Visited this branch of Tanishq with my mother. Mr Vishal Pikalmunde assisted us. I liked that he came across as very helpful and proactive. He walked us through many options across the different floors, was not pushy, let us have a relook at what we had already seen once previously. He did not hurry us through, giving us space, time and variety to choose from. I have always felt it is the staff of any organisation who add so much value to the product being sold by the organisation. Very happy and satisfied with both our shopping as well as our shopping experience here.

I had an incredible experience at Tanishq Shraddhanand Peth! The store has a wonderful ambiance, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Moreover, I must commend the outstanding service provided by their salesperson, Kiran. She demonstrated an impressive knowledge of their products, guiding me through the various options with patience and enthusiasm. Kiran listened attentively to my preferences and helped me find the perfect piece that suited my style and budget. Recommended highly.

The staff was too busy to chit chat within themselves rather attending the customer. Behavior was too rude. I have visited the store couple of times before. Staff has changed and the Behavior is too rude and disgusting. Giving an excuse they are too busy wherein they were busy to chitchat with themselves and asking other to attend the customer. Rather taking initiative. A front desk was assigned to help us who herself was not aware on the items availability. Extreme pathetic staff.

Tanishq is a big and trusted brand, and i had a very good experiences here. However from last couple of visits, the staff is not good. If they get an idea that you came to explore options and not buying things right away, they will show you 1-2 designs and gets irritated and not so interested in attending. Happened with me on non festive weekday which is not generally crowded. They should really start training their staff on professionalism and customer satisfaction.

We visited Tanishq today and were very skeptical as this time our previous salesperson for several years will not be there to help us. This was the first time we were helped by Sudeep Patel. He showcased us a wide variety of designs both in diamond and gold. Also there were very good discounts on diamond jewelry. Sudeep is very patient and enthusiastic in showing different types of jewelry. I would definitely recommend him for others to give him a chance

First time visited here, overwhelming experience. Representative is very nice they explained everything this about diamond and gold very well. They have good designs & varieties in gold and diamonds.
