vehicle was still not clean(the back window especially). I went through again and still wasn't satisfied. The gentleman even took a look after I let him take a look and he let me get another wash.

Always clean and everything's always operational I wash my car there once a week and never had a single problem I only gave 4 stars because the scent spray fragrance doesn't work but everything else is on point.

Attendants process your type of wash and payment for you and make sure your car is lined up correctly and the car is in neutral. There are plenty of stalls to dry off you car and free tokens to vacuum your car.

Great little car wash I used the touchless and my jeep was spotless I highly recommend! Why pay $25 at that new car wash when you can get the same results at this one. They also have great customer service.

I always wash my car here. Lots of vacuums, car wash stalls and parking lot space. It would be nice if they fixed the really rough asphalt when you pull out of the wash stalls though.

The car wash has two different automatic washes, one touchless the other drags material across your vehicle and I prefer that one with the belly wash. You can do it yourself also.

I visit frequently at night and never had issues with other people bothering me. I've used this location for 2 decades, the attendants & cleanliness have easily earned my loyalty

Went up during the day and 6 guys were polishing there cars in the vacuum bays. Attendant didn't make them move, so I left. Hopefully I don't have to use this sorry place again.

I was impressed of the new amenities inside the car stall and the new bricks .. the water pressure is awesome .. I haven't tried the automatic car wash yet .. I will visit again

Place is usually pretty well kept despite the area. Never had a problem with the equipment. If going late at night, be on the lookout for the occasional tweaker walking through.

The card reader was shifty at best. It kept saying no signal...looking for cell signal, You couldn't tell what part of the processing had been interrupted.

Cheap $10 wash and they give you a free coin to vacuum your car. Have options for brushless wash. One of the better automatic washes I've seen in KC area

The vacuum didn't work that well. It's also more expensive than I was expecting for the wash. I used the soap and spray rinse and it charged me $15.
