We really love this shop. We're total aquarium newbies, and they're really patient, and didn't mind us going back over a couple of weeks and answering all our stupid questions while we tried to make up our minds if we wanted one - and once we decided, they were great at helping us decide what to get. One thing I really appreciate is that they never try to up-sell, and they recommend cheaper options all the time - they really care about their fish, and their customers, and just want us to have the best option that suits us and lets us have happy fish. If you're not sure if an aquarium is for you, just ask them - we started by thinking about 1 kind of fish we wanted, and they helped us decide everything from there. The staff are super-friendly, helpful and kind. The fish and plants all look in great condition, and the fact they are always nationally-recognised in awards makes me trust them completely.

Excellent store with just about everything any fish hobbyists/aquarists would ever need all crammed inside 1 convenient store. They say good things come in small packages but damn this place is like a tardis. We came all the way from Cheltenham to this store and the journey was definitely worthwhile. We purchased 2x mature Albino BN plecos (1Ml/1Fl) and a few other bits and pieces that we needed but couldn't find anywhere else for the price we paid. Both plecs are healthy and well but would love the option of delivery as for me it's definitely worth the postage fee. Thankyou for a great service and some brilliant plecos !

Visited a few times and every time has been pleasant. Beautiful layout, wide selection of fish and they’re constantly changing. Lots of beautiful fish for any size tank. I find different fish here that I wouldn’t find any where else. Staff are friendly and informative - they know their fish. There are display tanks of all kinds to give you an idea of what you can do in your tank. They also have a set-up that allows you to design your own. I hope to one day see they have expanded!

Nothing but excellent experiences here. Knowledgable and friendly staff, reasonable prices (when you consider the logistics of getting fish from all over the world!). Clean tanks and a great selection of very healthy plants, livestock, and live food. This store is particularly strong for aquascaping supplies and hasa really good selection. Small but perfectly formed gem of a place.

This store is the best in the Southwest for all things aquatic. They offer a huge selection of top quality cold water and tropical fish and all the tanks are meticulously clean. There's so much to chose from when it comes to aquarium supplies and the service is wonderful. We'll definitely buy more fish from them in the future.

Amazing place with lots of variety of fishes. I am very new in fish keeping hobby. So I needed some old used filter media and The guy their gave m rocks which were being used as a filtration. Very helpful and knowledgeable people! Parking is a bit difficult to find but I managed to find parking nearby on the road.

This is an absolute gem - Nick and Martin are so knowledgeable and have helped me problem solve on multiple occasions , which has been invaluable. The store also has a comprehensive range of products , which now includes plant terrariums with a specialist range of plants and substrates . Just Fab !!!!

The aquatic store is by far the best shop you can go to for any aquarium needs. The staff are always friendly, polite and very professional……..the knowledge they have is just outstanding, I have been a massive fan of them for years!! Absolutely amazing work from the team!! Thank you for everything

I just love this shop. Been a few times and it's always good. Plenty of hardscape and plants. Stunning aqua scaped tanks on show. Decent fish selection, many of which you don't seem to find in many places. Good thing I don't live too near or I would be in here a lot.

Most probably the best store in Bristol, The staff are amazing and have a wealth of knowledge. Never felt like I was being rushed and I was never upsold anything!. Last but definitely not least there great husbandry of there fish really shows in the quality you get

A really helpfull and friendly experience at this place. They were really knowledgeable about to treat my betta. Ill definitely be going back. Parking in the area is a bit of a challange but thats just bedminster for you and not the fault of this great store .

Small shop but great selection of stock. Picked up 2 very good sized pieces of bogwood from a decent selection of sizes and styles from the usual small branches to tank fillers. Fish seemed to be good health and well cared for. Staff helpful and friendly.

Even though the shop was busy when I went there today, the staff were lovely, helpful and patient. If you love fish or want to start loving them, this is the best place to go, they have everything you could want or they'll get it for you. Top class!

Great little shop. Went in with absolutely no knowledge of fish with a view to setting up my twelve year old son. Nick was brilliant - very clear, knowledgable, patient and no hard sell. Would thoroughly recommend.
