Really tasty churros and stroopwaffel, however you can say the same thing about 90% of these bakery type places in Amsterdam. What sets them apart is the customer service, and the customer service here was awful. staff seemed so disinterested, the man looked bored and miserable, like he didn’t want to be there. Hot chocolate was overpriced, asked for a white hot chocolate, and essentially got what seemed to be instant hot chocolate in a takeaway cup with white chocolate sauce at the bottom. Won’t be returning

Worst place in amsterdam for coffee, tea or desserts. They don’t have the prices up because they will rip you off and the quality of the stuff they sell is the worst around. €9.50 for a watery bubble tea and over €20 for a terrible coffee and Lidl quality waffles. Terrible terrible terrible. Close this place down

Glimlachend en attent personeel. We zijn er twee keer geweest en werden niet teleurgesteld over de producten. Wafels gegarneerd met chocolade/aardbei/snickers bijvoorbeeld voor € 9, terwijl dit bij andere zaken bijna het dubbele van € 15 was! ik raad aan

Les tables ne sont pas lavées, le sol aussi, pas de toilette non plus. Personnels désagréables!! Nous avons payés un gaufre avec une barre de Bueno 9€! Nous pensons même que ces prix sont fait à la tête du client d’ailleurs les prix ne sont même pas affichés . A fuir absolument

Als ik een sandwich voor €5,50 bestel, verwacht ik geen panini, maar een broodje. Dat is echt niet hetzelfde. De chicken 'sandwich' had kipfilet en paar stukjes tomaat. Kipfilet adverteren als 'chicken'. Ik verwacht stukjes gebakken kip. Geldverspilling! …

Ambiente wäre schön leider extrem laute Musik. Das Personal versteht die Kunden kaum. Unser Frühstück war lecker jedoch der Kaffee ist kein Kaffee.

Waardeloos en echt verschrikkelijk slecht! Personeel heeft geen idee wat ze verkopen of wat het kost. Twijfelachtige kwaliteit. Er staan meerdere dozen met koffiebonen in de zaak die al maanden over de houdbaarheidsdatum zijn, dat zegt misschien wel genoeg.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I'm not gonna lie that desserts are really good but they're not worth 8-12 EURO!!!!!!!!!! This is one of the biggest tourist traps I've ever seen they have multiple locations. They don't even have prices on their menu.

Not very tasty, they just microwave very basic items. Average coffee. Unfriendly staff. Area of tables and chairs is dirty & needs cleaned (and this was at the beginning of the day). Sorry to be harsh but it’s just awful!

DON’T COME HERE!!! We took cheesecake it was so disgusting, we left it at the disk couldn’t even eat ! even the coffee was horrible. Please don’t waste a dime in this place, not even good service! Don’t come here!!

We stop by in this bakery and we loved their waffles. The staff named Sultan is very accomodating and polite.Kudos to this store and to their staffs.We highly recommended this store to visit.

Tijdens de Pride at ik bij The Bakery Shop Rokin 10 een Appelflap van €5 die je in de supermarkt in de aanbieding voor €0,50 koopt. Welicht had ik vantevoren om de prijs moeten vragen.

Dude who works shouldn't work in customer service. Just rude from the start. And then the food itself is also not tasty. This little cake was €5 but inedible - left it at the counter.

Des sandwichs mauvais à souhait, une mauvaise prise de commande et pas moyen de changer le produit lors de la plainte, un panini chaud à l’extérieur et froid à l’intérieur, À FUIR !!!

Koffie was lekker. Voor de rest waren de panini’s nog koud. Ook was er veel minder keuze dan dat er op het menu stond. Er was geen wc en personeel was niet bepaald vriendelijk.

It is a place that I won't go back to. The coffee and the staff were good but Churros was really bad. It doesn't have a toilet so this is unreal, we live in 2023.

Everything looks so old! My panini looked like chewing gum, left it at the table. Avoid it at all costs, also the service was not good.
