We attempted to fire our realtor due us just not working well with him. The head broker said that there shouldn't be any problem with it and he understood. However, the one under him, I believe his son decided to extort us and knew our home would sell that weekend. Most brokers as I contact others in search of advice, said that they would have no problem letting someone out of a contract if they didn't feel comfortable with the job their representative was doing. Instead we were forced to go with another agent from their team. In her defense she did a job 100x better than the previous agent. However, I cannot leave a good review for Team Price after the original tried to manipulate us and then being strong armed by the broker in charge of him. In the competitive market there is now, I suggest going with a more honest broker.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Monica Vazquez for the second time.
