I had the skinpen procedure done, Hannah did a face consultation with me and was really friendly and genuine. The skinpen procedure itself was great, Hannah really reassured me, was so encouraging and was very patient and understanding throughout the whole procedure. She has also been very reliable with answering any instagram DMs Ive been sending her regarding my treatment. Gorgeous clinic, you can tell the owner(s) of the business (I'm assuming Hannah is the owner of the business) have really put time and effort into it, Hannah really wants her clients to be comfortable. Any other staff members in the clinic were friendly. The clinic is very covid 19 aware and very hygienic. Excited to see the results of my treatment and will be coming back for at least 2 more! Thank you Hannah for being great ❤

I booked an appointment for a treatment for which they took a £30 deposit. I went away for a long weekend before the treatment, and an unpublicised rail strike prevented me from returning the day before. I was very upset as I had to find alternative accommodation overnight which proved expensive and forgot about the appointment because of the stress of the rail strike and having to find somewhere to stay. I explained the situation to Beauty Haven, but instead of just agreeing to move my appointment, thus saving my deposit, they took the deposit and said that if I wanted to book another appointment, they would insist on taking another £30 deposit, which is extremely cynical of them, especially as the situation was out of my control. I will never consider using them again

The Beauty Haven is a superb relaxing retreat. Hannah and her team make every customer feel very special. They are so polite, professional and considerate. Nothing is ever too much trouble and each and every therapist works in a meticulous way to ensure you are always happy with your treatments. I really cannot recommend Hannah and her team enough. For me they provide superb and exceptional service. I leave the salon feeling wonderful. Whether it is a pedicure, facial, manicure or one of the many other wonderful treatments they offer, everything they do is perfect. Hannah is just exceptional. Today I had my second appointment with lovely Jess. Eyebrows tint and shape and LVL lash lift (which was recommended to me on my first visit) and I am over the moon with the results! Jess was the most professional, followed all the health and safety guidelines and told me all the details of the treatments & aftercare. The salon is clean, feels safe and very welcoming. I would recommend Beauty Haven to everyone, there’s a wide range of treatments, the staff is very kind and helpful and they make you feel so comfortable & always will have a lovely chat while you’re having your treatments. Professional, friendly, caring and welcoming.. what more could you ask for. Visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago to have my eye brows tinted and shaped with Farren. I was a bit anxious going somewhere new but I had nothing to worry about. Farren made me feel comfortable throughout and answered any questions I had about other treatments too. I booked to have LVL lashes before I left and had these done today! Another perfect, faultless experience with Farren and I am very happy with the results. I had an amazing facial and massage done by Gabriella today. She was incredibly professional and tailored both the treatments to my preference and skin type. The Decelor facial was amazing, and the products were applied in such a soothing and relaxing way. I loved the way Gaberiella incorporated massage techniques into the facial, I felt like I was in a spa! Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had! I've been looking for a decent waxing place all over Leicester and have finally found it! This place had exceeded my expectations, it had a nice ambiance and very lovely and welcoming staff! The therapist I had, who I think was named Chloe or Jessica (sorry I can't quite remember), was SO GOOD, making sure every little bit of hair was waxed or plucked! She was so friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. I've had several treatments at this salon. The salon, the ladies and treatments are of a high standard. Ive been for a dermaplane many times. During the treatment its the one and only time I can 100% relax, not have 101 things running through my mind of what I need to do. An hour of total relaxation. The girls are so lovely, talk to you throughout the treatment. After getting my hair, nails done etc a dermaplane is the only treatment my husband notices. He looks at me like he's never seen me before. Ultimate compliment for any beautician.

What an amazing salon, I wanted to wait until I had been a few times before leaving a review. I've had multiple treatments with most staff members and i'm obsessed. So polite and friendly. Chloe was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. Had 2 treatments for my wedding lash extensions and HD eyebrows for the first time! I can honestly say both results have turned out amazing! Hannah looked after me and I couldn’t be happier. I was initially bought a voucher and it was the best gift. I went for an eyebrow wax & tint. After fitting me in for a patch test I was able to book an appointment really easily on their website for my brows and they look beautiful - especially after being neglected for the last 2 years.
