The disrespect I got at this hardware store today was CRAZY! I went in to purchase some extras for the renovations at home. I was told by the person assisting me (an old Indian man) that "I was taking too long in the store" so I questioned him and asked if that was the way he spoke to all the customers The other employees that were serving the customers at the toll point did not even respond at all let alone apologize for the way this man was spoke to me. We live in a society where these things are over looked. However as a business owner who is GETTING A SALE WHICH EQUIVILATES TO MONEY. Should have given me more respect We've always supported Tom's but after this experience I'd rather purchase materials from a place that value their customers.

Shocking service, I was driving behind one of their trucks . The tail lights and number plate was covered in mud. i phoned their office I spoke to Ivan, really rude man . Didn't care about the dangers of not seeing the taillights of their vehicle. he said i should come and work in the sandpit and see the mud!!! Don't recommend them at all... No customer service..!!!

I ordered and paid in advance for a delivery, on delivery day I call several times to check why the driver is late, then after 1.5 hours of being late they tell me no one knows about my order and asking if I even paid. Refuse to even answer why I was lied to for 2 hours, I am so disguisted with this service and will NEVER support again

The owners are very knowledgeable about there goods and also offer other alternatives as to what can be used in construction and repairs of buildings. They are very accommodating if you need urgent delivery of building material. They do not make promises they cannot keep. A lot of their products are very good quality.

Absolutely awesome place to come for anything you need in the line of home renovation! Best prices compared to the 5 closest stores of the same field. I was greeted and helped immediately by a guy that knew exactly what we needed. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Love it!

A well stocked building and hardware shop with everything in one place at competitive prices. Solid doors at R1200 down to internal painted and patterned internal doors from R450. Tools, piping, plumbing and timber. Staff are helpful and have building knowledge.

Good group of guys and excellent service. Pricing is a bit on the higher side but they are well stocked and cater for all your building needs. My bill was R371, 10kg cracked filler, 7 internal air vent covers, 3 bags of Umgeni and a roll of masking tape.
