Staff are nice when the bank is open, but the hours need to be changed. The ATMs used to be available at all hours but is now not open at all when tellers aren't available. Being the only TD bank in the Dover/Forest Lawn area, this makes it frustrating to deposit on weekends. The hours on the door are wrong, as well.

They have the best customer service I've ever had in any bank ever. I opened an account at this branch and when I came back a few days later the same lady that serve me the first time greeted me by name. She is the kindest person in customer service ever. I'd say she should be employee of the month for entire Canada.

No sense of urgency in this bank. Worst td bank in calgary. 2 tellers working. One talking to another worker meanwhile the line is 5 people deep. 10 minutes later they come to the window and say next in line.
