Mike was extremely helpful and attentive! This was the only locksmith we had luck with and that would even attempt to fix our problems out of calling everyone in the DFW area almost. They went out of their way to provide great customer service and always helped us in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend!

Mike was very nice and was determined to figure out and fix my front door lock. After a few mins he was able to locate the problem and help me switch out the bolt.
