Forced to park in this garage because the Aquarium parking supposedly was full. $2/he. We paid at the meter before going to our car. When we tried to leave they charged us another $1. Because you only have 10 mins to get to your car and leave. Which we were not aware. And sorry but if you ah e to wait for the elevator which takes several minutes to make it down to the first lvl up to 4th and your car is parked way out back and you have kids you need to unload from strollers and get them buckled into the car then make your way down the lvl one to exit, yeah your gonna need more than 10 mins. Total rip off.not happy.

Will never use this place again. They really need to update their machines. First, one machine of the two they have to go in was not working. The employee doesn't even bother letting everyone waiting in line. On the way out, I believed I was saving time by paying in the first floor lobby. We wait for an elevator to the 6th floor . Get in the car and make our way down. I'm charged again at the exit because I took longer than 30 minutes. There's no way. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Attended a wedding on Starship yacht on 11/16/19. I spoke with venue employee 2 days prior Who said parking was two dollars per hour. A relative informed me that he was charged $25. When I arrived I was charged $30. When I was leaving three hours later I saw sign that said five dollars. This seems like a bait and switch and price gouging. How is this different from what some people do When there is a hurricane. Price gouging, it’s all the same. Totally dissatisfied.

Nothing short of fraudulent. When you pull into the Greenwise garage, it says 2 hours free and $4/hour after that. We went over by only a few minutes & we were told it was a $50 citation & the hourly rate is only for residents. They would not honor Heron validation. None of the disembodied voices on the speaker had any power to do anything, despite being in a “supervisory” role. A full refund and an honest apology might salve the wound but this is unforgivable.

Pre paid in advanced. Had receipt in hand. Rude lady at check in said I could not park my regular size pick up in garage. I had to park and pay more for trucks on the side of the garage. Someone else working there stepped in and advised me we were good to go. Parked my truck in the garage and low and behold there were many trucks in the garage!! PLEASE HIRE nice professional people, not rude ignorant and unprofessional people to run a business!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They always mess up my billing, charging double then what they quoted me and then telling I haven't paid so I get locked out of my own residential building. I call the office and they are rude and send me to voicemail every time.... I've now been told I haven't paid for the third time even after I sent them my bank statment showing they double charged me. A joke of a business.

Excellent service. I was particularly grateful because I forgot my passport and had to drive home to get it before boarding which made me very late. They were very kind and allowed us to pay when the ship returned. Hailey retrieved our car quickly and pleasantly helped us load our luggage. We'll done. Worth the fee!

DO NOT PARK HERE! If I could give a 0 I would. They claim that past the “gate” is residential parking only- however- this gate is wide open and never shut. So they will tow your car and make you pay about $200 to get it back. Do better, Car Park, and stop ripping people off.

Used their valet service for cruise. Car parked in big lot, bumper to bumper parking. Took over an hour to get car. Then returned with 3 scratches down to metal. 3 other vehicles also with damage that morning. Company refusing to pay. Terrible service from top to bottom!

Great place to park for Carnival cruise. Easy walk to terminal. The only negative was that I had a 10 minute wait at the exit before anyone would answer the call button in order to open the gate. I was lucky that no paying customer was behind me wanting to get out .

The parking is prepaid and located just across from terminal 3 cruise port. Easy to drop off your spouse with your luggage and then park and a short walk back to the cruise terminal. After cruising it is just as easy to retrieve your car and get on your way.

This company is TERRIBLE working in the Marriott downtown Tampa I have seen & heard it all the way they treat employees & fire some & those that have damaged cars still work there STAY AWAY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

$50 for going over 2 hours at the greenwise garage is a joke (previously parked for 2+ hour while grocery shopping and eating lunch for business meeting inside greenwise since they offer food on their patio)

The Car Park located at the Port of Tampa is a good location for access to the cruise terminal of Aquarium because it is only a short walk to either of theses locations from the garage...

$12 to park for a Lightning Game. Hands down the cheapest I found and in easy distance of the arena. Get there at least 1 hour before the face off to get a space.

Very conveniently located for Sparkman Wharf. $2 per hr. You may pay by Credit card/ debit card using their machines prior to entering the elevator streetside.

Very convenient place to park for a Tampa Bay Lightning game or for a night out at Sparkman Wharf. Also a good place to park if you are taking a cruise.

This is a great parking garage and easiest way to park for channelside or sparkmans wharf. Relatively cheap unless there is an event going on.

This parking lot is well-lit inconveniently located to the Amelia Theater the aquarium and everything that Tampa night life has to offer …

Doesn’t know how to run a parking garage. Charges 100-150 for a parking spot, yet you can’t even get a parking spot if you get home late.
