We were we in a crisis that forced us to make use of almost every laundry business in Umhlanga/Durban North areas. The Dirty Spot is by far the best in the business, from my personal experience. I got to use both their residential laundry in Umhlanga and their commercial laundry in Glenashley. They don’t compromise on quality and great service. A business owned by a young guy with good business values and principles.

We phoned to ensure we weren't wasting a trip traveling through mudslides, blocked roads, and during a fuel shortage only to be told that there was no water. When we called they confirmed they would send the clothes to their other branch. Absolutely no understanding of customer service and the plight of customers to get to the premises. Find somewhere else to take your clothes, we weren't even given a proper apology.

Do not trust this business with your expensive garments such as suits or coats. All 3 items I gave for dry cleaning returned damaged. A black coat had white stains from dirty dry cleaning solution or perhaps incorrectly used, both suits are suddenly super tight around the waist and you can see the fabric actually pulling wrinkles. They lost its crisp, sharp look. Stay far away and try to find professionals.

Swift and professional service. I needed to dry clean my sports-coat at the last minute, the awesome team at That Dirty Spot Laundry took the challenge to take in my coat and have it ready for pick up the next morning. I was shocked at the immaculate quality of service and even more shocked at the affordable price! Will definitely recommend That Dirty Spot Laundry to everyone in Durban!

The service is disgusting. They cannot deliver on time as promised. The front staff cannot answer calls with customer service ettique. They also did not return three items of mine as well as a top and some socks. Dont ever take your clothes there... especially if you on holiday.. rather wait until you home because it will upset you so much you will regret it. Rating -10

I cannot express how refreshing it is to experience such an amazing consistent service, they really are Top Quality!! I have been using this Laundromat for about a year now, I visit them at least once a week. The ladies and owners are always super friendly and they go the extra mile to keep me updated about my package. The efficiency of this business is next level!! :)

Will never use this laundromat ever again. They are not customer oriented at all. If you have rates for drying laundry and you exclude folding it state it upfront. My laundry looked like material left over at the Waste Centre. If I was advised I would have exercised my options, Getting laundry in this state is definitely not an option for anyone

Very professional, great value. A wedding dress and suits (white creme) that were worn 6 years ago were brought back to a great state, as very clean as new. Just in one sentence "The stains were no where to be found". Very friendly and responsive, I am glad I went to "That Dirty Spot Laundry" and will definitely recommend them.

Used to be better when they offered same day service if you got there early. Now they won't do same day service. Also, it's 06:48 as I write this and I am waiting outside. The sign says open at 06:30 and I have been here since that time. I am probably going to leave as I have work to get to now and cannot wait any longer.

THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I've used them for three years, never lost an item of clothings and everything is always sparkling and folded neatly when fetched. I trusted them with my wedding dress and was given back as if I'd never worn it! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The best Laundry service I’ve used. I love how they are Eco Friendly and have such friendly and accommodating staff. The prices are worth the results and the smell of the garments is not synthetic. I haven’t used any other laundry service and never will! =)

I had my coats cleaned at this laundry, quick friendly service, I was informed when my coats will be ready for pick up. I received an SMS to inform me that my coats was ready to be picked up. I would recommend and I will use their service again

Lady was very helpful and gave good service. As for the cleaning itself, waste of time and money. All the dirty spots were still there. I don't recommend this company. WilI be taking my blazer elsewhere AGAIN. Highly disappointed
