Horrible and disgusting experience with Cindy, She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist when I did absolutely nothing to her. She has No Respect for people’s time and made it very clear when she said “she didn’t care if I was in a rush because her business was more important then mine”. She was extremely nice to her white customers but had an unnecessary attitude with me, a young black man. For someone in a customer service role to behave this way is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on TD as a organization. If She is a representation of TD Canada’s customer service I will be closing my accounts. As a manager in the customer service industry I would never treat my customers with such disrespect and attitude. I was extremely dissatisfied with my service And this is only my FIRST day being a TD customer..

Wish i could give it a zero .My brother opened an account on my recommendation in this branch as he is a new immigrant but this branch of td let my recommendations down .Never going to recommend to anyone as it’s a waste of time first they advised to get an appointment to open up an account and then when the next day we went for 2 nd account the rep told us that she gave us wrong information as the new immigrant’s account is not free for one year but for only 6 months she was misinformed too so we let it go as of human error but now after a month one the accounts got charged and the service support saying that the rep forgot to mention it as a new immigrant account so we need to go back to the same branch and get it sorted out .Such a waste of time and inconvenience.Poor and v bad service.Get your employees trained first!!!

Had a terrible experience at this branch with Cindy where I tried to increase my credit limit & upgrade my card instead they opened a new credit card for me & did not even upgrade the card so now I have two credit cards without the upgrade. I am now dealing with multiple calls with the credit card line trying to fix this, as well as, requests to remove from my credit history which may not be possible now. This is wasted time, poor service, not sure if their sales reps are paid any commissions for new cards versus increasing limits to make them make this error? But it seems like an outrageous error to be called a genuine “mistake”

Incredibly racist and classist service despite having our mortgage and several other products with TD. Had to repeatedly insist on the type of account we wanted to open as other unrelated account types kept being referred back to. Repeatedly and unnecessarily asked about beneficiary designation and marital status despite having the same surname, being on our mortgage together, and several other joint products including an account for our toddler we had just opened who was with us. Beyond disappointing.

I have many mails related to a TD client come my mailbox which I hand over to this branch. The mails kept coming every single month. I had to visit the branch every month, and the manager promised that the mails would stop coming by the month after, but it’s almost two years and I am still getting the mails! It’s very obvious that this branch takes the privacy of their clients seriously!

Cindy is a very nice lady she helps me through everything I need help with even she helped my boyfriend with his card , his card couldn’t work so she helped him through the situations , Cindy is very smart and not racist , she would do her best to help customers and she is understanding them

I would give zoro star if I could, it was so hard for me today just to deposit my check, there was a woman front door she was managing the line and she was so rude with me , I don't recommend anyone for this bank..

Why open late when you don't have anyone working? Everytime I go in there at least 15 to 20 minutes wait. Then all of sudden you got three people showing up out of no where. Maybe take your break one at a time.

Good bank, staffed by good team. Very inviting environment with lots of lounging area for clientele and complementary coffee. I feel extremely comfortable visiting and banking at this branch.

Saman Thind is an amazing personal bank advisor! She helped me the whole way with my banking process and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
