I have seen a number of physiotherapists here, each of them was super kind and accommodating. I have been seeing Scott on and off since 2017. I had so many knee issues with the biggest one being a full tear of my ACL and MCL, with my meniscus also needing repair. When I came in and he told me that I was going to need extended care that required me missing the rest of my dance season, I was devastated. I cried in the middle of the office, but he was so comforting, and the physio assistant that was there at the time was also super sweet, although I didn’t catch his name (but thank you for bringing me Kleenex!) Over time Scott helped me to rehab my leg and although I only saw him once right after my surgery (I had to see a number of physios because of insurance as well as scheduling with work), he was super kind to me. He is one of the most stand up physio therapists that there is, he really has it all. He’s super personable and kind, he is very knowledgable in his field and he takes his time when showing exercises etc. You can really tell that he loves his profession. I genuinely don’t think that I would be where I am today with my knee if it wasn’t for him. As of today, my knee is becoming less and less of an issue in my life, and in the fall, I’m applying to go and get my Bachelor of Kinesiology because he inspired me so much. He’s a really cool, down to earth, and inspirational guy. I fully recommend going to see him. The other staff are also super nice. I never felt pressured when I was trying to book with reception, and even when I was the last patient of the day reception never rushed me out the door (which I appreciate, because I’ve worked that exact job before and know that you just want to go home, but thank you so much for being kind to me, it went a long way). The atmosphere of the place was very uplifting and I, who have had a lot of anxiety around exercising where others can see me, have never felt more comfortable or supported. If you need physio, or any other body care, this is where you need to go. The staff here all understand that health and injury rehab is not just a physical process, but a mental one as well. Thanks so much to everyone at the bridge!

I'm pretty sure I am a walking billboard ad for The Bridge South Edmonton at this point from how many people I have told about this wonderful place. I cannot recommend this place enough!! From all of the friendly staff and overall inclusive atmosphere I had the BEST experience going here and Darren was incredible. I've been to other physio places and have seen other physiotherapists before and they all pale in comparison to The Bridge. This year, I broke my olecranon in my elbow straight through (luckily I didn't need surgery) but my arm was completely stuck at the weirdest angle from healing and I went from not being able to lift an empty coffee cup to lifting more weight than I have ever been able to in my life. And from barely being able to rotate my hand to getting my hyper-extension mobility back. Darren was always attentive and made me feel heard during my appointments. Anytime I was having even the slightest issue or concern, he would not only reassure me about my worries but would want to continue to try different things out until we found a solution that worked for me, to work towards getting the results that I wanted. It's extremely clear even just talking to him how incredibly knowledgable he is and how truly passionate he is about his job. We always celebrated even the smallest of victories and didn't stress about the trial failures which boosted my own confidence and motivated me that much more to get stronger and get my mobility back. Everything is now as close to 100% regained as you can get (when I got told previously by a different physiotherapist at a different place that I would likely "never regain close to full mobility after a break like that"). I am back to playing the sports I love thanks to the personalized programming and even lifting weights regularly in the gym now. In my opinion, Darren went above and beyond and The Bridge overall takes physio to the next level. If at anytime physio is needed again in my life, I will always come back here. :)

I normally love coming to this clinic and I still love the chiropractor (Ashley) that works with me. I’ve been going to both locations for a year and the staff has always been so friendly and kind. The facility itself is great, but the south location has made a change in staff at the front desk over the summer and the service is honestly abysmal compared to before. I’m always very understanding because I’ve worked in similar customer service positions, but the service really sucks. Since the change, I’ve noticed that I have to call 2 or 3 separate times before the phone is answered on any given day that I’ve tried to call. It just rings and rings and rings. Last week, I walked in and stood in front of the desk while the person sat eating and ignoring me. I’ve never seen anyone at the clinic take their lunch break at the desk before. After standing there awkwardly for a couple minutes I introduced myself and asked how he was doing because I was still trying to be friendly/polite. He replied with “I’m fine” and then just looked at me without speaking almost as if to say that I had interrupted him. I basically checked myself in and sat down to wait a half hour for an appointment that I was on time for. Previously, the staff at The Bridge has given me a quick heads up call to let me know when things are running late which I really appreciated. To be honest, the clinic might as well adopt an online check-in and payment process if the person at the desk isn’t even capable of greeting people that walk in or answering the phone. His attitude towards the clients that come in is pretty rude to be honest. I know a few other people that frequent this location and heard that they’re having similar experiences. If the practitioners working here weren’t really great, I’d just stop coming to this location altogether. The Sherwood Park location has had a couple changes in staff over the last year as well and everyone has been lovely.

Dr. Melissa Young is hands down the best Chiropractor I've been too (shes now the 5th i've seen over the past decade). Why? She is much more than just a Chiropractor. From a basic adjustment standpoint she is is just as good as someone I was seeing in Calgary with over 30 years experience, however I would say better since she incorporates therapeutic massage (the muscle release kind) into the treatment into the adjustment, loosening the tense muscles before the adjustment, making them less jarring and in my opinion more effective/safer. The adjustment also lasts longer due to the soft tissue work. The massage portion is legit, not the most comfortable like therapeutic massage is, but she's just as effective as therapeutics massages I've had elsewhere. She also gives what I would call basic physio therapy advice to help prevent pr reduce reoccurring issues outside of the appointment. it's not a full on physio program, for issues that require that she will recommend you go see a physio therapist, but it compliments what she does I'm an amazing way. I've never had such a complete treatment from another individual, highly skilled in all these areas. Lastly, my god is she strong with her hands. She will only do the massage-release to your comfort level, but I didn't ask her to hold back as I've had that kind of massage before and I know if you can tolerate it the befits are better after. I would give her 10 stars if I could. This is what Chiropractic should be. (She also does this specialized adjustment for the shoulder/shoulder blade position that is typically used for baseball players, one other Chiropractor I went to did this, and this is how we ended up finding her. I'm not a baseball player, but athletic and also carrying around my 2 young kids a lot and this adjustment is so amazing!)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to share my life changing experiences at the Bridge. I feel truly blessed and humbled to have finally found a place that have staff and therapists who truly value my health and establishing a connection with their patients. My experience with Richard Klein has been outstanding with helping me with my shoulder issues. I had perpetual pain for years and now the pain is gone!! He also helped me by referring me to Daren Bishop for my 14 months of lingering post concussion symptoms. I saw Daren just one visit and it was life altering! I went through over a year of misguided advice from other so called healthcare professionals. I was so frustrated by the lack of progress and I was feeling hopeless. I’m not one to cry or become emotional around other people and I couldn’t hold back my tears of joy and gratitude towards Daren. I felt overwhelmed with joy and I now feel tremendous hope that I can recover from this nightmare I was living for such a long time. I feel complete trust with both Richard and Daren, both exude passion towards wanting to help me. That’s rare and hard to come by these days. I feel very blessed to have come by this place so much so I’ve trusted in there care and brought my husband, daughter and neighbour to there facility. Also one last shout out to the amazing James Green!! Thanks for working with my daughter with her pitching! She wouldn’t admit this to you ( she is very shy) but she secretly enjoys the workouts and looks forward to it! She brags a lot about how flexible she is now lol ;). Thank you to everyone at the Bridge! You guys are truly amazing people! I wish I could give you guys 6 stars instead of 5!!!

I want to give a shout out to Leanne! I originally started seeing her for physio pilates as a way to use up some benefits - but after my regular physio downsizing her practice, and getting an external diagnosis of hypermobility and tear deep in my hip joint she's taken over my care and it's been the first time I've had marked improvement in my chronic pain in years. Being hypermobile and on the EDS spectrum, I have had many physio in the past who, downplayed my experience, gaslight my pain, and used cookie cutter exercises to treat various issues. But Leanne has taken my range of motion, HSD and end goals of continuing to dance ballet and modern dance at a high level into consideration. She has taken it upon herself to educate herself on hypermobility and understands the nuances of treating elite dancers and figure skaters. I had been very bitter and discouraged about my fitness goals till I started working with her, and she has adapted exercises into a routine I can reasonable do that doesn't aggravate other issues. The Bridge itself is a fantastic space, woth multiple services onsite, and keeps performance in mind, I've never been told to stop doing anything, the staff listen and are genuinely invested in helping you be the best athlete you can be.

I have seen a couple of different Physiotherapists (Richard Klein (who has now moved to BC) & most recently Scott Gilroy) and an Athletic Therapist (James Greene) at The Bridge over the past couple of years and I have been incredibly impressed by everyone's professionalism, level of knowledge, communication, and attitude. This includes the front office reception staff who are always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. I have to make a special mention of Scott Gilroy. I am an endurance runner (so I've encountered a few injuries over the years :)) so I have seen many different physiotherapists at many different clinics in Edmonton and I can confidently say Scott is really the best of the best. His practice is evidence based but also informed by his real world experience of working with patients. He is SO incredibly knowledgeable and explains things in such a clear and understandable way. His genuine enthusiasm for what he is doing shines through at every visit - and I really appreciate how he takes the time he needs to with you and actually listens to what you are saying. I've never felt rushed at an appointment. Keep up the great work Scott - I feel lucky to have found you!

Great place. First day both Hailey and Sarah were there to greet me. They are the absolute best. Same with any other staff at the entry. Brenden Lehman, he will forever be a friend. This young fella fixed my trapped nerve from hernia surgery and got me back to 100%. The rest of the staff, they are super supportive, they fist bump you, they tell you how well you’re doing… they are the ultimate support you need. I’d name them all but there’s so many to list. Then the staff have clients that help push you along. Amazing place! And as for that Brenden Lehman kid, he’s just bloody stellar at what he does. He did what no one else could do and I’ll forever be grateful for him doing what he does and getting rid of my pain. He’s one heck of a physio and I couldn’t recommend anyone else ( well maybe anyone of his coworkers if I didn’t get him again) . They all are incredibly talented individuals that became friends though my injury recovery. Well done Scott and Darren for putting together such a great team!!

I have been working with James Greene at The Bridge Edmonton South for the past two months. The whole experience of working with James has been great. I was battling various debilitating pains while running and with an ultra marathon race coming, I needed to find a solution. I met with James and he immediately started asking detailed questions about my past and then specifically about the issues I was experiencing. He started suggesting various stretches and strengthening exercises, and he made changes to my run training plan. Each time I returned, he would ask how things went, took detailed notes, and then he would alter the program to incorporate the new information. I’m very happy to say that I just ran the scheduled 50k Trail Ultra and the debilitating pain didn’t come back through the entire race. I will continue to work with James to improve my strength and mobility so that I can continue to run further, faster, and without pain. Thanks so much, James!

This place is awesome, and Darren Bishop is excellent. I was having issues progressing my weight training from a previous injury, and encouraged to telerehab with Darren over video (as I do not live in Edmonton) . After two quick sessions Darren address/strengthened my lingering foot injury, fixed my squat and dead lifts forms, as well addressed several other exercise movements. But the best part is that you are able to get the rehab or workout program via the Bridge App (at an additional cost), which tracks weight, has videos of exercises and you are able to leave comments for your Therapist. I have used it for a 6 week and a 12 week term to address my mobility, strengthen training and rehabbing my previous injury. Could not be more happy, and would highly recommend Darren Bishop, as well as the App!!!

I cant say enough good things about my experiences at The Bridge. Started with Physio with Breanne in Sherwood park then Chiro with Ashley in south side. I've been seeking treatment like this for decades and the level of knowledge, professionalism, versatility in treatment and thorough attention provided far exceeds everyone I've seen prior to coming to The Bridge. As a business owner I value the effort that The Bridge puts in to ensuring their patients see results from treatment and have a positive experience. One of the many things that stands out is that I was told by both that they don't want to see me more than I need to. I don't feel like I'm just another paying customer to them. I highly recommend The Bridge to everyone and I will always seek treatment from Breanne and Ashley.

Melissa is a phenomenal chiropractor! A star above the rest. I've seen a few chiropractors in my lifetime and none have help me as much as Melissa. She doesn't just treat you with the same adjustments over and over again. Each visit is unique and she helps you understand what your body needs. I've had a chronic back injury for years and a recent shoulder injury. Melissa has helped me better understand these injuries and the human body (she's a fountain of knowledge). I'm also lucky enough to see Joelle at the Sherwood Park location. I usually see Melissa on a Thursday and Joelle on the Friday. Melissa helps assess the current state on my body and provides me with good info to bring to Joelle. She is a huge reason I can say my back is better now. I'm very grateful to have met her.

I highly recommend The Bridge South to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, informative, caring facility. I cannot say enough about Physiotherapist Sapphire, this women goes above and beyond for each and everyone of her clients. Sapphire will give you a voice when you at times don’t know what direction to go in, she will challenge you past your comfort zone, always keeping your mobility and limits in mind. Sapphire Is a true leader, leading not only by her great bed side demeanour but also by her actions. If you have a WCB claim, Sapphire will help you understand your injury, correct and coach you with a plan to get you back on your feet, and enjoy life again. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and I feel no judgment when I go.

I've been doing Physiotherapy with Scott for a couple of months now to heal a repetitive stress injury from drumming and the process has been great. Scott strikes the perfect balance between being funny, relaxed, and relatable, while also having the expertise to help me reach my goals. I've been working with their chiropractor Ashley and she's great too. They take their time to cover everything and I never feel like I'm being rushed or ignored. The building itself has a great vibe, it's very open with high ceilings and lots of natural light. I've seen a number of Physiotherapist, Chiropractors, Active Release Practitioners, etc,. over the years and The Bridge is by far the best.

  • Katiekins

I have been dealing with Darren as my physiotherapist who is fantastic. He has an exercise for everything to keep me going and he’s also well-versed in IMS treatment which has been very helpful. I have also seen chiropractors Dr. Melissa and Dr. Ashley. I am always so impressed with how fast and efficient they are. Lastly, they have a very thorough and effective massage therapist, Megan French. I would highly recommend all of these practitioners. This clinic has top-notch staff with amazing education and training. I have seen their other physiotherapists making great progress with their clients. They are all very recovery focused and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them all.

I arrived at The Bridge with a shoulder full of pain and a head full of questions. There, I would meet Joshua, who assessed my situation after I had dislocated my shoulder two weeks earlier. During our session I became confident that he understood my pain and was competent to help me on the road to recovery. My questions were all answered, and I answered his, and we began to see how far I could move my arm in each direction and how to handle the discomfort. Bottom line, I am now at home with some very good instructions on some exercises that already seem to have expanded my range of motion. I look forward to working with Joshua again next week. I’ve been seeing Dr Melissa Young for a few years. Her attention and care for her patients is outstanding. She takes the time to find the route of the problem and makes sure to provide you with exercises for your own maintenance and self care. Recently I’ve started seeing a few more professionals at the centre, including their massage professional, Megan. If you want a relaxing massage, she isn’t the person to see. Through deep tissue massage, She finds your trouble spots and makes sure to relax the muscles that are causing you trouble. This has helped me a lot with pain. The Bridge is professional and has the best of the best.

I just finished my last treatment with Richard and am very pleased with my progress. I had injured my ankle and after 5 weeks it was still swollen and painful. I was a bit worried about it so I sought physio treatment. Richard did an assessment and got me going on a progressive plan to help strengthen and stabilize the joint. I'm really so relieved/happy that I got some help and Richard was great...very reassuring , personable and easy going too. I also like the atmosphere at The Bridge South. I feel motivated to get back to the gym ! I would definitely recommend The Bridge and Richard to anyone wanting a great physiotherapist.

  • almir gazic

Highly recommend Scott at The Bridge! I called the Bridge and got in the same day for my ankle/foot injury. I worked with Scott - he was extremely knowledgeable and went over everything in great detail to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He also made sure to start my recovery the same day by giving me workout plans to shorten my injury time. I would highly recommend the bridge to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about your recovery and well being. The friendly staff make it very enjoyable while providing extremely helpful knowledge. Can’t wait to start the journey to recovery with this team!

  • Anthony Mercier

I had a great experience at The Bridge, Leanne was a brilliant physio. I separated my shoulder a month before a 16 day rafting expedition down the Grand Canyon, talk about bad timing! Leanne was creative with her exercises in order to get me back to rowing shape as soon as possible. She stayed consistent with her regiment and was patient with me when I shared with her all of my concerns. She approached my issues with care and always had more ideas for me whenever I came in. I whole-heartedly believe I could not have done that trip without Leanne’s expertise. Now that I’m back, I’m looking forward to booking a follow up.

  • Cara Beaulieu

This is a great place for physiotherapy if you want to feel better and leave stronger than you were before. Darren & Scott are great PT’s and really help you understand what is going on with your body and how to repair and strengthen the area. Melissa is an awesome chiropractor who always leaves me feeling great almost instantly. The chiropractic treatments combined with my strength exercises healed a wrist injury and allowed me to do my job more easily and will extend my career. I’ve also worked with James for a run fit assessment which eliminated my knee and back pain altogether and made me a better runner.

  • Amelia Terlecki

I've been seeing Melissa Young at The Bridge for a few years now, and I'll never go to another chiropractor. She is completely lovely, so educated in her field, friendly, remembers details from previous visit, and is instinctive in knowing what to work on. Her passion to help people live a pain-free life truly shines through in her work. I can't thank Melissa enough for all she's done for me in lessoning my tension and chronic pain. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I honestly look forward to our appointments. Thank you Melissa for helping me with my pain management; you're a gem!

  • m snyder

Excellent experience! Have used both rehab and sports performance services. Darren, James, Scott and Niko all provided collaborative, knowledgeable, personalized care. Darren diagnosed whiplash which had been missed by 2 doctors and was impeding concussion recovery. He was able to use a variety of approaches to treatment - very supportive and effective! Niko has been excellent with sports performance development. He works with our goals, adapts to current needs, identifies specific tasks to build on, and creates challenges to allow for continued improvement. Highly recommended!

  • Steve

I have been meeting with Darren via tele-rehab over the past couple of months and I have had a very positive experience. Darren provided me with great advice, exercises, and a fitness routine, which in concert, have made a huge impact on my health and well being as I have been recovering from a difficult injury. I recommend working with Darren, and if tele-rehab is the best option for you during these challenging times or because you live in another city, I believe you will receive great treatment. I am glad I engaged in the process, because I feel well again. Thank you Darren!

  • Arianne Krekoski

Richard is definitely the best physiotherapist I have seen in Edmonton. He not only is able to treat injuries but also takes an active role in aiding with rebuilding strength and function. All the staff including the front desk greet you with a smile and are very professional. The bridge also works with athletic therapists who build amazing programs to help progress with sports and athletics. I have been seeing James and this program has done wonders for promoting strength and decreasing injury. Overall nothing but positive things to say about this establishment.

  • Fred Knupp

Been coming here for various treatments from lower back to now a forearm injury. Leanne Jacobs has been my PT for both and has been doing an amazing job. Her exercises are easy enough to do and make for a great result. I also really like the fact that she's recommended new types of treatment. She is very well informed in different techniques and is continually learning new things to further improve care to her clients. I highly recommend both the facility as well as Leanne. All the staff here do an amazing job both pre-covid as well as now

  • Marta Strzesniewska

Melissa is just amazing she has helped me many times! I've been going to Mellisa for 4 years now and I feel a huge difference! My 3.5-year-old daughter has been her patient since she was 5 months old, I will add that I was looking for a specialist who would help my little one with constipation and it was Melissa who helped her! I am very distrustful when it comes to children, but she saved our family from pain many times! Thank you for such a wonderful soul as Melissa is. I recommend this woman with all my heart.

  • Wendy Sumner

I have so appreciated Scott’s expertise in managing my osteoarthritis of my knee, former disc injuries in my back/neck and my frozen shoulder. He is very knowledgeable and very capable to get one back on their feet and doing the activities they enjoy. The combined traditional Physio and exercise/weight loading makes a great difference in the overall recovery. I have referred family and friends to him being confident that he will care well for them and bring them the physical healing they need. Thanks Scott!

  • Janelle

I had the privilege of working with James Greene over the past year. He guided me in recovering from a couple of running injuries, and also helped me tremendously in improving my running ability. He is very personable and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated that he took a genuine interest in my growth as a runner. I would highly recommend James to anyone who enjoys running (or simply fitness in general!) and is looking to amp up their game. Giving only 5 stars is an understatement - he is that good!

  • Damien M

I've had back issue for a couple of months, after consulting with a physician I booked an appointment with Darren Bishop at The Bridge South. Darren took the time to assess my issue and explain everything in plain english. After his treatment, I experienced my first pain free day in months. From booking to intake to treatment, the people at The Bridge exude a friendly professionalism. I hope I don't have to use the services of a therapist too often, but if I do, it will be with the people at The Bridge.

  • Keira Brenholen

Been going to physio with Richard Klein for a couple weeks now and I've got to say he's done wonders with my back! My situation: powerlifting and pain squatting for 6 months, and in 3 weeks I'm squatting pain free! This guy stays on top of things research-wise and is so smart! He takes his patients discomfort/pain seriously and really cares about recovery, I highly recommend him! -someone who used to think physiotherapy was a joke. (Also all the receptionists are very friendly and it's a nice facility)

  • Kristen Sanregret

I came here due to a whiplash injury from a car accident. I worked with Darren to treat my injuries and I could not believe the fast progress I made not only in decreasing my whiplash pain, but back pain in general. Darren was very supportive and knowledgeable during my recovery. I also worked with James for a RunFit assessment which has proven time and again to be helpful in avoiding injures during my runs. The facility is clean and welcoming. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

  • Cassidy Strombecky

Such a great clinic with really knowledgeable providers. I had seen Richard for the advanced sport training program , to say the least I learnt so much. It included going through form, engaging more muscles and he provided unique exercises. I also currently see Melissa for chiropractic treatment and she goes beyond just adjustments but helps you with creating goals, exercises and truly cares about your progress. Thank your for the awesome treatment and inviting atmosphere!

  • Andrew Forster

World class physiotherapy clinic in Edmonton, unreal. Darren is fantastic. Didn’t feel rushed, spent tons of time diagnosing my issue and explaining in detail his assessment of causes and rehab exercises. Facility is bright and open, they have some unique equipment I haven’t seen at other clinics, you can tell they’re very passionate about their work. I felt very at home here with the other patients and athletes. Amazing service, 10/10 highly recommend - wow!

  • Laura Gilligan

I was very impressed with Kevin's work with me. I've had significant back issues, and had plateaued in my recovery before Kevin's support. Since my time with Kevin, I have significantly increased my daily functioning, returning to many activities I had previously not been able to do, and my pain has decreased very, very significantly. I can't possibly express the extent of my gratitude and appreciation for Kevin's skills and impact on my daily living.

  • Violet Anderson

Great professionals. Very personable and just pleasant atmosphere. They don't mind my swearing. They explain what limits i can do and what i should look out for. They also challenge my body showing me what it is capable of doing. Overall really fantastic team. My family physician recommended them. The physio young lady Mackenzie is whom i would recommend. She is very intuitive and observes you through all the moves. I would recommend her very highly.

  • Tessa Hart

I came in to see Rich with knee pain that I had never felt before. He reassured me that it was something we could work through and get me back to my usual training. Sure enough after two weeks the pain is minimal and I’m confident to go back to my usual training regime. Thorough, professional, friendly, and he tailored my treatment to my needs. I would highly recommend Richard for people who are looking for active treatment beyond heat and TENS.

  • Catherine Woodlock

Melissa Young is an incredible chiropractor! I feel like she literally held me together during an extremely tough pregnancy. Her combination of active release with her chiropractic adjustments and the exercises she sent me home with are super effective. I also experienced an MVA recently and she has majorly helped my whiplash. Every time I visit her I learn more about how my body is moving and coping. Thanks for all the help you have given me!

  • Curtis Jacobs

I injured my elbow on some ice and I'm very happy I went to the Bridge. Josh pinpointed the affected area right away and every week he tailored my program to the changes happening in my arm. He used a nice mix of treatments and exercises. I had never had success with needling previously but with Josh it was definintely effective. The clinic overall has a friendly, relaxed vibe and Josh was a fun and professional therapist. Would recommend!

  • Barb Doran

Very professional and friendly service. I was immediately and cheerfully greeted at the front desk and only waited a couple of minutes for the physiotherapist. Darren was friendly and efficient, made a diagnosis and developed a plan for my rehabilitation. He demonstrated the exercises, and had me do several sets of reps to ensure I was properly aligned and focused on the targeted areas. I will be returning and highly recommend The Bridge.

  • Allan Henderson

I’ve worked with Sapphire at The Bridge South for over one year. After physio for a torn rotator cuff, she designed a workout program unlike anything I’ve done in the past. I’m 54 and as fit as I’ve ever been thanks in large part to the knowledge passed on to me from Sapphire! If you’re willing to put the work in, you’re guaranteed to see positive results. You won’t find a more knowledgeable and dedicated physiotherapist than Sapphire!!

  • Adrien DeGroot

I recieved Physical Therapy services from Sapphire K over the last 4-5 months for Two significant injuries that had sidelined me from my sport of choice. Her interventions over the last few months were incredibly effective and allowed me to return to competition far sooner then I expected. As a clinician myself and as a patient, I highly recommend her as a physical therapist and am beyond grateful with how she able to help me.

  • Andrea Edel

Thank you to Dr. Melissa Young for taking the time to thoroughly understand and go through my medical history before proceeding with treatment. Also, for taking time to explain step by step what exactly she was doing. I walked into the clinic with extreme pain, last night I left with relief. I cannot say thank you enough, if you’re looking and in need of a Chiropractor I highly recommend Dr. Melissa Young.

  • Bejhan Jetha

Darren has helped me to rehabilitate from a couple of injuries now. His techniques and training are so effective that, by the end, I'm in better condition than I was prior to the injury! He goes way beyond relieving pain and focuses on increasing range of motion, strength, and power. Thanks to all of this, I am able to get back to doing the physical activities that I love. I'd highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve been to a number of physiotherapy clinics in Canada and this one is high up on my list. Professional and very knowledgeable staff, who answered my questions with science-based evidence. It seems like their focus is on more than just recovery - they want you to improve and give you tools for successful movement in your sport or in every day life. Highly recommend The Bridge to anyone seeking physio!

  • Kristen Skrundz

I came in to see Sapphire and she was amazing, highly recommend!!! Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what was going on with me and explained it in a way that I could understand. She then gave me treatment and exercises and explained exactly what the point of doing everything was. The facility itself is beautiful too and really conducive to recovery.

Josh is a Professional and Knowledgeable physio and I am thankful for his assistance in where he is working with me to reduce the pain on my knee and neck pain. He is joyful person, always happy and a good listener also does excellent examples when preparing exercises. It is a pleasure going into the Bridge South 2 times a week and this I feel put all people at ease when conducting exercises with Josh

  • Betsy Thomas

My daughter saw Scott for an assessment of her concussion. He is extremely knowledgable on concussion assessment and management especially in athletes. He spent a lot of time assessing her and provided us information throughout the session. I felt very reassured by his plan to get my daughter back to school full time and to soccer. I would HIGHLY recommend him and feel very grateful we could see him!

  • Jatinder Atwal

I was having lower back issues and was referred to Bridge South by a friend. I have made significant improvements in my lower back mobility and strength. Josh, in my opinion is excellent therapist. He pays great attention to my progress every week and prescribes exercises accordingly. Clinic environment is very friendly and morale boosting. I would highly recommend this clinic to friends and family!

  • Rachel Martino

Highly recommend this location! Breanne is a fantastic PT that addressed all my concerns and helped get me back to playing sports in a realistic time frame. I really appreciate the longer appointment times as Ive had my share of physio in the past at other clinics where I spent all of 15min with the PT and then was sent off on my way. Hope to not get injured again, but if so Ill definitely be back!

  • L M.

Very grateful to have been referred here by my brother. After years of physio and chiro that I thought was sufficient enough (thought I would have to live with my pain forever), I was referred here and it has made an enormous difference. I see Dr. Ashley Garner for chiro and Darren Bishop for physio, and I highly recommend any staff here for anyone looking to improve their strength and injuries.

  • Henry

I wish I could give them 6 stars - I was simultaneously dealing with an achilles injury and a bicep tendon repair surgery. Darren helped get me back to 100%. Every session was helpful and educational in getting me back on track. The programs were tailored to my needs and kept evolving with progress. And what a state of the art facility - I was utilizing equipment I've seen Oilers use.

  • Farran Lumb

Sapphire and the team at The Bridge are fantastic. It's an open and inviting atmosphere, and they actually care about their patients. They don't just try to pump through as many patients as possible with generic recommendations - you actually receive individualized plans and they put you through a detailed exercise/treatment program each time you go. Really great bang-for-your-buck.

  • Lauren Thomas

I've been to lots of physios as I really value actively participating in my health. Edward Greene has been the best mobility support I have been to yet. He really listened to my specific goals. He was great at genuinely isolating my weaknesses and problems. He then gave me a whole bunch of self practise tools which I also appreciated from an economic perspective. Highly recommend!

  • Charmaine Kabatoff

Scott Gilroy is absolutely amazing with my 15 year old son. He is knowledgeable, honest and genuinely interested in the well-being of his clients. He is accommodating and goes the extra mile. He is friendly, personable and relatable. We have been seeing Scott for the past couple of years both for physiotherapy treatment and sports performance sessions. Scott is the gold standard!!

  • Adam Jensen

James was fantastic and very in-tune with specific treatment methods for my injury recovery. He did not rush me through the treatment session. He made every effort to provide the best treatment possible and work with me on a recovery plan. He was very encouraging and I know that my condition will greatly improve and allow me to get back to doing all of the activities I love.

  • J Alden

I was referred to Dr Ashley by my partner and she didn't disappoint. I normally would wait a few weeks before I posted a review but this is warranted, and I'm so glad she'll be looking after me. She asks all the right questions and I can tell it comes from a place of sincerity and care. Book her for your chiropractor needs, you won't be disappointed.

  • Corey & Tash Pringle

My very first visit with Darren Bishop was nothing short of amazing! Provided me with the right tools, knowledge and support that I felt very confident on my road to recovery. Very personable and down to earth. Facility was clean and in great shape. Great recommendation from a friend and I will definitely recommend to others! Thx Darren

  • Inder Bilkhu

I had great experience with James. My son has been telling me to go James for years. With my recent knee injury & issues with ankle I finally decided to see him. The amount of knowledge and experience James has helped me understand about my injury and issues that I have and how to work through them and to strengthen my knee and ankle. Thank you!

  • Dale Aceron

I’ve really been struggling with my concussions for the last 10 years and just dealt with it thinking this was how it’s going to be. And I’ve lost hope. After meeting Darren today with my assessment and working through the symptoms, he’s given me so much hope and knowledge that I really look forward in working with him in the future. Amazing!!!

  • Noah D

Have had a good experience here to fix pain that I have been experiencing but their office seems impossible to reach. Called multiple times a day to change my appointment to no avail, still getting emails of when my appointment is scheduled but no way to actually change it unless they call me. I may stop coming here because of this issue.

  • Brad Dicks

Unreal experiences at all the bridge locations. Michelle is the best knee physio in canada. Scott has been an amazing resource for all things sports performance. Dr. Burns has been phenomenal, bar none the best chiro around. I’ve had many massage therapists but none have been better than Haley. Tyler, Jared and Megan are all fantastic.

  • Sue Doupe

I really appreciate the openness of this clinic. The receptionists are friendly and knowledgable. I feel cared for, listened to and supported in my recovery. I am presently seeing Kevin O. He is very thorough, professional, encouraging, friendly and explains the whats and whys on my journey to recovery. I highly recommend The Bridge!

  • Esther W

I went to see Darren Bishop for the first time today. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. I love that I got my exercise program emailed to me so if I don't quite remember I can see what I need to do. I feel very confident that he will help me make a full recovery. The place of business is very large clean and professional.

  • Alison Minkus

Leanne Jacobs is a great pelvic therapist who takes a holistic approach to healing. While this was only my first session (I did meet her briefly a couple of weeks prior), I know that her approach aligns with my needs and my own approach to wellness. I look forward to improving my health over the coming weeks under her care.

  • Jeff Der

I’ve been in to see Ashley a few times now and she is definitely a professional I’d refer others to. She was very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable in my first chiropractic experience. Her knowledge of the field is great and she has helped me sort out a lot of my back problems. I will 100% be coming back!

  • Jon Dominski

I attend the bridge regularly. Originally seeing Melissa Young and now Ashley Garner and both have been excellent. Staff is professional and knowledgable. Facilities are well kept, especially through COVID. Sometimes a few minutes behind schedule but that pretty typical for every physical therapy business I've gone too!

  • Geoff Haw

Unfortunately I have had the opportunity to go through more than one knee surgery. What Bridge and Leanne Jacobs is doing to get my knee and body back into before injury condition is miles ahead of the last physio place I worked with. Highly recommend Bridge for any post surgery and sports therapy that anyone requires.

  • Zahra Rajwani

Dr. Garner is amazing. She’s professional and kind. I always leave feeling so much better than when I came. She was able to assess my injuries after a MVA and has followed a comprehensive treatment plan that makes me feel like progress is being made! If you’re looking for a chiropractor she’s definitely your woman!

  • Melissa Yanke

Leanne helped give me my life back after suffering with severe debilitating back pain for weeks. I have never felt so hopeless but she got me back on my feet and moving independently quite quickly. I’m excited for the continued recovery!! Plus, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Haven’t had a bad experience yet.

  • Kelly Kreger

Brendan was awesome. I have seen several therapists at the Bridge and they are ALL amazing. So friendly and truly care to get you to your goal. Would recommend the location as every therapist is spectacular (can’t pick just one therapist to recommend). Thank you Brendan. Starting to feel better already …

  • Bill Fraser

Personable, knowledgeable and really friendly. Brendan was excellent and explained my issues clearly and a plan of healing step by step and a timeline on what to expect. I would highly recommend Brendan. My wife referred me to him and, as usual, she was 100% on the mark. I've already booked my next appointment.

  • Christine Hodgson

This is not your routine physiotherapy. They are a hidden gem and lm thankful for the support l received. I feel hopeful that my walking days are not over just yet. The team greeted me at the door to ensure l would be able to get up the stairs because of the elevator being out. Thanks TheBridge, happy client.

  • p szkwarok

Thank you Scott for giving me hope that a fractured foot isn't going to be a total disaster for my upcoming vacation. Scott explained in detail what the x-rays were showing, using images. I was given exercises to do at home, in addition to treatment and instruction on how/when to use the aircast.
