The Pharmacist is the worst thing there, else it's a chemist. They have good sale items and are convenient, but like I said, be a lot better if I didn't keep getting followed in the store, n once I had the police take me away because I had to fill a script for a sick friend. Yes, the PHARMACIST called the police. If not out of necessity, I'd never return, and the only thing they have going for them is that I have to pass them for work. P.s. Everyone else who works there is lovely, but the pharmacist always gives me the "dagger stare". Every single time. Yes, even if I'm not in the store, but he catches sight of me out in the plaza that it resides. P.p.s. I hope he reads this, and improves his customer relations, and inherent "customer profiling". I very wealthy, but besides this, no one should be treated as a criminal as soon as they enter any facility.

I made an appointment for a vaccination online for 10am. Arrived on time and told it would be a 20min wait, regardless of my appointment time. Was finally seen after 40mins, wasn’t even given the forms to complete until I’d already sat in there for half an hour. I was told by the woman at the counter that the vaccine I requested was not called Boostrix (“it’s just called whooping cough” she said) yet I heard her tell the pharmacist I was waiting for my Boostrix vaccine. When I made the booking online it said that I would be required to wait 15 mins after the injection for observation however no one even mentioned or requested that I should stay. All round unprofessional.

You can put your prescription in & come back 15 minutes later & it will be ready! It's always a very busy Chemist! The Owner is also a JP! You need an appointment for that! Wheelchair access is available plus parking at the back of the station! Very cooperative staff! Always friendly efficient service provided! All the latest products & makeup & hair products! An excellent Chemist service! There is another cash register at the entrance of the store for an easy exit if your not waiting for a prescription! There is a Makeup artist available in store to assist with any problems you might have choosing the right cosmetics!

I was looking at some mens fragrances at this chemist...sat the product back down to go fill a prescription...In the meantime 2 young staff members approached me and virtually accused me of theft of the fragrance.. After much to-ing and fro-ing it was discovered I had merely placed said item in a slightly different position on the display. I felt humiliated and angry. These 2 wannabe security guards best be careful of false accusations in the future. The script transaction of course, went without a hitch...Only go here when absolutely necessary, like rarely....like today.

I've been coming here for years - the staff are super helpful. They have downsized floorsplace somewhat with the move to the other side of the retail section since the renovations, but still have everything we need. I even had my flu shot here - didn't feel a thing! Wheelchair access. Commute by train or bus. Train station entrance is inside the retail section. Woolies, QML, foodcourt & other retail nearby. Undercover pedestrian overpass to McWhirters retail & onto Brunswick Street Mall.

I was booked in for my 4th Booster. Arrived 10 mins early, waited and 3mins after my appointment time I was ushered into a room for my injection. I was then asked to wait 15 mins and queried why. I was advised by the very, very rude male pharmacist "that if I had read my paperwork I would know this". I have never been made to feel so demoralised in my life. I work locally and I have advised all my co workers of his very arrogant and rude attitude.

The elderly lady who works at this Pharmacy needs to let this job go. Not only is she frumpish but extremely brusque and unpleasant. Helpful, hmmm, helpful enough but she doesn't look like she wants to be there. Meanwhile the Pharmacist's and dispensary assistants are indeed kind and helpful, as are the young ladies working in the beauty section.

Train your staff in customer service The older lady who was by the fragrance counter was very unhelpful and unwelcoming. She was working Thursday 18 April at 7.56 am. Every other time I went there, the other younger staff were lovely and much nicer. Maybe reconsider this old lady's shifts... perhaps shes not a morning person. …

My local pharmacy. Always great service. The staff there are amazing and make an effort to remember your name and have a good chat while you wait for your medication. They have some difficult clientele yet are still professional and helpful. Don't let the negative reviews keep you away. Thank you so much guys …

Literally every time I've come to this store for the share sake of convenience the staff are rude, talk over you or pretend you aren't there. Usually when people ask how you are they smile, not these guys. It sounds like a genuine inconvenience. There's a nice Chemist Warehouse down at the Emporium.

Was left waiting for 15mins after arriving on time for a vaccination appointment with the pharmacist standing in front of me on the computer. Only when I asked for a reason why did she find finally do it. No explanation why. No apology which is appalling!

This is a great chemist . Staff are very friendly and helpful. I truly believe that if you are respectful to people you will receive that back. Most of the bad comments made by the people here, maybe you should look at yourself first.

Very rude, inconsiderate staff. Pharmacist is unhelpful and does not seem to care about patients. Terry white needs to vet their franchisees more thoroughly as it is their reputation that is being damaged by rogue pharmacists.

They advertised "price matching" at front door but if customers come with such request, you hardly see any smile on their face at the cashier counter. Very bad experience. More than twice.

The first chemist to actually get my name right and it's even printed on my script but most usually insult me instead of just using it.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, my scripts are always filled rapidly, but remember there's always room for give and take.
