I visited first time the branch with my family and ordered 2 deals. My order # was 94 and currently processing order was 85 at that time. I observed very arrogant and unprofessional staff eating Pan and tobacco and abusing customers. After waiting for whole hour I inquired about my order and they told me that order cannot be fulfilled as the material has been finished. I asked that how you can refuse me after waiting for 1 hour, the guy rather than excuse me started arguing me that the material has been finished what I can do. I told him that you are so unprofessional and he replied very arrogantly "Yes I am, here is your money and go away" The branch is highly not recommended.

Worst experience i ordered a deal(burger ,chicken peice and fries) in which they sended the basi burger the bun was worst . Chicken leg peice in which i hardly made 2 bites for my son and the rest was all masala on haddi . Fries was also refried Most importantly i ordered for my children . Very disappointed. They should not be like.

One of the worst burgers I have ordered through food panda, I can literally eat any burger in the world even if it's bad. But their burger was utter garbage the burger was moist when the food panda delivery rider arrived further there was no proper meat inside and their God awful smelling sauce is a horror. Would never recommend!

Absolutely pathetic absolutely pathetic. Got me waiting for 2 hours for delivering 2 burgers. That guy on the phone had no idea what's going on at the outlet as he was managing things remotely most likely from his home, utterly embarrassing experience. Specially agar aapke ghar pe guest Aaye Ho to aap inse kabhi order mat karna totally unreliable delivery

Burger was not properly cooked, When I mentioned that its not cooked properly they started making lame excuses, Cold drink was not even cold , I bet they dont know the meaning of cold , In short worst experience and I ll not suggest anyone to try and waste the money.

Worst burger in my whole life...I took 2 deals of 550rs Double decker houston burger and 1 of 1250rs family deal...literally no taste in double decker burger and family deal burger and family deal burgers were spicy but without any taste...bad experience, bad taste in my whole life, I wasted my money!

Food was suck I ordered El Paso Fries and two burgers we told them don't put their Mesi sauce but the filled the burger with that awful sauce and fries was not cooked properly and they mentioned the Chicken chunks will include but that was only undercooked Fries and awful sauce we didn't finish fries More

Had a pathetic experience! Last night we ordered mega crunch burger and wrap deals along with honey biscuit. It gave our family real bad food poisoning, writing this review from hospital :-(

Their beef burger was good when they were serving beef, zinger and fries are same as you can have from any roadside cafe. Dine in is not good, don't have AC and have indoor dining area.
