I had an awful experience going to this salon. I had long, healthy dirty blonde hair before first going to this salon to get a balayage done, and it absolutely RUINED my hair (it all fell out, despite proper care, using Olaplex, etc.). I was clear with the stylist about wanting to keep my hair healthy and despite this, she did not use Olaplex in the lightening solution and my hair suffered horribly. It took at least a year for my hair to recover. I’ve gotten a balayage done several times since at a different salon, which uses Olaplex in their bleach and my hair is perfectly healthy and strong. I mentioned to the stylist at Thérapie Beauté how damaged my hair was after the babylights I got done with her, despite taking great care of it (treatments, not applying a lot of heat, salon products, etc) and she blatantly lied and said that it “wasn’t her fault or because of the bleach solution”. On top of that, I’ve heard the stylists talk behind clients’ backs many times as soon as they walked out of the door. Mean girl behaviour and so unprofessional and untrustworthy. Don’t waste your money.

Incredible haircut. Told my hair stylist to do whatever she thought would suit me and didn't disappoint at all! Incredibly nice people who all seem to genuinely enjoy their job. 11/10 incredible service.

The best place to get your hair done. TerryLynn is lovely and my hair always looks great afterwards! Price is very good for the quality
