Masa oder tu , suami tba2 nk ppcorn,, pastu smntara dya tgah prepair tu, sya ckp lah kat dya,, dik, nk tmbah popcorn 1 ,, Sya cuma nk tmbah oder 1 je! Smntara masih blum bayar kan,, lepas tu dye genggam tngan dan hentak tgan dya kat mesin resit tu ,, sya ni hadap patient hari2 tau! Mcm2 kerenah! Tp x pnah plak layan patient, mcm budak pmwan ni!!! Klu xnak keje! Jgn keje!! Bt malu bos kau jelah!! Aku tgok pkeja lain elok je “slamat dtg, ye cik” kau plak kurang ajar btol!! Boleh tgok cctv ,, tangan yg dya genggam kat mesin resit tu,, tu pun klu boss dya nk tgok lh ,, pls jaga attitude staff,, first time sya kne mcm ni slama sya tgok wyg kat cni. Was watching movie here just now, it seems the only thing I like when they changed the screen and the sound system since the last time i watched here in 2016, Thank god I managed to get in without any distruptions like the last visit few months ago when they closed the cinema but was lucky was given to switch imax for free at sunway velocity for a later show, But one thing you guys have to improve the seatings refurbrish like your sunway pyramid branch which is currently your oldest cinema, this is KLCC like literally a high end shopping mall why are you guys neglecting the experience, plz refer to ur branch at pavilion maybe its time to add on deluxe seating arangement and introduce indulge to ur cinema.

17/11/2023 i went here for air mata di ujung sejadah. I received a very great customer services by a staff name Hakimi. (What i can remember is he is fair skin guy). He explained to me very clear and also offered me to taste the Royale popcorn before i bought it. This is my first time been treaten like this, and it such a good experience. I felt so welcomed. Me as customer really satisfied with Hakimi's customer service and attitude. Shout out to Hakimi. Keep it up, and i think all off you should example him. Thank you so much !!

Solid theater with a good concession stand- finally. I don’t know why, but often the selection of snacks and beverages is very limited. Here you have good offering. Screens are decently sized with good viewing angles. Audio was a bit sharp, especially during commercials who lasted the industry standard 20 minutes. But i felt the rows are quite narrow and staggered. If you are tall or like changing your seating position frequently, this is not for you.

The staff are nice however the carpet in the hallway stinks so bad. I bought a popcorn and all i get is tiny bits of popcorn that is hard to pick up. Its mostly a broken pieces from popcorn. Maybe you guys can provide a spoon on the candy counter as well :) The toilet is surprisingly clean and well ventilated. Sound system in the cinema is too loud that i cant enjoy the movie.

I wish the cinema sold salted popcorn. Only sweet snacks, and the only other food served is chicken. There is no savoury vegetarian option. ICE COLD. 10 degrees inside. Wear layers. And there is no room to walk along the aisles, if you need the toilet during the movie everyone has to stand up (disrupting their experience) because there isn’t space for people to walk past.

I saw the [rambo last blood] of my idol here. Now use touch n go app until next year 2020 at a discounted price of RM10. The indoor air-conditioning is very cold (it is recommended to wear a jacket that can't be tolerated), the location is very comfortable, and the speakers are great. When the subway station comes, the crowd is crowded and we must always be careful.

I'm always enjoying watching movies here but there is one thing that I'm really comfortable. When the movies going to finish, the cleaner will come and I know they need to clean the movie theater for the next session. But could be it better if they come and not make any noise like talk louder since the movie not finish yet. Hopefully tgv can improve the service.

Nice place to enjoy the movie at Suria KLCC. All facilities are available to visitors comfortably. Ticket sales are also self service (vending) and you don't have to long queue because all 4 machines are available. Snack kiosks are provided for the snack of visitors while watching the movie. Comfortable and clean toilets are provided to visitors.

It's a nice cinema with ample amount of seats and halls. The staff are friendly and it is really easy to purchase your tickets. I did not like this TGV much because the seat are really small with no neck rest, the legroom is super tight, it is really hard to walk across the seats if someone is seated in the same row. It's wheelchair friendly.

It is a quite good cinemas. The sound system is good. They served several popcorns and drinks. If you want to buy popcorn only, they open a small stand in the entrance point. However the seating is a bit small for me at least. If your height is 170cm or more expect minor inconvenience. The staffs are friendly and can speak English well.

Perhaps it is time for TGV to replace the seats as most of the seats are slightly lowered and can be uncomfortable in the long run. A slightly higher head-rest would be nice too for tall people like me with no head support. The combo of lowered seats and lack of head-rest is quite horrible and I personally dislike it very, very much.

TGV Cinema at Suria KLCC offers a chilly experience with its powerful air conditioning, oh boy. However, the volume of the sound system tends to be quite high, possibly affecting the overall enjoyment of the movie. While the cinema may lack a truly modern vibe, its location in the iconic Suria KLCC mall adds to its appeal.

Sadly, the once glorious TGV @ KLCC is long past it glory days. It's quite run down now and hope a do over is in the cards. It's also odd that patrons need to walk to the main entrance to visit the toilets during screen time. I'm sure there are toilets closer to the movie halls, but none were seen operating.

Went for a late night movie rated for 16 y.o. and above. A toddler was allowed into the theatre and screamed most of the time. It is the fault of the cinema staff for allowing the parents to bring the child in for the movie. Might just ask for a refund as could barely register what happened in the movie

Nice place. Well maintained and pleasant. Other than that, standard settings as you'll get at similar establishment. What i like was the AC was not too cold, which was very important especially if you're sitting through a 3hrs movie. Ticketing was a breeze and entry was smooth. Nothing to complain.

Freezing in the movie screens. They don’t sell any hot drinks at the stall, and the outside hot beverages are not allowed!! So I have to wear jackets and come in?? Leg space is pretty small and anyone above 5’7, pls avoid hall 9., I’m 6’3” had pretty tough time, won’t return here.,

Watched Spiderman:Across the Spider-verse here. Enjoyed the movie but didn't really enjoy the cinema. It had seats that were too close to one another and not enough leg space. Also for some reason the movie sound was soft and alot of the music from the movie was not audible.

The corridor was confusing and the information about movies on the internet were incomplete. Other than that it was all great, especially the beanie seat which basically gives you a couch to lay down and enjoy the movie.

Nice. Easy woth self service ticket machine. Can get student prices at RM11 without meals. But can buy from the machine too. outside food and drink are totally prohibited. The staff will check out bag at the entrance.

Restroom Qs are long & not enough toilets for the number of cinema halls. The seating is a bit tight, close together and narrow chairs so not comfortable for tall people!

I watched the new Indiana Jones movie on screen 11. The screen didn’t look sharp and clear. Seats are comfortable but the leg room is not great.
