Just by chance I was looking up Terrasi Living site and saw several reviews. Finally people are wising up to the ridiculous high prices and poor customer service. As a previous customer and also involved in interior design I understand that many of there products could be bought for a fraction of the price at good department stores. I must admit I have been holding back my own disgruntlement for several years. The owner reflects her own narcissistic ways, thus customer service fails. She treats people and customer based on what they can do for her, I have never run into such an egotistical woman. She even post pictures only of herself from several years ago. I stopped shopping after she insisted that she was always right. Yes the reviews from the past are exactly correct. Her own past staff has reflected the same on Yelp. K

Recently my husband and I were in Kansas City celebrating our one year anniversary. We stopped by this store to look into some new linens. Not only was the customer service amazing but the owner personally made it a special experience for my husband and I with a champagne toast to our first year of marriage! We absolutely love our new linens!

I have been in this lovely store many times over the years. I have purchased comforters, pillows and bedding, which are of the highest quality. The store's main attraction however, are the employees. I have always experienced top notch service here, and Mary Beth is an absolute gem! Love this place!

If you want the best sheets you have ever felt on your body - This is the store for you! I bought my sheets here and I cannot get over how amazing they are. BUT the best part was their eagerness to help me and want to learn about my project for my bedroom! It is truly a wonderful experience!

Megan is great to work with when choosing the best bedding! Scandia is hands down the only bedding to purchase. We spend a third of our lives in bed. It’s worth the investment. Once you have experienced it you will never buy any other bedding.

High quality furniture and pillows. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. While I was there, the staff seemed to know everyone that walked in. Nice to see a place that puts the emphasis on the customers!
