Called yesterday to book a couples massage for 1030am today. Called up at 1020am to inform them I would be a few minutes late and was told that our booking was never written in their book! As I was on my way , we arrived and were told they don't know what happened but they can take us at 11. We pushed back other appointments to accommodate this and then by 11:15 we still had not been taken in. Customer service was absolutely non existant. No apologises from any of the staff or even offers to make us comfortable while we were waiting even though they knew we were visably annoyed. The phone would ring with no one coming out to answer it and we could hear the staff inside so there was no chance anyone who was after a quiet relaxing time was happening. This was the biggest waste of time. Do not waste your time or your money.

I have been to this place many times and usually receive a great message and leave feeling fantastic.. today unfortunately was not the case. Before your massage you are giving a form to fill in to specify where you would like the massage to be concentrated on and also given an option to choose whether you would like the massage to be sort medium or strong. I chose strong as I usually do and even had to ask the girl during the massage to press harder. I am leaving the place feeling worse then I did before I entered. The girl at the desk asked how the massage was and I informed her that the massage was pretty disappointing. There was zero compensation offered. Now I feel like I need to go elsewhere to get a good massage. $80 wasted today. Very disappointed with the service.

I called up today to make a booking today, she said it was ok. And then I gave all my details for the lady, then she asked if I had a voucher and I said yes, she then said I had to wait 48 hrs to make booking as I wanted to use Groupon voucher. I then asked to book over the phone and not use Groupon voucher, she said they had 20% off and that it would be $30 for 1 hr full body massage, and then I said ok book in, then she said, actually it’s $90. I told her to just cancel the whole booking as she had no idea what price to charge and it was very difficult to book in a massage.

Great thai massage. Very professional and good service. The only drawback is that they don't accept any private health insurance, no Hicaps. The therapist was good, vi vi was amazing. Very calm and relaxing place. I had a great amount of pain in my shoulder and she asked me about the main area of focus and after the message I was feeling much better than the time I walked in. I was offered water after the massage. Will be back soon for next session.

Time and money waste! I had a very bad and rude experience. You will end up stressed instead of relaxation. Ist massage shop I came across where u have to pay upfront n end up getting RUBBISH massage and incomplete service. When I gave feedback to the so called ‘Manager - Pitithitiya Dilokponhirun’ based in Thailand, she says don’t come to my ‘shop again’. This is called customer service n received no refund for literally ‘0’ service for 1.5 hours.

Good location with ample parking across the shop. Staff were polite. Facility was clean and massage was good. Only negative was they do not accept private health fund hence $90 for an hour is a bit pricey. Masseuse was good and kept checking if presssure applied was ok. She knew the Thai technique well. After massage thwy offered a nice Jasmine tea. Overall a pleasant experience.

For me, peace and quiet are absolutely essential when having a massage. Although the ambience and my masseuse were good, my experience was destroyed by the noisy staff that wouldn’t stop talking to each other from across their rooms whilst massaging their clients! Plus their phone is so loud that it’s impossible for anyone to relax and fall asleep.

We went to this place once, good massage. The only problem the masseuses talked to much among themselves, even if they were in different rooms, their voices were loud enough, quite noisy. Other thing, they spoke in their native language and laughed among themselves. I think it's impolite to do this when they have customers around.

100% unqualified Masseuse. Pointless filling out the form to show them where to focus, because she asked me again in the room, then focused on everywhere except where I asked. She didn’t know how to massage, it was just a rub down. No knots were touched. Only thing good about this place is the decor.

I asked for hard remedial massage but the lady did not listen or was too tired. I asked4 times to make the pressure harder but... i felt someone was just puting oil on my skin. Came home with all the tiredness and in the morning woke up with pain in my left arm. It was the worst massage .

Great and clean environment. Friendly customer service. Fair service. However the massage techniques used is great for normal office workers, people with other stress related issues. The staff lacks skills to treat deep muscle, stress for amateur athletics or weight lifters

Dodgy, with their private health fund scheme… be very careful…it’s all yes yes yes till you get to the counter to pay and they then inform you that the massage isn’t covered under the certain type of private health fund..I’m done with them!!!!

We went for a full body massage. The massage was good (happy with the service) but the experience was ruined by squeaky noise from the beds. Rooms were just allright, could have been better.

Good massage, but the lady kept leaving the room for 5 minutes at a time, and she ended my massage early too ... I paid for a 90 minute massage but I really only got around 65 minutes

Would never go there happy to take the bookings over the phone and can cancel anytime they want without notification to the customer got there and got told we don't have a booking.
