We love bowling and usually agent the Tenpin in Kingston but this one is a little nearer so we though we'd give it a try. When we arrived for our 2pm booking, we were a little disappointed that they'd moved our slot to 2:40pm without informing us. When we went to our lane at 2:40pm there were a group of kids having a birthday party so we waited another 20 minutes to use the lane. I went to the reception desk to ask if we could be changed onto an available lane. The man in reception was alone with a huge queue but after 10 minutes or so he came to help us and asked the kids to leave as they had overstayed their time. We were left with a filthy lane with food and drinks left on the tables which we ended up clearing ourselves as nobody answered the service call. Then we realised that the kids before us had blocked one of the gutters with balls and as we use our own we needed it to be clear, another service call unanswered so another trip to reception, another long wait and finally got help. We returned to our now useable lane to start bowling (3:15pm) to find that someone had pinched the frame that my disabled son needed so another trip to reception was needed to retrieve the frame from a family who wanted 2 for some reason! We finally got to bowl at 3:30pm after spending an hour and a half messing around. I had to go to the bar to retrieve the drinks we'd paid for online when we booked, another long wait in the queue! After one game (we'd paid for 3) we needed yet another service call as the pins were not resetting and the lane was useless, again nobody answered so yet another trip to reception was needed! When we finally bowled all our matches we let the kids play on the arcade games for a little while, many were out of order and the others had queues so when we finally managed to get into a game, the tickets that we won weren't dispensed (we lost more than 300 tickets!) so we may as well have flushed the money we spent down the toilet! Not happy at all, I wish we'd stuck to the Kingston one!!

When I made the reservation for my daughter’s 18th birthday party (including food) I asked if I could bring some balloons, cake and crisps and they said ok. Even after spending lots of money in the bar one of the cleaners started ruining the party in front of my daughter’s guests because they were eating some Pringles while waiting for the food (that took more than half an hour to arrive and it wasn’t that busy). The girls were hungry and she was making a big deal of it. I was there before and didn’t have any problems but not a good place for a significant party! Very bad experience for the family and guests! Update: Dear Rachel, I can’t reply to your comment so there it goes: we can see by your answer that there is a lack of customer service in this place! Are you implying that I am lying? I have witnesses when I made the reservation! Other people also had cakes and sweets that day! So you are saying that it’s not allowed to bring food? Your food is absolutely rubbish and arrives late! But the worst part is your member of staff behaviour! Definitely not going there anymore or recommend it to anyone! You need to review your customer service training! 2nd Update: they deleted their reply!

Went as a group of 10. Most of us are students. We were served by someone called Michael, not sure if this his actual name but he wore his hair in a ponytail. He made really rude unnecessary sarcastic jokes. We all had our student ID but he said he wouldn’t accept that anyone over 18 is a student. Which is ludicrous because the youngest you can be at university is 18?! Furthermore there was one 15 year old among us, he claimed that even she was too old to be a student, he said it was a stretch and he won’t allow that either. When we asked to pay individually he said no because it’s too long. He was really unhelpful, unbothered and rude and as a result we left and went to another bowling alley. Management really need to retrain their staff to learn some basic manners. Wont be returning. Avoid at all costs.

Went here recently on a weekend and was shocked by the service recieved by the Asian slim guy with a beard wearing a bandana behind the bar. I’ve never seen someone with such a big rude attitude problem as him… firstly he ignored me for 5 mins when there was no one at the bar apart from his friends who he was having an inappropriate chat with and when he finally did serve me he was super rude and kept lying saying they were out of drinks etc because he couldn’t be bothered to serve me (I then saw him a few mins later happily serve some ladies the same drinks )! He has a serious attitude problem and management need to consider sacking him or retraining him in the basics of customer service as I heard at least 3 other random people complain about it throughout the night .

Shameless and very rude. I’ve lived in this area for the last 10 years and today went into the tenpin. I decided to play the pac man air hockey. I put £2 in, error message shows up. I go the attendant, they refuse to refund then ACCUSE me for “plugging in a” machine that was already broken. I hadn’t done anything such as this. After much arguing (approx 30 mins) they had to look at the CCTV, which definitively proved that I had not turned the machine. Even after this they were reluctant to still refund me and insisted on “tokens” instead. A very bad experience and staff very very RUDE. I would advise enjoying and spending your hard earned cash at a different arcade.

Shambles !!!! Not that great experience. The bowling staff are less than what they should be. Simplest of the requests takes ages. The machines and systems are old and partially functional. If requested the team takes a lot of time to respond. The bowling bowls are less....not the right sizes and it seems there are jo spares or extra bowls so even if your finger doesn't fit the bowls you would have no options. Very strange. So overall though this place was once a great place you might want to think twice before you go there. To add salt to the wounds....the toilet had broken parts. Some taps were not working and ATM was also out of order so for the other activities which need coins you need cash. Luckily an ATM is present nearby.

Pre booked. Went straight to lanes on time. However the side barriets not working. Afew of the lanes barriets not working. Balls getting stuck on the sidr and waiting for assistance know one comes! Went to counter only one person behind till serving. Very slow service. My 4year old cant bowl without the side barrier. Was told to wait an hour before an working barrier lane becomes avail. Got a refund and got out of there. Rather go somewhere else with better service and working lanes! Also got a slush and its very icy. Hard to get through the straw. Not worth it! Wouldnt take child again

Bowling is bowling, it's quite expensive for what you get and make sure you have plenty of change for the well stocked arcade. Edit after response: Thanks for such quick feedback Tenpin. We did get the family for £30.30 deal at the till, as it was a door of the moment visit we were told we couldn't use the student discount and there is no carers discount like other local places offer. Had we known about the hour bowling and a pizza for £30 it would have been a great deal, but we weren't aware or informed of any other offers. We will all had a great time and will be back, but will plan our visit beforehand and ensure we make full use of the online offers available.

We went on a Thursday, they do an offer of two games of bowling and a cheeseburger for £10 each. Which was really worth it! The cheeseburger came with chips and was nice. The drinks are not expensive. It was not overcrowded either. They play some decent music so the atmosphere was good. There are also pool tables for £1.50 a game. There is an arcade where you can win tickets and buy a prize. This is where it gets expensive. The amount of tickets you need to get a decent prize is ridiculous. If I had not won 500 tickets on a bonus it would have cost alot more. The decision is in your hands as to when to stop. It's not easy! Overall a great evening.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. Had a booking on Friday 31st March at 9pm. Got there, and was given access to my lane, only to find out that, the lane was so filthy with food wrappers, half drunk beverages, spilled drinks and left over food. I had to clear them to one side as there was barely any staff walking around. Had a look around and it looked like that was the standard. Fast ward, I went to the bar and there was a very long queue thus taking forever to get a drink - only 1 bartender on a Friday night? It is a shame cleanliness and customer satisfaction is not at the heart of their service. Never again!

This place is horrible! Nobody actually cares what the children are doing in the soft play area. We found my son's shoes full with vomiting. Smelling all around as a hell. 2 staff staying there front of the soft play area doing nothing. Shoes around and vomiting kids around as well. My son needed to get home only in his socks in the winter! If you want to give some money for vomiting smell that's the right place for you! Anyway, much appreciated to the nice lady who was cleaning around for offering to clean my son's shoes but this is definitely not her responsibility. Get more staff, people! This is horrible, horrible place!

It's a very good time pass activity place for families and friends, get togethers, birthday or any small parties. There are plenty of game options include bowling which is really fascinating. Price is also not too much per head and you can really spend 3 to 4 hours if you are in a big group. The bowling can be combined with meals as well. There is a big carpark outside and it's free for the customers, so never you have worry about your cars. If you don't like burgers and chips, you can get wider range of food options outside Tenpin within the same premise. So anytime you can plan for a party or a relaxed get together there.

Have been here for years now and a few times already. The bowling is good and so is good but trust me there is always. Along. Queue beyond imagination to get your turn to order food if you like to. The games are good but the prizes on the games or tickets are really petty. If I owned this place I would keep decent prizes for its mostly the kids who play and I would give them something better for the money they tend to spend on the games here. Oh also, Trust me you are lucky if you didn’t have to use the loo here.

This place gets a bad rep but I don’t know why? We attended on sat night. 2 adults 2 kids we had the best time playing the games on arcades. The place was busy but everyone (the public) were friendly and polite. The atmosphere was nice. Queue for the bar was silly. Huge long bar but queue was a single line of people for one or maybe two staff to serve? Like a supermarket. Soft play staff were very pleasant and prices are very reasonable. Bowling was around £30 for the 4 of us. Pool tables available too. Overall we had a good time. Only downside was the bar staff or lack of them.

Do not bother going to this place. The bowling lanes are bent so even if you try a straight shot your ball will go into the far sides and it's a total waste of money. I complained to the guy at the counter who I brought a game of, and he told me a lot of people complained of the same "issue" yet he openly refused to offer me a refund. I did tell him he can either refund me or I can go to my bank and it seems he loves the bank to do his job for him so off I go. :) Enjoy the read

The service in this place is getting worse and worse…. Always have to wait the check in to bowling then there is never anyone at the bar.. trying to get a drink or order food is impossible sometimes…. I’m standing at the bar waiting while I write this. The guy at the desk is just leaning watching me. When you finally get served the staff are miserable…. It’s almost like they are annoyed at having to serve. Someone please sort this place out.

A bit small and so the crowded. Don't ever try beer here as they served a bit odd, as it felt like a mix of water for me. But not sure. Food is also not up to the mark. You may regret it after tasting it. We visit the place just because it is the closest one. But rather we'll prefer to visit the big play areas. Very few play areas for kids or younger ones. The soft play area is also small. So definitely will not recommend this place unless it is really not possible to visit the other places.

I absolutely love Tenpin Bowling in Feltham, it's always a great atmosphere and perfect for a day/night out for fun, I have been visiting ever since I was a child and the place has only progressed throughout the years. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, they have great prices and even have half off on Tuesdays. Definitely would recommend visiting to anyone and everyone!

We mainly stayed in the arcade area. Arcade was big enough for kids lots of different games to play. It was a busy day, and only 3 staff were working. Unfortunately, most of our time was wasted waiting for staff to either fix the machine or top up tickets in the machine. Which happened about 5-6 times Toilets were really filthy and dirty.

Very bad experience today. Security guy was very very rude. Soft play was closed for some reasons. My son was crying to go in. He went in and security guy brought him out very rudely. He is 2 year old child he doesn’t understand that its close. I asked security guy to close the door of soft play area so my son will not try to go in and he he was making faces very very bad behaviour. Never will go there again

Tenpin bowling near Feltham station. Overall a solid 3. Bowling lanes were ok, some of the lanes were a bit uneven but ours were ok. The electronic system was very good. The staff were good but understaffed so wait times were relatively long. Arcades were there with a good choice of activities. It probably needs a bit more staff and a bit more investment but if you are close it’s worth a try.

I went yesterday and the variety of machines was amazing. There was bowling there too but I was personally more interested in the arcades. One machine I was particularly interested in was the Injustice Arcade machine, but it wasn't working when I went. Hopefully they fix it soon. Overall it's a fun experience for anyone that's into gaming and getting their bowling fix.

Tenpin Feltham is a fantastic spot for family fun. With plenty of parking, it's incredibly convenient. Kids will have a blast with the variety of activities, from arcade games to bowling. The lively atmosphere and friendly staff add to the enjoyment. A must-visit for a memorable day out!

Terrible customer service experience tonight, my 5 year old managed to almost win 3 cards of the spongebob coin machine but they got stuck...unfortunately after 20mins of waiting the tenpin staff came and was uniterested and unbothered in compensating us for our winnings and nothing can be done to retrieve our fair winnings! My boy was very sad and just had to leave

Though bowling isn't something I'm any good at, it was fun. Food is standard fast-food fare, though the cheesy chips were decent. Our session was somewhat disrupted by a very noisy group of young teens nearby who were clearly enjoying themselves... Live and let live, eh?

Tenpin Feltham has about 15 lanes, went in the half term with my son so it was very busy. Margarita Pizza was awful and made my son sick this was part of the deal I got when booking. Ordered some extra cheesy fries and the cheesy part didn't come so waitress had to send back. Fully stocked bar. Would go back for bowling and drinks but not the food.

Wait for booked bowling nearly 40 minutes with children. The machines kept breaking but that happens at every arcades so not a new thing. Definately understaffed and overworked. Staff showed there stress. Deal was great and food was surprisingly decent.

The bowling itself was fine. Food tasted like mildly warm cardboard and was grossly overpriced. Staff were not very helpful, forgetful and readily ignore you if they want to chat with their colleagues, with the notable exception of one lady behind the bar, who seemed genuinely frustrated by the nonchalance of the other staff as we were!

Yasmin is the deputy in charge who has a very dynamic role within this establishment. From dealing with multiple birthday parties too stressed out customers. Facilitating a smooth running of the various entertainment arcade machines. Yasmin is helpful with a :-) Can-Do amazing attitude, she is a gem and an asset to ten-pin Feltham.

There is quite a lot of rubbish and the toilets are dirty and unhygienic.The place needs to be maintained properly. Definitely wouldn't recommend to bring kids. There should be a cleaner all time specially during the holiday times.

A nice place to hangout with your buddies. One can play bowling, pool and a wall climbing area for kids too. Many gaming machines to choose from and spend some laughter. If you're hungry while you're having a good time, Tenpin has got you covered as it has a decent place that one can sit and enjoy their purchased snack.

There was an issue not sure what .. staff said they removed all shoes, literally threw from the soft play area on to the floor outside. Making it an accident waiting to happen from trips, for anyone else. In process. My kids both lost a shoe n had to go without it. The remaining shoe is useless.. Never again..

Had a great time in the arena. They got good variety of machines which are all in good condition. The staff is very helpful! My wedding ring slipped off from my finger and was thrown into one of the machines accidentally. A staff spent a few days trying and eventually managed to take it out for me. Thanks a lot.

Went to play bowling on Fathers day since it was the nearest for us. Staff are rude and not bothered. Place is dirty. Food is rubbish. Music is too loud. It was only fun because of the company otherwise place itself is awful and would not return or recommend.

Disappointed, I arrived on Sunday evening around 10:20 and told I could only get bottled, as they were closing in two hours and that the pumps needed to be cleaned. So, not Sunday hours, plus they hadn't started cleaning - so went to weatherspoons where a pint of Stella cost be £3.80. No wonder it was empty.

It used to be amazing place but probably now showing its age and need bit of TLC. Just an advise if you buy combo tickets then make sure to get salad from home for your burgers, I was informed they don't do any salad in burgers due to people having allergies Anything in the name of cost cutting.

Overall this place has good activities to spend our time and enjoys with family and friends. U have choices of different drinks and snacks which u can have along with any activities. should definitely try bowling here.

Used to be very user friendly but given the limited options in the neighbourhood, still the preferred place to spend quality time with friends and family. Parking always spot on, food is good, kids have their play areas but gaming machines ...some of them always out of order.

Lovely staff, very polite and friendly. The place has bowling along with laser gun zone, soft play area, 8 ball pool and great selection of Arcades. They also provide decent selection of food and drinks. Lovely place for all age group to hangout. Free parking also available.

Amazing place. Loads of Arcade games to entertain toddlers. The bowling alley itself has some glitches and the bowling balls has a lot of scratches. That is the only downside. But the staff is pretty helpful with these issues and they try to sort things out quick.

I put in £5 into a machine and the machine didn’t work and after 30minutes of waiting they told us to not waste their time. We didn’t get our money back and the workers were rude

We always love to go this place. Children like the soft play and bowling and enjoy the other activities. But toilets are not clean even the taps not working which is completely disappointment aspect of this place Please pay attention to that corner.

This was my first time bowling for a number of years and my friend and I had a great time - despite a disappointing performance! Our experience was made all the better thanks to Kasper, who was just brilliant - extremely welcoming and very helpful.

Good place to hang out with friends. Great bowling spot. Good place for Snooker too, though some of the snooker tables were faulty. Food and drinks were great.

Always a nice day out here. Sue especially was very friendly and had excellent customer service when we booked more and more games of bowling. A place is only as good as its employees and sue is definitely a testament to that

It's a really great place to spend a few hours with friends. I liked that there are pool tables too, not only bowling. Only 4 stars because of the damaged bowling balls.

I had my child's birthday party here at the soft play, reasonably priced and the service was great. Aurora was a star and her customer service was excellent, made the party run smoothly. I would come here again.

Great fun, brilliant arcade as well. Easily spend 3 hours here. Drinks were very reasonably priced. The bowling was very good- maybe more bowling balls needed but it was a busy night. Will be returning soon.

Good place with very good games also the arcade games are the best I like the ticket picker.

They refused to accept my £10 for sky sports when i offered for the Anthony Joshua fight.
