There was a pretty long line last night and took a minute to order which is understandable they were so busy last night 06/09/23 when I finally pulled up to the window the girl that was working the window last night was so sweet! She had told me when being out my food I was so cute that she was having a hard night which you could obviously see on her face and body language and , she was like you made my night so much better so I told her how cute she was and that she was doing extremely good and that girl you got this!!! just take you time!!!! But anyways 5+ starts all to her for working under pressure, being extremely sweet given the situation of everything, she was extremely professional, and most importantly she was so very kind. I'll start out by saying that the manager here has already offered to return some of our money, so they have resolved the problems. When I went in today, it took the employee at the register a minute to notice I was there because he was looking at his phone. I ordered and then I was told their system is down and they need to take my card info to be charged later. I'm not a big fan of that (is it even legal?) but went along with it. While walking back to the back room with my card, the employee also carried his personal phone in his other hand. It would be SO EASY for him to snap a photo of my card details and I was really bothered by the lack of care. When I got home with our food, we were missing half of the tortillas, all of the salad, all of the guacamole, all of the sour cream, and the meat was very dry. If the 1 pound fajita combo is supposed to have onion and bell pepper in it, we were missing those as well. They were out of the correct beans, which isn't a big deal at all, and I wouldn't have cared if it wasn't another in a long line of failures. Overall, a really upsetting experience and I don't think we'll be coming back. I'm glad the manager was kind.

Wow. When their food is made properly it may be very delicious, but please do not give this location business. I cannot believe this place. Several times recently they have put bacon in my order, and the last time we took it back they simply removed the bacon from the burritos and did not remake them, so they still tasted like bacon. I cannot eat bacon, and this experiences make me physically ill and very upset. Today, I took our burritos back in and I explained the situation, very kindly. I asked if they could maybe look into their quality control, because bacon is an item that many people have problems with. The lady at the register was lovely. The manager did not apologize or act like a manager at all. She was rude and abrupt. She did have them remake the burritos - a quarter of the size of the original ones! Seriously? That is what I get for politely trying to talk about a concern?? I am absolutely appalled. I understand that it is hard to work in customer service. I promise I was not mean, and I was very polite. These might be breakfast tacos? Not burritos. And no chile. I asked for Christmas. Amazing. These guys DO NOT want your business.

I like taco Cabana I've been a customer for years. The store in San Mateo has it on lock if they could reflect the customer service they give up there at the drive thru this store would probably get way more of mine and other peoples business. This location has good food but lacks in customer service due to them being short staffed most of the time. In turn when asking for condiments they forget to give them. Who likes eating dry tacos with no salsa or coffee without sugar or sweetener better yet no spork? Taco Cabana is known for their salsas. Today I ordered some food from here and they forgot the green salsa and the sporks! I had to use the beans in place of the salsa to even out the dryness of the chicken on my tacos. That's where the experience gets frowned upon. You really need to be on top of reminding them to put salsas/napkins/sporks or creamer for the morning coffee when ordering drive thru. If your looking for a fast in & out this one might not work out for you. I recommend dinning inside vs. the drive up at this location. If you get off you'll have a good experience.

We recently placed an order in the Drive-Thru and the drive-thru speaker was crackling so I repeated the menu order. When we got home we did get the two soups but the rest of the order was horribly wrong. I tried phoning them and it just says please enter your access code. With rush hour traffic who wants to go and wait in line for another half hour so the food ended up going to the dogs so as a tip always check your order even if they say it's correct because they always have you park and then they bring you a big old bag and then you have to sit there I guess and now open every single item so $31 worth of food went to the dogs and the soup went down the drain because it started an argument. Maybe they should check the orders first and attach a receipt and check each item off to double-check I will never go to Taco Cabana again if I do I will order it inside for dine in and then ask for to go boxes. Their food is delicious just not so delicious when you don't get what you ordered. Also I have never heard of a restaurant not answering their phone.

Hello i went to Taco Cabana on Coors on Albuquerque NM. I got their around 6:10am in the drive threw. I waited about 10 min when i notice i didn't get no help. No one answer on the microphone saying " ill be right with you" or anything. So i drove up to the window and still people were ignoring me until finally some lady came up. I asked are you "open" she said yes. I said i been waiting at the microphone and no one has said anything..the lady said " well were not ready and if were not ready were not going to respond" so then i placed my order then she said well are you going to have a problem and closed the window on me and deny me service. I try to call the restaurant to get that ladies number but no response. I would like so hear from a manager on how to fix this problem.

There was a previous employee visiting the store. Food was passed to her from the kitchen door. When I confronted the manager he stated that she paid for it and insisted on showing me her receipts. I told him that this didn’t matter and why wasn’t her food put in a bag like the rest of her order. While confronting him he thought that if he talked over me or louder that he was right. I paid full price for my meal and everyone else should too. He also went into the kitchen and told all employees about our conversation which was so unprofessional of him. This is not a place that I will ever return to!!!

The service was excellent and the employees were nice and very professional. They make sure their dinning area is kept clean and well stocked. They also have a nice dinning area outside as well. The food was tasty and yummy. I was unable to show pictures of their cooking area, per managers request, I would of loved to show those tortillas cooking. The bathroom is nice, but small. I would go and eat here again. Pancakes and eggs . Quesadilla with chicken and a cheese quesadilla. And a number 68, scrambled eggs and refried beans bacon with tortilla and chili. Was ordered.

Inquired if they had their Lengua Burrito as a platter. Was told yes. When I got my order home, found that it's not in a Burrito, just the meat with rice and beans. Food was cold when I got it home. 5 years of excellent customer service at the Ladera location. Sometimes I go inside the restaurant early morning and I am greeted with friendly faces, the smell of delicious food and hot coffee. My favorite is the Chicken Quesadilla and the Huevos Rancheros breakfast. There is a polite and kind lady there who always takes care of me. I think she is the morning manager. Absolutely disgusted with this establishment. The workers are unsanitary. Did not see gloves worn working with customers food or drink. Saw worker in drive thru holding lids in mouth before putting them on drink and serving to customers. Absolutely unacceptable. We go here often to get their watermelon drink and after seeing this today we will not be returning. I have never seen something so bad and unsanitary before in fast food. Customers beware!!!

A big mess. Everything with my order was wrong! I ordered the Mexican platter, double beans, no rice. I got rice, with Ranchero beans(rather than refried), and a dried up enchilada that I couldn't even chew. I would have driven back to return it if I didn't live so far away! Then when I said it was cold, try to reheat the eggs that were cold so I just got a refund. The cook could have just handed me the food when it was hot "But No."

Still just as bad as before however the quality of food has came up considerably. Staff are more polite. The dinning room is an absolute mess and there are flies everywhere. The bathroom needs severe attention and to be sprayed. Definitely not impressed. I will most likely be contacting the Health Department about the cleanliness issues. Never ever fails. If there is something you don't want on your dish. Just tell them you have a food allergy. Lying to them is the only way your food will be correct. Now next time I place my order I'm going to lie and say I'm allergic to ice. I wish there was another taco Cabana near by, or get employees that can properly prepare orders. This is what no ice looks like

I got this shrimp quesadilla and the shrimp was a dark brown color smell like is been sitting out for weeks, went back to try to talk to manager ,not there, the lady I spoke said it was the seasoning, really,!! I dont care what but shrimp should not look or smell like that, it was a bad deal, look at your food before u eat it could be spoiled

Is the fourth of July and my choices were limited. This place turned out to be better than I expected. But I am from New England. The pulled chicken was decent. The burrito went down with a nice flavor. And the flautas were nicely done.
