The staff didn't ask what drink to give with the meal and said they can give only pepsi as that's what's there on order receipt. That part was still acceptable. Next when we went for our first and only refill of our drinks they said they can only refill our glass if we bring the original disposable glasses back. Till then the cleanup staff had already cleaned up our tables trashed our glasses and the store manager said that they could do nothing about it. Well how much does even three paper glass cost to the company? Seriously poor behavior on the store staff. Bringing up invisible rules out of nowhere and not informing the customers beforehand of the conditions is unfair, moreso when they are chargining exorbitantly.

The taste was amazing..it was crispy and full of veggies and sauces..and we also ordered 4 glass cold drink which can be refilled again and again .. soo all over our experience was amazing.

First Taco Bell experience in Lucknow. Food was okay, had their combo meal, the one drawback was that the rice in the burrito wasnt tasting that good. Felt i should have ordered something else, maybe a chicken wrap. Overall, it was worth trying. Staff is polite and helpful. Hope to see more Taco Bells in Lucknow.

I had churros and chocolate there It was amazing ,one should definitely try it out.

Pathetic service… I went there 2 times and both time they denied to serve their cheapest taco which is feista ( 59 rs). If they don’t want to serve then why it is available on their menu card. And their staff are very rude they don’t know how to talk

Worst food. I ordered the big bell box and nothing was good about it. It was pathetic wasted money.
