The whole staff is mean and even their older guy I guess he is the owner or supervisor is rude. Will not recommend! Location: It is located along Wilhemstrabe. The interior is ok with seating outside and inside. Service: the whole staff is rude including their boss, im not sure if he is the boss or owner but he is the eldest there. There was a line. And the boss ask my order then i paid, he told me to move to the side with an arrogant voice. I didn’t say anything. Then the lady in front of me move to the other side thinking she took all her orders. So I told the guy who is making the doner to not put hot sauce on mine. The boss told me “thats not yours!” I said “ok I didn’t know”. Then the guy who is making the order ask me you don’t want hot sauce? So i said “he said it’s not mine” pointing at the boss. The boss told me “it’s yours!” With an upset voice. I told him “you just told me it’s not mine and its hers” then the boss said to another staff “talk to him” and he said something with their language and all the staff laughs. Like for real that is how you treat your customers? Have some manners! There is a lot of pictures of you with celebrities inside your restaurant. Do I have to be a celebrity to be treated right??? Food: we bought the Doner Menu. To be honest it was not good. This is not because they treated me unwell. But the meat is dry and there is nothing special about it. I went here because we wanted to try kebab in Germany. Price rating: 6/10 it is cheap but not good. Well I will never come back nor recommend this place. Such a nasty attitude.

Pommes sehr langweilig, nicht knusprig und kaum Wuerzung. Burger hat genug Fleisch, allerdings keine spezielle Soße, wenig gewürzt und jeglicher interessanter Geschmack geht verloren, Grillgeschmack war dabei. Brötchen leider komplett auseinandergefallen und man konnte dadurch den Burger nicht genießen. Doenerbox ok, Fleisch gut. Preise wie überall zu teuer fuer die Qualität. Insgesamt werde ich wieder hingehen um Doener zu versuchen, denn durchaus möglich, dass dies eher die Spezialität dort ist. Alles andere sollte besser werden. Service gut, war schnell alles fertig. Momentan zwei Sterne durch die Situation. Update, Doener gegessen, außen trocken, Fleisch große lange Stuecke geschnitten ist sehr ungewöhnlich, Brot knusprig, Soßen geschmacklich gut, allgemein kein besonderer Geschmack. Es ist ein normaler Doener, mit wenig Fleisch, dennoch fuer hungrige Leute ausreichend. Gesamt aendere ich die Bewertung von 2 auf drei Sterne. Ist in Ordnung alles.

Bei meinem Besuch im vielgepriesenen Dönerladen, der als "der beste in der Stadt" angepriesen wird, hatte ich hohe Erwartungen. Die Atmosphäre war durchschnittlich, nichts Besonderes, aber auch nicht enttäuschend. Der Service war freundlich und effizient, was definitiv ein Pluspunkt ist. Jetzt zum wichtigsten Teil: dem Döner. Obwohl es gut zubereitet und präsentiert wurde, konnte der Geschmack nicht ganz überzeugen. Der Döner war ordentlich, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Fleisch war zart, jedoch fehlte ihm das gewisse Etwas in der Würzung. Die Soßen und das Gemüse waren frisch, aber wiederum nichts, was mich umhauen würde. Insgesamt war es eine solide Mahlzeit, aber weit entfernt von dem, was ich als "den besten Döner" bezeichnen würde. Es ist möglich, dass der Laden an anderen Tagen besser performt oder dass ich einfach zu hohe Erwartungen hatte. Für ein schnelles, zufriedenstellendes Essen ist dieser Ort durchaus geeignet, aber man sollte nicht erwarten, von den Socken gehauen zu werden. 3 von 5 Sternen scheint eine faire Bewertung zu sein.

We went here due to the stellar reputation, reviews, and affordable pricing options in Central Berlin. The food was very impressive and lives up to expectations and hype. Portion sizes were huge and extremely filling. The only downsides were the extremely long queues and line. Even though we went during off-peak hours around 9:30pm it was still a 20 minute wait just to order. Many tourists and locals alike waiting for good food. Difficult to get a dine in table spot due to the massive crowds. Definitely one of the best kebabs we have ever eaten. The meat was very juicy, seasoned, and tasty.

Best Döner in Berlin! I recently visited this amazing döner shop, and I can't praise it enough! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The döner itself was a masterpiece - the meat was tender and flavorful, the veggies were fresh and crisp, and the sauce was the perfect balance of tangy and spicy. Es ist einfach, an einem Wochentag einen Tisch zu bekommen. Am Wochenende oder während der Mittagspause gibt es viele Kunden und man müssen warten. Wir mussten am Freitagnachmittag etwa 20 min anstehen um unsere Bestellung aufgeben zu können. Es hat sich aber absolut gelohnt. Portion war ziemlich groß. Döner war äußerst lecker und der Service war super. Es war alles frisch. Scheibenfleisch war genug. Fladenbrot war außen knusprig, aber innen weich. Ich bin zufrieden und kann nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Essen ist Top! Das Fleisch, das Salat, die Soße und das knusprige Brot... Alles hat geschmeckt und deshalb sehr empfehlenswert für diesen Preis 6.50€ für einen Kebab Döner. Wirklich einer der besten Döner Geschäft hier in Berlin. Was sehr enttäuschend aber ist, ist das langsammmeee Personal. Die Bedienung dauert ewig obwohl sie zu fünft in der Küche stehen. Deshalb dauert es hier um einiges länger bis du hier was kriegst. Übrigens: Vom Brandenburger Tor braucht man 7min damit man dort ist.

Essen ist lecker und die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Einem viertel Punkt würde ich abziehen, Dönerfleisch könnte hochwertiger sein. Service freundlich, schnell und effizient. Viertel Punkt Abzug, weil Kartenzahling am Abend nicht ging. Glücklicherweise war ich in der Gruppe der einzige ohne Bargeld. Ambiente ist (für ein Imbiss) gehoben, schöne Erinnerungsfotos und Zeitungsartikel mit einigen bekannten Gesichter aus der Gegend. Alles zusammengerechnet eine sehr nette und leckere Erinnerung!

Conveniently placed close to the metro station, this place is rightfully renowned. Beware, the line of people was going well out of the door, so popular the place is. In spite of this, the service is quite fast. Not a table service, only at the counter. While the atmosphere inside is between modern and traditional, outside is more like an old fashion bar. The food is tasty and well cooked. Don't expect a particular balance (especially on the acid part) but it's solid, well done, honest food. Certainly filling as portions are very sizable.

Fleisch schmeckt nicht gut. Soßen auch nicht lecker. Die scharfe Soße ist nicht scharf. Döner wurde vorort gegessen und war dort kälter als manch ein Döner den ich mir vom Lieferdienst bringen lassen habe. Von diesem Laden ist ganz klar abzuraten. Der dort gegessene Döner reiht sich ganz klar in die schlechtesten ein die ich je gegessen habe. Und da ich in den Kommentaren gesehen habe das der Besitzer die Kommentare meldet und behauptet man wäre nie dort gewesen. Ich war am 24.11.2023 um 11:15 dort.

Good Döner to ok price for its area. The bread was the big highlight. Super fluffy on the inside and crispy outside. Delicious! To earn a 5 stars I would like to see some more meat and sauce. As seen in the pictures, we got two Döners who differed a lot on the filling. One of them almost looked vegetarian while the other was generously filled. We also tried the curry wurst but as expected you shouldn't go here for the currywurst Overall a good place to go to.

Delicious meal! Had the döner meal which was very filling and well worth the price. I would easilyyy eat here again. The seating area is perfect for 30/40 minutes to eat but not good to stay longer due to how busy it can get. Fries are also worth it. We were unsure but they turned out to be perfectly crunchy and soft plus well seasoned. AND they served it with both ketchup and mayo which was the cherry on top since you don’t have to ask for the sauces and can just eat. Lastly it was fast!!

Staff members are very hostile and their ability to converse in German/English is very limited. The toilets were dirty and the the food was 30 percent more expensive than similar places in Berlin (the prices displayed on Google are not the current ones). All in all, I would not advise supporting this establishment by eating there. Service, even in Berlin, accounts for a lot in a dining experience.

Heute haben wir mal einen der Berliner Lieblingsdöner getestet um zu sehen ob der gute Ruf das hält was er verspricht. Wir sagen ja definitiv. Die Location selber ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt auch Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Der Service ist top, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zum Essen selber, da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Es schmeckt absolut lecker. Nicht umsonst war auch schon unsere ehemalige Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel zu Gast. Macht weiter so, wir kommen wieder.

Was to be honest disappointed by the food. Kebab was decent but nothing wow. The fries were very bad, it was half raw and no salt nothing, didn’t taste good at all. Best Döner in Berlin? Let's just say it tastes really good. Best would be, if it's not minced meat but real pieces. But anyway, it's good and you'll be as happy as you could be, no matter if you are a tourist who uses a plastic fork to peel meat off the inside of the bread - or a Berliner who knows better. Enjoy! Very generous portion, we thought we over ordered but foods tasted soooo good, we cleaned our plates in no time! Friendly service, it can get very busy and crowded inside and we find it's strange that they didn't have tzatziki and hummus to order at 530pm on Sunday but we love it overall!

Für die kleine Menge an Fleisch und Salat, die im Brot serviert wird sollte der Döner nicht so teuer sein. Das Brot kann nicht so teuer sein um den Preis zu rechtfertigen. Im Geschmack kann der Döner auch nicht mit Balli und Mustafa mithalten.

Wir haben einen Döner Menü bestellt : 11€ Dafür haben wir eine Döner Tasche und bisschen Pommes rot weiß + einen Schuss Cola( kleinste Cola Glas Flasche) Für mich war der Döner ziemlicher Durchschnitt. Brot war aber sehr knusprig was den Rest etwas einen besseren Geschmack gegeben hat. Am Ende hat es mich nicht überzeugen können. Pommes genauso. Würde es jetzt auch nicht weitempfehlen.

Der Döner war sehr lecker und mit Pommes auch ausreichend, um den großen Hunger zu stillen. Dafür müsste man allerdings (mittags) sehr sehr lang anstehen. Preis-Leistung ist gut. Man muss sich nur gut überlegen, ob der döner, die lange Wartezeit wert ist. Bei weniger Menschen, gerne immer wieder gerne!

Really good Döner Kebab! The price was 11 eur per person. There is not much space inside. I did not like that the owner asked some ladies (in an ugly way) that had already finished their food to leave so that new clients could sit down. That is not the most polite way to do it. I never eat kebabs, it's not my thing at all, but when in Berlin... And I'm not sorry I tried it - it was very good, with fresh ingredients, huge portion, basically nothing to complain about. And yes, you'll have to stay in a long line, so I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry.

The perfect spot for a quick lunch! Although it was a little pricier (to be expected in a tourist area), it was a good value because the doner kebap was HUGE! This place is perfect for the hungry traveler. The bread is perfect, the meat flavorful, and sauce is spicy! And although we didn't speak much German, the staff there were all very nice and helpful.

The food is delicious and the attention is incredible, the guys are very friendly. The prices are good based on the zone in which the restaurant is located.

On a week long trip of Europe, this was one of the highlights for food. The donner was phenomenal. Bread, sauce, and donner were prepared perfectly and the portion is very generous. There is a line usually but it is worth it. It was cash only when we went but you can find ATMs close by.

This restaurant is a huge savior when most of the restaurants are close in the middle of the night. Their food is tasty and served warm. This is so good when the weather is cold. This plaxe is close to the mall and the famous landmarks in Berlin. Highly recommended!

War zum ersten mal in Berlin und wollte unbedingt ein Döner dort probieren und ging zufällig zum Teras. Das war die beste Entscheidung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und der Döner war eine 10/10 sehr lecker und viel Fleisch. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Went there for a late dinner, the gentlemen working was enthusiastic and welcoming. Food was absolutely delicious- we had the diner kebab and the halloumi falafel. Came out to roughly 18 euros with drinks. Highly Recommend!

Standarddöner. Kann man essen. Aber dies ist definitiv bei weitem! nicht der beste der Stadt. Da gibt es in Berlin noch ganz andere Kaliber. In jedem Bereich (Brot, Fleisch, Salate) gibt es noch reichlich Luft nach Oben. Plus: Der Döner lag sehr schwer im Magen. Kann den Döner nicht empfehlen!

Dieser Laden ist komplett überbewertet. Wir mussten ewig anstehen für einen Döner, der allenfalls durchschnittlich ist. Portionsgröße war nicht besonders groß. Brot viel zu kross. Nicht nachvollziehbar warum dieser Laden so gehypded ist

Habe Döner bestellt. Ich fand den Döner durchschnittlich. Das Brot und der Dönerfleisch waren ein bisschen zu trocken. Das Brot ist in Vergleich zu den anderen Broten in den türkischen Restaurants etwas kleiner. Deswegen sieht es so aus, als hätte man viel Fleisch und Salat getan.

Originally I was thinking to go with chicken skews with rice, but they ran out of it. The offered and complementary bread instead. Both were extremely tasty, really enjoyed the meal.
