I went today to your store I was very displeased with there service I walked into to buy a product because it's my birthday I had a coupon to use for my birthday and also its my favorite store sorry it was my favorite store I walked into to buy alot of items for my birthday to use my coupon so the the 3 female working where standing around in a circle in the middle of the store talking they were in the way for us to walk around and also did not want to help us they kept on talking and talking then I asked for one product that I really wanted to buy she said oh that product we are sold out and then kept on talking to her co-workers and then I yelled and said this horrible service never agian will I shop her the girl with brown hair and glasses started to laugh at me and the girl with dirty blonde hair her hair was in a pony tail was the one who did not want to help me find the product and kept on talking I walked out angry yelling frustrated never agian will I shop there and also they had product on display for Christmas time so now I have to go to the different store locations to buy the product I want very horrible service never agian will I shop there

Me and my husband went to this store to see if we could still find the Body Shop shea body butter, but the old, more moisturising formula. We had been using it for a long time, until the formula changed approximately 2 years ago and the body butter became the same as any supermarket body product. It's not moisturising anymore, nor does it feel fresh and handmade.* We did purchase the mint shampoo with tea tree oil that day, as it helps to keep my scalp squeaky clean The staff was friendly, but didn't seem to know how the point system worked and how it would benefit me. The store was clean and tidy. *Now we moved to another product at Lush that's it's deeply moisturising, it's handmade and feels like it's made with fresh ingredients.

I had a great experience yesterday. I was helped by a gentleman (i think his name was Meet) He was amazing. He informed me of the promotions without being agressive , pushy or robotic. He was able to assist me in finding a scent that would suit my grandmother all while navigating Covid -19 restrictions. This was by far the best experience i’ve had in store & I have been a loyalty member and regular shopper for 5+ years. Meet was genuine , helpful , positive and clearly knowledgeable on products , promotions & covid 19 restrictions.

My recent visit to The Body Shop was enhanced by the exceptional service from Rachel, who was not only nice and welcoming but also incredibly helpful in guiding me to find the perfect skincare products. Her genuine dedication to customer satisfaction made the experience enjoyable, and I left the store with confidence in my purchases.

Visited in April 2023: Nice display in the window which drew my attention in the first place. The moment we stepped in, their friendly staff greeted us with a smile and a hello. The store is spacious and seems to be fully stocked. I like the refill station as it's environmentally friendly! We need more business doing this!

I've bought lip balms, body butter, and facial toner from here but none of their products were particularly special. The sales associates used to be pushy but more recently I've found that they have cut back on trying to heavily persuade customers into making a purchase or joining their loyalty program.

The staff were above and beyond helpful! Knowledge and more importantly, will looked things up if they don't know something about allergen components in the product. The smells in this place are pleasent and aren't obnoxiously overstimming when walking around, unlike most stores selling similar stuff

Super sweet staff!! I had to go around the mall asking stores and girls if they had a pad (that time of the month) and i'm so grateful they took the time to go in the back to grab me some! They did not make me feel bad or uncomfortable about it at all. Thank you so much!!

How refreshing to be greeted kindly and cheerfully. Josh was awesome helping me figure out some solutions for my dry, sensitive skin. He spent a lot of time explaining different products. Do what you can to hang onto this employee, he's a keeper!!

Very bad customer service from one of the workers...i ask about things i dont know and she answers like hay dummy like dhhh ... My wife use to buy from this store alot i wanted to buy something for her butbi just got out Never again...

One of the employees was a weirdo that tried harassing me into buying more products and getting a membership after I said no multiple time. Maybe chill out a little and learn boundaries, for now im never going back to this location

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. My wife and I have always loved The Body Shop's products and what the brand stands for, and the very pleasant shopping experience just makes things even better.
