The new location for this ‘Body Shop’ is very small however, I was still able to manoeuvre around the shop with my large mobility scooter. The girls working there were most helpful and knowledgeable about stock and I was able to find exactly what I needed, straight away and then assisted me with using a birthday voucher on my phone to pay. The workers were also sensitive and accommodating towards my needs and abilities. I was in the store for a very short amount of time and then was let out via the side door which, was much easier for me then trying to manoeuvre backwards. I really appreciate the girls who helped me and the service that I received in this new store I will be back to this store location as I felt seen and heard as a customer and as a person with disabilities. It’s very nice to feel accommodated for not only by the workers but the fact that the ‘Body Shop’ is making a conscious effort to make their locations more accessible and inclusive to people of all capabilities. Thanks again ladies and in particular Emma for your help, it was very much appreciated. My mom is going to love her present!

My daughter and I visited The Body Shop at Queen Street Mall one Tuesday evening in June for the first time. What happened was amazing and shows the dedication and kindness of staff. Lilly went above and beyond to help us! As we paid, my daughter’s brand new engraved signet ring slipped off onto the floor. We watched in horror as it rolled into a corner between the cabinets and disappeared. Lilly and Matt helped to search the floor of the store, pulling out drawers and poking items down the hole to retrieve the ring, but with no success. We left sadly without the ring, Lilly and Matt still searching. Some time later the phone rang - Lilly had found the ring showing extraordinary persistence to help, and absolute care. We could not be happier! We are now loyal customers and appreciate these dedicated staff members that go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Beautiful products, but more importantly, beautiful people!

Poor quality of service on Sunday. Stuff very awkward service. Used to shopping here many times usually stuff very nice! But can’t believe stuff very very terrible service! “ Make sure your mask on probably when you want try smell skin care product “ in here, or your noise sensitive like dog. Otherwise stuff will very awkward service for you keeping tell you put the mask on and give for you very rude face. How can you smell anything with your mask on ? Anyway stuff very unprofessional service for customer during COVID- 19! I Recommend to everyone go to the other the body shop in the Myer centre one.

Ordered a 180$ advent calendar on the 1st of December. It is now the 12th and the 180$ was paid but the item is still pending and was never shipped! What use is an advent calendar when the month of December is over? Have spoken to someone via live chat about a refund and was told they would "Get back to me in an Email." this is NOT good enough. I don't have the item I purchased or the 180$ that I can use on a different gift before Xmas. Terrible service will not be buying again next year, after having bought this calendar for the last 2 years.

Most of their stuff has a very strong scent and very rare to find a lotion that won't affect my sinus. (had really bad allergic reaction to perfume) but I've found out that this Hemp body moisturiser are really great for my skin and did not cause any trouble at all. The only thing is, hemp is a heavy duty moisturiser and it lingered to your skin and its very sticky. Nice during winter.

One of the male advisor there was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful to customers. Treated me like I had done something so wrong to him whilst I was being respectful and polite. Went in this afternoon for a product exchange after making the wrong initial decision and it was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had in retail. Would not recommend anyone to this store.

The guy from this shop is extremely rude and is trying to drive customers away! Makes you feel worthless when you ask any questions about the products. Even made us pay for a product we barely tried as it was mixed with the samples. There are other shops with much better service and I wouldn't go here ever again. ZERO stars!

Handy location however the staff are not very helpful or polite- would recommend going to the one in the Myer Centre instead which is likewise well located but has the added benefit of staff who are friendly and approachable

Went there just then the lady was serving me before she was so mean didn’t even say thanks after I got pay , her face was so angry even I didn’t do anything rude or asking much or just because I’m Asian So disappointing

Extremely Rude staff the guy and the girl that were working today around 2pm needs to get an attitude check. So rude was going to buy a lot of products but their attitude turned me away. Will not be returning.

Disappointed I was forced to check in and have my privacy violated in order to shop at the store. No respect for peoples privacy. As a long time customer I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

One of the guys from the staff was extremely rude to the two of us. He was stand-offish and no help at all. If you do want to buy from them, go to a different branch maybe or choose other brands
