Taman Bahagia

Terrible customer service at the Taman Bahagia station. I bought the coin/ticket a few days earlier from the vending machine and the customer service confiscated it without refund. He says that the coin only works on the day itself but there is no sign anywhere stating so. I questioned him and he said I should ask the counter first before buying. What logic is this? If the coin can't work past one day, please state it clearly on a sign or on the vending machine itself. And the customer service officer was so rude saying it is my fault when his logic is clearly not working - I spent money on a useless coin that he confiscated without any sign telling me that I can't use it past a day and he is scolding me for not asking the counter first. So, I am basically being scolded for wasting my money. Please train your staff to be polite even if they can't refund or reset the coin token. Thank you.

What a magnificent and busy LRT station. This station serves as a hub for most of the Selangor free buses except for PJ01 and PJ02. Then there's also the Rapid bus that we can take to Damansara Utama. The frequency of buses is astonishing and we only need to pay when taking the Rapid bus. Otherwise the green buses are free for most PJ users.

Pretty much an okay LRT station I guess. Quite huge and spacious, not much crowd and quite quiet outside peak hours. There are a few open air car parks surrounding the station, but need to walk some distance. Also across the street is Taman Bahagia with plenty of cafes and restaurant at walking distance.

Gateway to SS2 and SS6. Buses and taxis are available downstairs. Commuters can also top up their Touch n Go card or to top up prepaid for several telcos at the self service kiosk. There is also a convenience store and a self service kiosk selling drinks and snacks.

Try out free shuttles; The Green bus ride PJ02, PJ03 & PJ04 from this bus terminal. PJ03 is going to Giant Hypermarket & Supermarket Kelana Jaya. Very good service! Please do greet the driver when you hop on the bus.

Typical LRT station, no reason for me to cut stars. BONUS: functioning charging port ✅ Other: Lift for wheelchair ✅ Toilet ✅ Bus station ✅ (just outside) Spacious ✅ Elevator functioning ✅ Ample entry lane ✅ Clean ✅

The parking next to the station is convenient and affortable. The bus schedule been improved. Free shuttle bus service here (PJ03 &PJ04) is definitely a keeper!

Just found in front of LRT Taman Bahagia entrance after cross the road (beside bus stop) Jalan SS2/3 there's OBIKE service, feel free to try and enjoy~~
