Went for a lash tint and perm. Came out 2 hours later with exactly the same lashes, potentially slightly darker but nothing much. And definitely not permed. Also had one eye which was bloodshot for a day after but it didn’t hurt. Also, it took 2 hours which was just insane and so boring. All in all, it’s not like anything terrible happened, but I wouldn’t waste my time here again (money wise sure it wasn’t much), just the pure time it took for absolutely no result was annoying. Oh to top off, they insisted we could pay card and then at the end said cash only so make sure you have cash if you go :)

Amazing quality for the price! I initially booked for brazilian and underarm wax, but decided to also get a gel pedicure on my way out. I have thicker hair so I usually skipped threading or tweezing when doing brazilian due to the pain but idk how Linh made everything super painless. Underarm and brazilian were done within 20 minutes. Pedicure was also very meticilously done, for 180k VND you get your cuticle cleaned up, shaping and trimming, gel color, and a quick massage. I spent 600k VND for everything and would definitely pay them a regular visit if i live in Hanoi!

I've been getting waxed for well over 10 years now in many different countries and this is one of the best waxes I've EVER had done. Went in after reading the reviews and got eyebrows, upper lip, underarms, belly, bikini and full leg waxed. Everything was perfect and done really expertly and one of the least painful experiences I've ever had. Would 100% recommend, you won't be disappointed even though the outside doesn't look like it would be a high end place.

Highly disappointed, I asked for a facial with blackhead extraction. All I received was the blackhead extraction and absolutely no facial. Imagine going for a facial without exfoliation, a mask, no moisturizer and making your client leave without any sunscreen. It seems because I am a guy I was treated like I knew nothing about skincare. The treatment took all of 10 mins. I would not recommend this place, especially for men.

After reading good reviews about Brazilian wax I wanted to give it a try. From the outside the salon doesn’t look like much, but the girl working there was very friendly and there was a spot for me right away. The Brazilian wax was fast and not painful.
