Management is rude. Called twice ahead of booking, she was very snappy and wanted to get me off the phone. My massage was cut short which shouldn’t be the case given the price point I booked through treatwell and was sent a confirmation text, but was not notified I’d received an email with booking procedure when I spoke with the woman on the phone. Treatwell also didn’t advise on strict policy on time during booking, so on arrival (2 minutes before my appointment) I changed & moved at a relaxed pace. Had I know they were counting every second as soon as I stepped inside, I would have changed faster, not used the toilet, arrived earlier etc. however, I was not effectively communicated this…..I brought it up with the management and she kept using the word “blame,”- I wasn’t trying to blame anyone but she became very defensive when I shared this feedback and kept saying it’s my fault…. it’s not a cheap massage, and client treatment doesn’t match premium price. Unfortunately the rude management overshadows what was a nice massage and a good masseuse. You can find many nice massages in London, so for this price you can go somewhere that values customers more

Pure class from the beginning. Clean and tidy exterior & interior. Beautiful fragrance inside. Few customers at this time of day. Lovely friendly lady at front of house - so sweet, helping us to get settled in. Maria provided a FANTASTIC Pre-natal massage, removing knots from my shoulders by using a beautiful oil also which moisturised my skin. I was so relaxed I nearly nodded off, it was seriously chilled. Maria looked after me so well, a very kind and talented member of staff, who took her time to carefully provide a top service. DO NOT GO HERE - they are crooks and scammers. There was a man I spoke to on the phone and he was extremely disrespectful and rude to me on the phone shouting at me. He’s ruined my birthday present and tried to charge me an extra for a spa treatment I already paid for. Their staff lied about my treatment times as well and tried to charge me an extra £440. When I asked for a refund / reschedule they refused and cut the call - I will advise listening to the reviews because they are true. I was so upset with the treatment on the phone that I will not be going for my treatment and will be writing a complaint.

It was our last day in London, and they were able to accommodate a foot massage for my husband within 15 minutes. He had his treatment with Patrick and enjoyed it very much! While I was waiting for him, the staff suggested me to rest in the beautiful relaxation area. Which I found very kind of them to offer! Quite and relaxing little gem in the middle of busy london. Definitely will come back again !

So pleased i booked this spa! 2 mins from the station (charing cross), very good service from the receptionist. Small changing room but has everything you need. The milk soak experience was amazing! The massage with Maria was brilliant also. I even had the spa to myself for 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon. Good value!

Fabulous massage in a very clam relaxing environment. The masseuse was so spot on in locating where muscles in my neck were extremely tight and worked to release them. I came out of the spa feeling like I was walking on air. My neck muscles relaxed and my whole body rejuvenated with no aches or twinges. Wonderful.

I was in London for vacation and needed a massage after my flight. I walked into the spa and they were able to give me an appointment same day. I had an amazing neck, back and shoulder massage! The environment is relaxing, you can rest and drink tea in a zen environment while waiting for your massage!

Fabulous place of peace and serenity in the middle of a very busy area in London. Nice and quiet and loved how you can book out the Sen Space so no one else is around for a private intimate experience. Nice and clean and great service. Would definitely go back to this spa.

Just had a wonderful Signature Thai Retreat: 60 minutes Thai massage and 30 minutes Foot Massage. The woman at the front desk listened to my medical issues and recommended Patrick. He was excellent: a true healer. Very powerful but skilled.

The environment is clean, elegant and beautifully decorated by Thai culture. It makes me miss my country when I entered the center. Reflexology massage is great although it is expensive. I proudly recommend to this Spa for best reflexology.

Had a very nice experience today at Thai Square Spa. I had the Lotus defense facial with a lovely lady called Jane and she was so friendly and so professional! I also had access to the spa which was good but it's quite small.

I rarely leave reviews but Jen, my therapist for the Thai massage is worth raving about. She did the impossible and had me so relaxed I managed to fall asleep. I left feeling so much more relaxed. I'll be back for sure!

Thai Square Spa is a tranquil oasis in the centre of London. Had an amazing Thai massage, the best outside of Bangkok. The staff were all courteous and attentive. Will definitely go back.
